Claims (8)
- 荷重の振動を絶縁する装置であって、
荷重を支持する支持部材(102)と、複数の支持体(103)と、複数のアクチュエータ(105)とを有し、
該支持体(103)は該荷重の支持部材(102)と床面(106)との間に配置され、該アクチュエータ(105)は該支持部材(102)と床面(106)との間で作用し、該支持体(103)は第一結合部材(104)とともにパッシブ型の第一振動絶縁装置を形成し、該アクチュエータ(105)は第二結合部材(107)とともにアクティブ型の第二振動絶縁装置を形成し、第一振動絶縁装置は該アクチュエータから分離しており、
該第一振動絶縁装置は全静荷重を支持し、該第二振動絶縁装置は該支持部材(102)と床面(106)間に働く動的力を伝達し、
該第一結合部材(104)および該第二結合部材(107)は、それぞれ固有振動数を有し、
動的振動を該静荷重(101)から分離するために、該支持体(103)は、該第一結合部材(104)上に配置され、
該第一結合部材(104)の減衰特性及び/又は剛性は、該アクチュエータ(105)に伝達される振動特性に影響を与え、
該アクチュエータ(105)は、該第二結合部材(107)を介して該支持部材(102)と動的に結合され、
該第一結合部材(104)の固有振動と該第二結合部材(107)の固有振動の比と、該第一結合部材(104)の固有振動との、機能的な関係を再現する、一以上の、力の動的伝達特性曲線を適用することによって、該アクチュエータ(105)による力の伝達が、該第一結合部材(104)の該固有振動数と、該第一結合部材(104)の剛性と該第二結合部材(107)の剛性の比、の関数によって決定されるように、該第二結合部材(107)の剛性は該第一結合部材(104)の剛性に適合して構成される、
荷重の振動を絶縁する装置。 - 前記アクチュエータ(105)は圧電素子(205)、結合面(202)上の支持ゴム(207)からなるモジュールである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 空間の全方向に対して、アクティブ振動絶縁するように配置された複数の圧電モジュールを備える、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 支持される荷重(401)及び/または床面(406)にセンサー(411,412)が配置され、荷重(401)及び/または該床面(406)の振動からセンサー信号が発生するようにされており、該センサー信号が制御装置(408,409)に供給されて前記アクチュエータ(405)を制御する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 荷重の振動を絶縁する方法であって、
支持体(103)と第一結合手段(104)からなるパッシブ型の第一振動絶縁手段と、アクチュエータ(105)と第二結合手段(107)からなるアクティブ型の第二振動絶縁手段を、互いに分離して、静荷重(101)を支持する支持部材(102)と支持面(106)との間に配置し、
該第一振動絶縁手段は、全静荷重を支持し、
該第二振動絶縁手段は、該支持部材(102)と支持面(106)間に働く動的力を伝達し、
該支持体(103)を該第一結合手段(104)上に配置して、動的振動を該静荷重(101)から分離し、
該アクチュエータ(105)を、該第二結合手段(107)を介して、該支持部材(102)と動的に結合させ、
該第一結合手段(104)の固有振動と該第二結合手段(107)の固有振動の比と、該第一結合手段(104)の固有振動との、機能的な関係を再現する、一以上の、力の動的伝達特性曲線を適用することによって、該アクチュエータ(105)による力の伝達が、該第一結合手段(104)の固有振動数と、該第一結合手段(104)の剛性と該第二結合手段(107)の剛性の比、の関数によって決定されるように、該第二結合手段(107)の剛性は該第一結合手段(104)の剛性に適合して構成される、
荷重の振動を絶縁する方法。 - 前記アクチュエータ(105)は圧電素子(205)、結合面(202)上の支持ゴム(207)からなるモジュールである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 空間の全方向に対して、アクティブ振動絶縁するように配置された複数の圧電モジュールを備える、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 支持される荷重(401)及び/または床面(406)にセンサー(411,412)を配置し、
荷重(401)及び/または該床面(406)の振動からセンサー信号を発生させ、該センサー信号が制御装置(408,409)を供給して前記アクチュエータ(405)を制御する、
請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
