Claims (10)
- 遠心機用分離ディスクであって、
前記分離ディスクが第1の材料で構成され、
第1の材料に対して表面エネルギーを変える他の材料が少なくとも部分的に第1の材料に拡散されることにより、少なくとも部分的に表面エネルギーを変える表面処理によって特徴付けられる遠心機用分離ディスク。 - 遠心機であって、請求項1の分離ディスクを複数有してなる分離ディスク積層体が内部に配置された遠心ドラムを備える遠心機。
- 前記分離ディスク(1,2)は、上側および/または下側が完全に表面処理されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遠心機。
- 前記表面処理が、分離すべき軽いまたは重い相の表面エネルギーに合わせられていることを特徴とする請求項2または3のいずれか1項に記載の遠心機。
- 前記第1材料が高級鋼であり、前記コーティングがセラミックであることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の遠心機。
- 異なる材料からなる異なるゾーン(9,10)が、分離ディスク(1,2)の異なる領域に塗布または拡散されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の遠心機。
- 表面エネルギーを変える異なる各表面処理が、前記分離ディスク(1,2)の上下に施されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の遠心機。
- 分離ゾーンの半径方向内側および外側で異なる表面処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜7のいずれか1項に記載の遠心機。
- 前記分離ディスク(1,2)上に、上昇流路(5)の半径方向内側および外側で異なる表面処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜8のいずれか1項に記載の遠心機。
- 前記遠心機は、分離機またはソリッドボウル・スクリュー型遠心機であることを特徴とする請求項2〜9のいずれか1項に記載の遠心機。
