Description
The present invention relates to a configuration of a liquid container.
Conventionally, an ink jet recording apparatus is widely known as a liquid ejecting apparatus. One of the ink jet recording apparatuses is an off-carriage type, and in this off-carriage type, ink is supplied from an ink container to a recording head through an ink supply tube. The supplied ink is ejected as ink droplets from the nozzle openings of the recording head onto recording paper for recording.
An ink container used in this type of ink jet recording apparatus includes an ink container bag storing ink in a main body case. Ink is supplied to the recording head by connecting the above-described ink supply tube to the ink containing bag. Various ink containers configured in this way have been proposed (for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in the configuration of the ink cartridge of Patent Document 1, when a dimensional error occurs between the lid and the main body case due to a manufacturing error when the lid or the main body case is manufactured, the corners or the claw portions of the lid are not attached to the main body case. Since it shifted with respect to the hole part or the recessed part, it was difficult to attach the cover part to the main body case, and it took time and effort to form the cover part.
In recent years, in an ink jet recording apparatus, when ink is supplied to a recording head, means for pressurizing an ink containing bag by flowing air into the ink containing body may be employed. In this case, when air is introduced into the ink containing body in order to pressurize the ink containing bag, the lid portion is pressurized from the inside of the ink containing body by the air that is introduced. Due to this pressurization, the lid portion is bent, and accordingly, the corner or claw portion of the lid portion moves and easily comes off from the main body case, and there is a problem that the reliability of the ink container is reduced.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a highly reliable liquid container that can reduce the influence of manufacturing errors during manufacturing.

Hereinafter, an embodiment embodying the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view for explaining an outline of the printer of the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a perspective view for explaining the internal configuration of the printer of this embodiment. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram for explaining ink supply according to the present embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, the printer 1 of the present embodiment includes a frame 2. The printer 1 is an ink jet type. As shown in FIG. 2, the printer 1 includes a guide member 3, a carriage 4, a
As shown in FIG. 1, the frame 2 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped box, and a
As shown in FIG. 2, the guide member 3 is formed in a rod shape and is installed in the frame 2. In the present embodiment, the direction in which the guide member 3 is installed is referred to as a main scanning direction. The carriage 4 is inserted so as to be relatively movable with respect to the guide member 3, and can be reciprocated in the main scanning direction. The carriage 4 is connected to a carriage motor (not shown) via a timing belt (not shown). The carriage motor is supported by the frame 2, and when the carriage motor is driven, the carriage 4 is driven via the timing belt, and the carriage 4 is reciprocated along the guide member 3, that is, in the main scanning direction. The
On the other hand, the
In the present embodiment, the
Further, a platen (not shown) is provided below the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
With this configuration, it is possible to generate a force that crushes the
On the other hand, the
With this configuration, the ink in the

As shown in FIG. 1, the
With this configuration, the air pressurized by the
Therefore, for example, when pressurized air flows from the
Next, the configuration of the
In FIG. 4, the
The
A
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the
On the other hand, the
In this way, by forming the
Next, the structure of the
As shown in FIG. 5A, the
By configuring the
Furthermore, a
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 6, the
A
Further, a guide portion 35 as a first guide means is formed on the inner side surface of the hole S of the
When the first engaging
When the
At this time, since the
When the
When the
With this configuration, when the
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, when the
Further, with this configuration, as shown in FIG. 7, when the
