Description
Claims (15)
- 作動部は歯付きホイールプレートおよび複数の歯を含み、該歯は複数のバックラッシュ補正歯を含む、時計の精密歯車アセンブリ用のバックラッシュ補正作動部材であって、
前記各バックラッシュ補正歯は、前記歯付きホイールプレートと一体に配設された中央制止コアと、該中央制止コアの両側から延伸し、前記作動部の平面で運動の自由度が与えられるように前記歯付きホイールプレートに弾性的に接続される2つの弾性曲げ部とを備え、
前記中央制止コアと前記各弾性曲げ部との間には第一貫通溝がそれぞれ形成され、該各第一貫通溝は補正すべきバックラッシュに実質的に相当する幅をそれぞれ有し、
前記各弾性曲げ部の自由端部が半径方向に前記中央制止コアの先端を超えて延伸し、第二貫通溝により互いに分離され、
該第二貫通溝は、前記中央制止コアが、補正すべきそれぞれのバックラッシュの機能として前記各弾性曲げ部の動きの振幅を制限するように、前記各弾性曲げ部の唯一の制止部として機能するような幅を有することを特徴とする、バックラッシュ補正作動部材。 - 前記弾性曲げ部は、前記作動部の、前記歯の先端を通過する半径に対して対称に延伸することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
- 前記第一貫通溝は、前記弾性曲げ部を前記中央制止コアから分離するものであり、前記第一貫通溝のプロファイルは、前記歯のプロファイルに平行であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
- 前記第二貫通溝は、前記歯の先端部を中心とすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
- 前記各弾性曲げ部は、前記歯付きホイールプレートの半径方向内側に延伸し、前記歯付きホイールプレートのハウジング内で間隙を持って配置される部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
- 前記歯付きホイールプレートの厚さは0.1mm〜0.5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
- 前記歯付きホイールプレートの前記歯の高さは0.15mm〜0.6mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
- 前記歯付きホイールプレートの前記歯の、前記作動部のピッチ円直線沿いに測定される厚みは0.05mm〜0.3mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
- 前記歯付きホイールプレートは電鋳法により得られたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
- 前記歯付きホイールプレートはNi、NiP、NiCoからなる群から選択される材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項9記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
- 前記歯付きホイールプレートはプラズマドライエッチング法により得られたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
- 前記歯付きホイールプレートはシリコン素材からなることを特徴とする、請求項11記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
- 前記歯付きホイールプレートは化学機械加工法またはエッチング法により得られたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
- 前記歯付きホイールプレートは放電加工法により得られたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
- 前記歯付きホイールプレートはレーザ切断法により得られたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバックラッシュ補正作動部材。
