Claims (4)
- リニア圧縮機に対する電圧指令値V*、入力電流iおよび電気的な変数から逆起電力Eの位相を検出する逆起電力位相検出部と、
前記入力電流iの位相を検出する電流位相検出部と、
前記逆起電力Eの位相と前記入力電流iの位相とを比較して周波数変更値を生成する周波数生成部と、
前記周波数変更値によって前記電圧指令値V*を補正する制御部と、
直流電圧の印加を受けて前記補正された電圧指令値V*によって正弦波電圧を生成して前記リニア圧縮機に印加するインバータ部とを含み、
前記逆起電力位相検出部は、下記の式によって前記逆起電力Eを演算して前記位相を検出し、
前記周波数生成部は、前記逆起電力Eの位相と入力電流iの位相とが同位相になるように前記周波数変更値を生成することを特徴とするリニア圧縮機の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記補正された電圧指令値V*を所定のインバータ制御信号の形態で前記インバータ部に電送することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機の制御装置。
- リニア圧縮機に対する電圧指令値V*、入力電流iおよび電気的な変数から逆起電力Eの位相を検出する段階と、
前記入力電流iの位相を検出する段階と、
前記逆起電力Eの位相と前記入力電流iの位相とを比較して周波数変更値を生成する段階と、
前記周波数変更値によって前記電圧指令値V*を補正する段階と、
直流電圧の印加を受けて前記補正された電圧指令値V*によって正弦波電圧を生成する段階とを含み、
前記逆起電力Eの位相を検出する段階は、下記の数式によって前記逆起電力を演算して前記位相を検出し、
前記周波数変更値を生成する段階は、前記逆起電力Eの位相と入力電流iの位相とが同位相になるように前記周波数変更値を生成することを特徴とするリニア圧縮機の制御方法。 - 前記制御方法は前記補正された電圧指令値V*を所定のインバータ制御信号の形態で変換する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のリニア圧縮機の制御方法。
