Description
本出願は、2007年9月21日に出願された米国仮出願第60/974,339号に対する優先権を主張する。
本発明は、概して、流体供給システムおよび装置に関し、より具体的には、BOPに対するバックアップ液圧式供給システムおよび装置に関する。
海中掘削操作は、地層流体の掘削井の中への制御されない流れである噴出を被り得る。噴出は、危険であり、かつ費用がかかり、生命の喪失、汚染、掘削機器への損害および井戸生産の損失をもたらし得る。噴出を防ぐためには、噴出防止(BOP)機器が必要とされる。BOP機器は、典型的には、掘削サイトにおいて地層圧力および地層流体を安全に隔離し制御できる一連の機能を含む。BOP機能部は、液圧式で操作される管のラムの開閉、環状シール、管を切断するように設計されたせん断ラム、掘削流体の制御された流れを可能にする一連の遠隔操作弁、および井戸リエントリー機器を含む。加えて、プロセスおよび状態を監視するデバイスがBOPを完成する。掘削業界は、BOPシステム全体をBOPスタックと呼ぶ。
本発明は、代替の流れのルートを介して流体の流れのコンポーネントにリダンダンシーを提供する、改善された方法および装置を提供する。本発明は、連続的な機能部への流れと連続的な機能部の制御とを可能にしながら、欠陥のあるコンポーネントの安全で効率的なバイパスを可能にする。本発明は、さまざまな既存の流れのシステムの中に一体化されるか、または完全に新しい流れのシステム上に配置され、一層の効率的なリダンダンシーを提供し得る。
本明細書で用いられるとき、単語「一つの(a)」または「一つの(an)」の使用は、特許請求の範囲および/または明細書で用語「備える、含む(comprising)(または同義の「有する」)」と結びつけて用いられる場合には、「一つ(one)」を意味し得るが、その使用はまた、「一つ以上」、「少なくとも一つ」および「一つまたは二つ以上」の意味とも矛盾しない。加えて、本明細書で用いられるとき、語句「に接続される」は、直接にまたは中間のコンポーネントを介して、接合されるか、または連通するように配置されることを意味する。
Claims (10)
- BOP流体供給装置であって、該BOP流体供給装置は、
液圧流体の主要供給源と、
BOP機能部と、
BOP機能部を操作することを補助する一次的なコンポーネントを通り、第一の弁を通り、第二の弁を通り、次いで該BOP機能部に至る、液圧流体の該主要供給源からの一次的な流体の流れのルートと、
該BOPに堅く固定された隔離弁を通り、該BOPに堅く固定されたパイロット操作式ホットスペア弁を通り、介在パネルに取り外し可能に接続されたホースを通り、第二の弁を通り、該BOP機能部に至る、液圧流体の該主要供給源からの二次的な流体の流れのルートであって、該二次的な流体の流れのルートは、該BOP機能部と該第一の弁とを操作することを補助する該一次的なコンポーネントをバイパスし、液圧流体を操作される該BOP機能部に提供する、二次的な流体の流れのルートとを含む、BOP流体供給装置。 - 前記一次的な流体の流れのルートおよび前記二次的な流体の流れのルートは、調整器を通る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記二次的な流体の流れのルートは、前記BOP機能部の操作リダンダンシーを可能にする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記パイロット操作式弁は、海面のステーションにおいて制御可能であり、前記BOP上のホットスペア供給源からパイロット操作のための液圧流体を得る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記一次的な流体の流れのルートおよび前記二次的な流体の流れのルートを制御するようにプログラムされ得る、電子多重システムを前記海面のステーションにおいてさらに備えている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記介在パネルは、対応する複数のBOP機能部につながる複数の接続ポートを備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第一の弁および前記第二の弁は、シャトル弁であり、前記パイロット操作式弁は、SPMソレノイド操作式弁である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記隔離弁は、ROVによって操作され得る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記一次的な流体の流れのルートは、一次的な注入口を通って前記第二の弁に入り、前記二次的な流体の流れのルートは、二次的な注入口を通って該第二の弁に入る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記一次的な流体の流れのルートは、青いポッドの一次的な流体の流れのルートを含み、前記二次的な流体の流れのルートは、青いポッドの二次的な流体の流れのルートを含み、
液圧流体の前記主要供給源からの黄色いポッドの一次的な流体の流れのルートであって、該黄色いポッドの一次的な流体の流れのルートは、前記BOP機能部を操作することを補助する黄色いポッドの一次的なコンポーネントを通り、前記第一の弁を通り、前記第二の弁を通り、次いで該BOP機能部に至る、黄色いポッドの一次的な流体の流れのルートと、
液圧流体の該主要供給源からの黄色いポッドの二次的な流体の流れのルートであって、該黄色いポッドの二次的な流体の流れのルートは、該BOPに堅く固定された黄色い隔離弁を通り、該青いポッドの隔離弁に接続されたシャトル弁を通り、前記パイロット操作式弁を通り、前記介在パネルに接続された前記ホースを通り、該第二の弁を通り、そして該BOP機能部に至り、該黄色いポッドの二次的な流体の流れのルートは、該BOP機能部および該第一の弁を操作することを補助する該黄色いポッドの一次的なコンポーネントをバイパスする、黄色いポッドの二次的な流体の流れのルートと
