Claims (1)
- 股関節骨頭を除去した後の寛骨臼に装着され、大腿骨の骨髄腔に埋設されたステムのネック部に固定の球状ヘッドを、摺動可能に支持する股関節用ソケットにおいて、
上記ソケットは、炭素繊維織り布で補強されたポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂製球殻層で形成されて寛骨臼に嵌着固定される臼蓋カップ部と、炭素短繊維に炭素系ナノファイバまたはナノチューブを添加したポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂製高耐磨耗層で形成され前記臼蓋カップ部の内面に設けられて球状ヘッドと摺接するライナ部とを、炭素繊維強化ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂で一体成形することにより、半球殻状に造形されていることを特徴とする人工股関節用複合材製ソケット。
