なお、図3において、例えば通信距離が107mm、111mm、115mmにおいては、μ'×Qはそれぞれ1500、3500、8000である。

Claims (2)
- 13.56MHzの通信周波数を用いるRFIDシステムに用いられる携帯型電子機器であって、
バッテリーパックと、
アンテナコイルとフレキシブルな素材とで一体化され、前記バッテリーパックの周囲に配置されたアンテナケーブルと、
前記アンテナコイルに沿って前記アンテナケーブルと前記バッテリーパックとの間に配置され、Feを主成分としてSi、Al、及び0.2〜0.5wt%のリンが添加されたFe系合金磁性材で構成された厚さ0.25mmの磁性シートと
を具備し、
前記Fe系合金磁性材の保磁力は、300〜650AT/mである携帯型電子機器。 - 請求項1に記載の携帯型電子機器であって、
前記バッテリーパックと前記磁性シートとの間に配置され、前記アンテナコイルの共振周波数の粗調整のための非磁性材からなる金属シートをさらに具備する携帯型電子機器。
