Description

The present invention relates to a soundproof enclosure that covers the periphery of a power generator and a method for constructing the soundproof enclosure.

In recent years, large-scale hospitals, shopping centers, and the like have installed power generation devices as private power generation or emergency power supplies. Such a power generator is often installed outdoors, and therefore, it is necessary to take measures for waterproofing the power generator. Further, since noise from the engine or the like is generated when the power generator is driven, it is necessary to take a soundproof measure. Therefore, the power generation device is covered with a soundproof enclosure, and measures for waterproofing as well as soundproofing are taken (for example, see Patent Document 1).
Such a soundproof enclosure is not originally a building, but is a soundproof cover made of steel plate. Therefore, no building confirmation application is required. However, the structure has sufficient strength to allow the building confirmation to be approved. However, in the case of a large soundproof enclosure, there is room for being interpreted as a building rather than a soundproof cover. Therefore, it is assumed that a building confirmation application is made.

Here, it is required to attach a structural calculation as a normal procedure when applying for building confirmation. In creating the structural calculation sheet, since a steel frame is a strength member in a general steel structure in which a panel is laid on the steel frame, the structural calculation can be calculated based on a program for building structure calculation. However, since the soundproof enclosure is constructed by a panel method without a steel frame (column), it is difficult to calculate based on a program for calculating a building structure.

The present invention has been conceived in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to obtain a structure that can respond to a building confirmation application despite being configured as an extension of the conventional panel method. Further, as shown in FIG. 12, the waist wall 12 is formed with a protruding portion 12A protruding outward, and an anchor bolt 53 is protruded on the upper surface of the protruding portion 12A. On the waist wall 12, a frame 41 made of I-shaped steel is provided. The gantry 41 is provided with an inverted T-shaped locking member 42 having a seat plate portion 42a and a mounting portion 42b. And the seat board part 42a of this latching member 42 is being fixed on the waist wall 12 with the volt | bolt. Further, the wall panel 16 is placed on the mounting plate 43, and the mounting plate 43 is mounted on the mount 41 and fixed in this state. Further, the mounting portions 40b2 of the adjacent wall panel 16 are sandwiched between both side surfaces of the mounting portion 42a of the locking member 42 and are fixed by bolts. Thereby, the wall panel 16 is firmly fixed on the waist wall 12.

Next, a construction method of the soundproof enclosure 1 having the above structure will be described.
First, concrete is placed around the power generation device 2 to provide the waist wall 12.
Next, the gantry 41 is attached on the waist wall 12. Specifically, the anchor bolt 53 is inserted into the insertion hole 55 (see FIG. 12) of the gantry 41 and fastened with a nut, and the anchor bolt 53 is inserted into the insertion hole 56 (see FIG. 12) of the seat plate portion 42a. Fasten with a nut.

Next, the adjacent wall panels 16 are erected on the waist wall 12 via the gantry 41. Specifically, the adjacent wall panels 16 are mounted on the mounting plate 43 with the first connecting member 40 attached to each other. Then, the mounting plate 43 on which the adjacent wall panel 16 is mounted is mounted on the gantry 41, and both side surfaces of the mounting portion 42b of the locking member 42 are mounted on the mounting portion 40b2 of the adjacent wall panel 16. And fix with bolts. In this way, adjacent wall panels 16 are erected and fixed to the waist wall 12 via the gantry 41.

Next, the coupling fitting 52 and the sandwiching plate 56 are sandwiched between the first coupling members 40. Then, the first connecting members 40 are fixed to each other via the sandwiching plate 56 with bolts and nuts. Thereby, the adjacent wall panels 16 are connected and fixed.
Next, the adjacent roof panels 15 are connected and fixed, and the roof panel 15 and the corresponding wall panel 16 are connected and fixed by the connecting metal fitting 52. Specifically, the adjacent roof panels 15 are in a state where the second connecting members 33 are attached to each other, and the outer surface of the mounting portion 40b1 of the wall panel 16 is sandwiched between the mounting portions 33b1 of the roof panel 15. In such a state, the second connecting members 33 are fastened with bolts to connect and fix the adjacent roof panels 15 together, and the mounting portion 33b1 of the roof panel 15 and the mounting portion 40b1 of the wall panel 16 are connected. It fastens with a volt | bolt via the connection metal fitting 52, and the one edge part of the long side direction of the roof panel 15 and the upper end part of the wall panel 16 are connected and fixed.

The other end portion of the roof panel 15 in the long side direction is also connected and fixed via the corresponding wall panel 16 and the connecting metal fitting 52 in the same manner as described above.

In this way, the adjacent roof panels 15 are connected to each other, the adjacent wall panels 16 are connected to each other, and the adjacent wall panels 16 are fixed to the waist wall 12 through the gantry 41 and fixed to the roof. Both ends in the long side direction of the panel 15 are supported and fixed by corresponding wall panels. And by repeating the said method, a pair of side wall parts 1a and 1b which support the roof part 1B and the roof part 1B of a soundproof enclosure are constructed | assembled.

Then, the vertical soundproof galleries 20 are attached to the front side opening 19 of the soundproof enclosure so as to be two steps up and down. In addition, horizontal soundproof galleries 22 are attached to the rear side opening 21 of the soundproof enclosure so that the upper and lower two steps form four sets on the left and right.
Thus, the soundproof enclosure 1 according to the present embodiment can be easily constructed on site.
Moreover, when the said construction method is used, although it is a panel construction method without a steel frame (column), it can be considered that the 1st connection member and the 2nd connection member correspond to the steel frame in a general steel structure. Therefore, it is possible to calculate the structure calculation based on the building structure calculation program, and to obtain a structure capable of responding to the building confirmation application.

(Other matters)
In the above embodiment, each of the first connecting member and the second connecting member also serves as a cover plate, but separately includes a cover plate and a first connection member that close the side opening of the wall panel, And you may comprise so that the cover plate and 2nd connection member which block | close the side part opening of a roof panel may be provided separately. If comprised in this way, it can be considered that the whole which added the cover plate to the 1st connection member and the 2nd connection member is equivalent to the steel frame in a general steel structure. Therefore, the strength of the entire panel assembly structure is increased.

In the above embodiment, the front panel and the rear panel of the soundproof enclosure are not provided with a wall panel, and all of the soundproof galleries are mounted, but a part of the front panel and the rear panel is configured with a wall panel, The configuration may be such that soundproof louvers are attached to the remaining area.

In the above embodiment, the soundproof enclosure is provided with the vertical soundproof gallery and the exhaust outlet is provided with the horizontal soundproof gallery. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the soundproof enclosure is provided with both the soundproof enclosure and the vertical soundproof gallery. Alternatively, a horizontal soundproof gallery may be provided at both the intake and exhaust ports, or a horizontal soundproof gallery may be provided at the intake port and a vertical soundproof gallery may be provided at the exhaust port. However, since the vertical soundproof gallery is more expensive than the horizontal soundproof gallery, it is preferable that only one of the vertical soundproof gallery is a vertical gallery from the viewpoint of reducing the manufacturing cost. In such a case, it is preferable to provide a vertical soundproof gallery on the intake side from the viewpoint of preventing rainwater from entering. On the other hand, since the vertical soundproof gallery has a larger pressure loss than the horizontal soundproof gallery, it is preferable that only one of them is a horizontal louver from the viewpoint of the intake and exhaust efficiency of the outside air. In such a case, it is preferable to provide a horizontal soundproof gallery on the exhaust side from the viewpoint of preventing rainwater from entering. This is because the horizontal soundproof louver is inferior in waterproofness to the vertical soundproof louver, and it may be considered that rain enters the enclosure in the case of rain accompanied by strong winds such as typhoons. However, since the horizontal soundproof galleries are provided on the exhaust side, even if it is raining with strong winds such as typhoons, it is considered that rain will hardly enter the enclosure, so there will be no problem. is there.

The present invention can be suitably implemented in a soundproof enclosure for a power generation apparatus and a method for constructing a soundproof enclosure.
