Claims (4)
- 外部電源から電気融着継手に給電し、この電気融着継手の接続部内のヒータを発熱させて、この接続部内に挿入された樹脂管の接続端部をこの接続部と融着させる電気融着装置において、
前記ヒータに前記外部電源から融着電力を供給する融着電源部と、
前記融着電力の供給時間を計測する融着時間計測手段と、
前記融着電力の電圧を測定する融着電圧測定手段と、
この融着時間計測手段により計測された前記融着電力の供給時間を記憶する記憶手段と、
融着に最適な融着電力や融着時間等の融着条件設定情報の入力を受け付ける入力手段と、
融着中に、前記融着電圧測定手段により測定された前記融着電力の電圧値が融着に必要な規定値を下回ったとき、前記融着電源部による前記融着電力の供給を停止させる融着停止手段と、
この融着停止手段により前記融着電力の供給が停止された場合、前記記憶手段に記憶された前記融着電力の供給開始から供給停止までの供給時間が前記入力手段から入力された前記融着時間の20%以下であるか否かを判断し、20%以下であるときは融着が中断された電気融着継手を再融着可能と判定する一方、20%を超えているときは前記電気融着継手を再融着不可能と判定する再融着可否判定手段と、
前記再融着可否判定手段により判定された電気融着継手の再融着の可否結果を報知する再融着可否報知手段と、
前記融着電源部、前記融着時間計測手段、前記融着電圧測定手段、前記記憶手段、前記入力手段、前記融着停止手段、前記再融着可否判定手段、及び、前記再融着可否報知手段を制御する制御部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする電気融着装置。 - 外部電源から電気融着継手に給電し、この電気融着継手の接続部内のヒータを発熱させて、この接続部内に挿入された樹脂管の接続端部をこの接続部と融着させる電気融着装置において、
前記ヒータに前記外部電源から融着電力を供給する融着電源部と、
前記融着電力の供給時間を測定する融着時間計測手段と、
この融着時間計測手段により測定された前記融着電力の供給時間を記憶する記憶手段と、
融着に最適な融着電力や融着時間等の融着条件設定情報の入力を受け付ける入力手段と、
前記外部電源の電圧を測定する外部電圧測定手段と、
融着中に、前記外部電圧測定手段により測定された前記外部電源から前記融着電源部への供給電圧が規定値を下回ったとき、前記融着電源部による前記融着電力の供給を停止させる融着停止手段と、
この融着停止手段により前記融着電力の供給が停止された場合、前記記憶手段に記憶された前記融着電力の供給開始から供給停止までの供給時間が前記入力手段から入力された前記融着時間の20%以下であるか否かを判断し、20%以下であるときは融着が中断された電気融着継手を再融着可能と判定する一方、20%を超えているときは前記電気融着継手を再融着不可能と判定する再融着可否判定手段と、
前記再融着可否判定手段により判定された電気融着継手の再融着の可否結果を報知する再融着可否報知手段と、
前記融着電源部、前記融着時間計測手段、前記記憶手段、前記入力手段、前記外部電圧測定手段、前記融着停止手段、前記再融着可否判定手段、及び、前記再融着可否報知手段を制御する制御部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする電気融着装置。 - さらに、前記融着電源部から前記ヒータへの融着電力の電圧を測定する融着電圧測定手段を備え、
前記融着停止手段は、さらに、融着中に、前記融着電圧測定手段により測定された前記融着電力の電圧値が融着に必要な規定値を下回ったとき、前記融着電源部による前記融着電力の供給を停止させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気融着装置。 - さらに、前記外部電源から制御電力を供給する制御電源部と、
この制御電源部と接続され、前記制御電力の電圧が正常値であるときは常に蓄電状態にあり、制御電力の電圧降下を検知したときには前記制御電源部に電力を供給する制御電力蓄電手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の電気融着装置。
