Claims (4)
- 基部と、該基部から垂直方向に延びる棒状部とを有するシフトレバーと、
前記シフトレバーについてセレクト方向及びシフト方向に揺動自在に前記基部を支持するシフトレバー支持部と、前記シフトレバーが前記セレクト方向の中立位置において釣り合うように前記セレクト方向の一方向及び他方向のそれぞれの回転方向に前記シフトレバーを付勢する位置決め部材と、を有するベース部材と、を有するシフトレバー装置において、
前記位置決め部材は少なくとも一部が前記シフトレバーに接した状態で押圧し、前記シフトレバーの前記セレクト方向への揺動に伴い伸縮する第1弾性部材と、
前記第1弾性部材よりもバネ定数が小さく該第1弾性部材に直列に配設された第2弾性部材と、
前記第1弾性部材及び前記第2弾性部材の間に配されたスペーサーと、前記第2弾性部材の一端側に固定された第1所定部及び前記第2弾性部材が前記所定値だけ縮んだときに前記スペーサーに当接し前記第2弾性部材の縮みを所定値に規制する第2所定部を備える縮み規制部材と、を有し、前記シフトレバーが中立位置において前記弾性部材の伸縮方向に対して垂直方向で前記スペーサー及び前記縮み規制部材が当接していない第2弾性部材伸縮量規制部材と、
を備えることを特徴とするシフトレバー装置。 - 前記ベース部材は前記第1弾性部材及び前記第2弾性部材を合わせた長さを前記シフトレバーが中立位置における前記第1弾性部材及び前記第2弾性部材を合わせた長さ以下に規制する規制部を備える請求項1に記載のシフトレバー装置。
- 直列に配設された前記第1弾性部材及び前記第2弾性部材は、前記シフトレバーが中立位置において前記伸縮方向が前記シフトレバーの軸方向と略平行に配設される請求項1又は2に記載のシフトレバー装置。
- 前記第2弾性部材伸縮量規制部材は、前記シフトレバーが中立位置において前記縮み規制部材の長さと前記所定値とを合わせた長さよりも前記第2弾性部材を縮めないように前記スペーサーの前記第2弾性部材方向への移動を規制するスペーサー規制部材を備える請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のシフトレバー装置。
