Claims (1)
- 熱膨張によりヘッド素子部を磁気ディスク側へ突出させる発熱体を備えた磁気ヘッドと、この磁気ヘッドを支持する支持板と、この支持板に沿って設けられ、前記磁気ヘッドと回路系とを電気的に接続するフレキシブル配線基板とを一体に備えた磁気ヘッドアッセンブリを有し、この磁気ヘッドアッセンブリと磁気ディスクを筐体内に組み込んだ磁気ディスク装置において、
前記筐体内には、さらに、
前記筐体内の気圧を検出する気圧センサ、前記筐体内の温度を検出する温度センサ及び前記筐体内の湿度を検出する湿度センサをすべて収容した高温焼成セラミックからなるパッケージと、
このパッケージとは別体に構成され、センサ出力に基づいて前記発熱体への供給電流を増減するプリアンプとが設けられており、
前記フレキシブル配線基板の回路搭載面には、前記パッケージと、前記プリアンプと、前記パッケージ内の気圧センサ、前記温度センサ、前記湿度センサ及び前記プリアンプに共通の制御ICとが実装されていること、
を特徴とする磁気ディスク装置。
