Claims (1)
- 歯車と、この歯車に取り付けられ、かつ、振動減衰機能を有する環状の制振合金とを有する、歯車の騒音低減装置において、
対面する前記制振合金の側面と前記歯車の側面とは互いに傾斜しており、
前記制振合金の振動減衰率が予め定められた値を確保できるように、前記制振合金は、前記歯車の回転軸線方向における荷重により、互いに傾斜していた前記制振合金の側面と前記歯車の側面とが面接触し、前記歯車の回転軸線方向に前記制振合金の内周側とその外周側とが相対的にたわむことで、塑性変形もしくは弾性変形して静的歪みを与えられているともに、回転方向における前記歯車との相対滑りが生じないように前記歯車の側面に取り付けられていることを特徴とする歯車の騒音低減装置。
