Description
特に、産業、自動車及び航空電子工学のシステムにおいて、近接度検出の関心は高い。近接度検出器により、システムは基準物に対する相対的な自身の位置を報告することが可能であり、例えば、そうした近接度検出器を備えたバルブの状況(開、閉)を報告し、判定することが可能である。概して、自動的又は自律的なシステムでは、システムは速さ又は速度方向を変更することにより近接度検出器及び他のセンサの状況に自身で応答することが可能であり、場合によっては、システムの状態に応じて異なる一連の動作を実行することが可能である。
定の基準レベル又は動的な基準レベルと比較することにより、既述の状況の下で光の強度のレベルが高くなるのを検出することが可能である。基準レベルは静的であっても、動的であってもよく、測定値に基づき調節可能であってもよい。照明が変調されている場合若しくは同期検出を有する場合又はその両方である場合、任意の他の照明により誤った検出が生じる可能性は減少する。
いて関心が高い。既述の原理に基づく光学的な近接度検出は、新規なカメラ技術並びに他の現代の光学センサ及び照明源が利用可能となったため、特に興味深い。また、共焦点顕微鏡についても言及する。共焦点顕微鏡では、顕微鏡観察される物体への入射前後において、照明(通常はレーザ)用の光路及び光検出器への光路が同じレンズ系を通過する。
Claims (11)
- 光源(1)と、光源(1)により照明されるときに基準物から生じる後方散乱光を受光するための光検出器(3)と、目標物(2)とを備え、光検出器(3)への後方散乱される光の強度を近接度の尺度として利用することにより、目標物と基準物(6,8)との間の近接度を検出するための装置であって、前記装置は、データ提示、コンピュータに支援される作業、及びコンピュータとの対話型操作用に適合されており、
焦点面(7)を有し、かつ、光源(1)により照明される光学デバイス(4)を目標物(2)が含むことと、
光源(1)及び光検出器(3)は目標物(2)及び基準物(6,8)から分離しており、目標物(2)と基準物(6,8)との間の近接度は遠隔的に感知されることと、
光源(1)の光路と光検出器(3)の光路が目標物(2)上の同じ光学デバイス(4)を通過するように、光源(1)からの光線の軸と光検出器(3)への後方散乱による光線の軸とが互いに非常に接近し、ほぼ平行又は一致する部分を有することと、
近接度は目標物(2)と、ほぼ焦点面に位置する基準物(6,8)との間の相対位置に相当することを特徴とする装置。 - ミラー、光ファイバー又は光伝導体を用いることなどにより前記部分の外部の軸は偏向を有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 光源(1)は変調光又はパルス光を発光し、光検出器(3)は変調又はパルスに同期する請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 光検出器はカメラ(3)を含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 光学デバイス(4)は目標物(2)及び基準物(6,8)の2以上の相対位置における近接度の判定のための2以上の焦点面を有する請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 近接度の検出のために光検出器(3)へ後方散乱される光の強度は所定のレベル及び好適には調節可能なレベルと比較される請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 光源(1)及び光検出器(3)は互いに対して離れて位置する請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 光源はデータ投影機(図2)からなる請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の装置の組み込まれた、データ提示、コンピュータに支援される作業又はコンピュータとの対話型操作のための、ドローイング用具、ライティング用具及びポインティング用具のうちの1つ以上の用具であって、関連する目標物と基準物との間の近接度を検出することにより、前記用具のボタンその他の調節部が押下されたか否か、又は別の手法により作動されたか否かを検出する用具。
- 光検出器(3)は装置の使用者の眼である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 光源はデータ投影機からなる請求項10に記載の装置。
