したがって、請求項1に係る発明の検査用具を使用すると、検査用培地を簡単にかつ短時間で調製することができる。
したがって、この検査用具を使用すると、拭き取り検査における試料採取から微生物の培養までの一連の操作を効率良く短時間で行うことができるとともに、培地作成の手間を省くことができる。
したがって、請求項2に係る発明の検査用具を使用すると、拭き取り検査後に培地を安全に廃棄することができる。
したがって、請求項3に係る発明の検査用具を使用すると、非選択培地に選択剤を添加する操作を簡単にかつ短時間で行うことができる。
したがって、請求項4に係る発明の検査用具を使用すると、培地に検査用色素を添加する操作を簡単にかつ短時間で行うことができ、速やかにかつ確実に微生物検査を行うことができる。
図1は、この発明の実施形態の1例を示し、検査用具の一部を破断した状態で示す斜視図である。

Claims (5)
- 柔軟性樹脂材料で形成され開口部が設けられたチューブ状容器と、内側に拭き取り検査用の綿棒が取着され前記チューブ状容器の開口部に嵌脱自在に嵌着されるキャップとから構成され、前記チューブ状容器の内部に、希釈液を収容するとともに、前記希釈液と混合されることにより液体培地である検査用培地が調製される濃縮培地が封入され前記チューブ状容器に対し外部から加えられる変形力によって破裂する内部包装体を収容して、前記チューブ状容器を密封し、前記綿棒の綿球を前記希釈液中に浸漬させたことを特徴とする検査用具。
- 前記チューブ状容器の内部に、消毒剤が封入され前記チューブ状容器に対し外部から加えられる変形力によって破裂する別の内部包装体が収容された請求項1に記載の検査用具。
- 柔軟性もしくは可撓性を有する包装体の内部に、目的菌および雑菌を増殖させる非選択培地を収容するとともに、目的菌以外の雑菌の増殖を抑制する選択剤が封入され前記非選択培地で目的菌および雑菌を或る程度増殖させた後に前記包装体に対し外部から加えられる変形力によって破裂する内部包装体を収容して、前記包装体を密封したことを特徴とする検査用具。
- 柔軟性もしくは可撓性を有する包装体の内部に培地を収容するとともに、検査用色素が封入され前記培地で微生物を増殖させた後に前記包装体に対し外部から加えられる変形力によって破裂する内部包装体を収容して、前記包装体を密封したことを特徴とする検査用具。
- 前記内部包装体が、フィルム材料で密閉袋状に形成され周縁部の少なくとも一部が弱く接着されたものである請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の検査用具。
