Description
従って、前記要求を満たす患者換気法を提供するのが本発明の目的である。
Claims (15)
- (a)患者回路と、
(b)該患者回路に接続される圧力発生器と、
(c)圧力制御手段と、
を備えた医療用人工呼吸器であって、
前記患者回路が、前記圧力発生器から患者まで加圧流体を搬送し、
前記圧力制御手段が、呼気段階、解放段階、及び、供給段階を含めた一連の段階において前記圧力発生器を制御して、
(1)前記呼気段階で基準レベルの圧力、流量又は流量体積の流体を前記患者に供給する、
(2)前記呼気段階に続く前記解放段階で前記流体の圧力、流量又は流量体積を前記基準レベルから前記基準レベルより小さい解除レベルまで減少させて、流体流の供給を前記患者から解除する、
(3)前記解放段階に続く前記供給段階で、前記患者に供給される前記流体の圧力、流量又は流量体積を前記解除レベルから前記基準レベルを超える最高レベルに増大する、及び
(4)前記流体の圧力、流量又は流量体積を前記最高レベルから前記基準レベルに戻す、
動作を行い、前記解放段階が、前記患者の呼吸周期の吸気段階に先立ち始まることを特徴とする医療用人工呼吸器。 - 前記圧力制御手段は、(1)から(4)の過程を反復する、請求項1に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記圧力制御手段は、前記患者の自発的呼吸に同期して、前記呼気段階、前記解放段階、前記供給段階又はこれらの何れかの組み合わせ段階に移行する、請求項1に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記圧力制御手段は、前記供給段階中の前記流体の圧力、流量又は流量体積の増大を圧力制限、流量制限又は流量体積制限する、請求項1に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記圧力制御手段は、前記呼気段階、前記解放段階又は前記供給段階の持続時間を時間基準で制御する、請求項1に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記呼気段階で供給される前記流体流の圧力基準レベルは、5〜30cmH2Oの範囲にあり、前記解放段階で供給される前記流体流の圧力解除レベルは、0〜15cmH2Oの範囲にあり、前記供給段階で供給される前記流体流の圧力最高レベルは、15〜60cmH2Oの範囲にある、請求項1に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 呼気段階で基準レベルの圧力、流量又は流量体積の流体を患者に供給する供給手段と、
前記呼気段階に続く解放段階で、前記基準レベルから前記基準レベルより小さい解除レベルに前記流体の圧力、流量又は流量体積を減少して、流体流の供給を前記患者から解除する解放手段と、
前記解放段階に続く供給段階で、前記解除レベルから前記基準レベルを超える最高レベルに前記患者に供給される前記流体の圧力、流量又は流量体積を増大する増大手段と、
前記流体の圧力、流量又は流量体積を前記最高レベルから前記基準レベルに戻す復帰手段とを備え、前記解放段階が、前記患者の呼吸周期の吸気段階に先立ち始まることを特徴とする医療用人工呼吸器。 - 前記患者の自発的呼吸に同期して、前記呼気段階、前記解放段階、前記供給段階又はこれらの何れかの組み合わせ段階に移行する、請求項7に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記供給段階で患者に供給される流体の圧力、流量又は流量体積を増大する前記増大手段は、前記患者の吸気に同期して前記供給段階を開始する、請求項7に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記供給段階で前記患者に供給される流体の圧力、流量又は流量体積を増大する前記増大手段は、流体の圧力、流量体積又は流量を制限できる制限手段である、請求項7に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記呼気段階で患者に流体を供給する前記供給手段は、前記呼気段階の持続時間を時間基準で制御する、解放段階で流体流の供給を前記患者から解除する前記解放手段は、前記解放段階の持続時間を時間基準で制御するか、又は、供給段階で前記患者に供給される流体の圧力、流量又は流量体積を増大する前記増大手段は、前記供給段階の持続時間を時間基準で制御する、請求項7に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記呼気段階で供給される前記流体流の圧力基準レベルは、5〜30cmH2Oの範囲にあり、前記解放段階で供給される前記流体流の圧力解除レベルは、0〜15cmH2Oの範囲にあり、前記供給段階で供給される前記流体流の圧力最高レベルは、15〜60cmH2Oの範囲にある、請求項7に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 患者回路と、
呼気段階、解放段階、及び、供給段階を含めた一連の段階において、前記患者回路を通じて患者に加圧流体を供給する圧力発生器と、
該圧力発生器を制御する制御手段とを備え、
該制御手段は、(a)前記呼気段階で第1の圧力により前記患者に前記流体を供給し、(b)前記解放段階で、前記第1の圧力より低い第2の圧力により前記患者に前記流体を供給しかつ(c)前記供給段階で、前記第1の圧力より高い第3の圧力により前記患者に前記流体を供給し、前記解放段階が、前記患者の呼吸周期の吸気段階に先立ち始まることを特徴とする医療用人工呼吸器。 - 前記制御手段は、前記患者の呼吸に反応して、
前記患者の呼気時に、前記第1の圧力又は第2の圧力で前記患者に前記流体を供給しかつ
前記患者の吸気時に、前記第3の圧力で前記患者に前記流体を供給する、請求項13に記載の医療用人工呼吸器。 - 前記制御手段は、前記圧力発生器を制御して、前記患者の呼吸動作に基づき、前記第1の圧力、第2の圧力及び第3の圧力で前記患者に周期的に前記流体を供給する、請求項13に記載の医療用人工呼吸器。
