Description
平行に配置された2枚の固定極の間に、振動変位自在な1枚の振動極を平行に配置すること、
この振動極と両固定極の対向した面を、静電的に同一極性とすること、
振動極と固定極との間に働く静電斥力を復元力として、振動極を両固定極間に定位させること、
両固定極間を、電気音声信号の入出力とすること、
振動極の固定極に対する振動変位により、電気音響変換を行なうこと、
にある。
請求項1記載の発明にあっては、振動極は両固定極間に、振動極と固定極との間に働く静電斥力により定位し、固定極に対して振動極が接近すると、この振動極と固定極との間に働く静電斥力は、減少した両者間の距離の自乗に反比例して、急激に強大化するので、振動極と固定極とが、この強大な静電斥力に打ち勝って接触することは、殆ど起り得ず、これにより振動極と固定極との接触事故の発生が殆どないものとすることができる。

Claims (1)
- 平行に配置された2枚の固定極(2)の間に、振動変位自在な1枚の振動極(1)を平行に配置し、該振動極(1)と両固定極(2)の対向した面を、静電的に同一極性として、前記振動極(1)と固定極(2)との間に働く静電斥力を復元力として、前記振動極(1)を両固定極(2)間に定位させ、前記両固定極(2)間を、電気音声信号の入出力とし、前記振動極(1)の固定極(2)に対する振動変位により、電気音響変換を行なう電気音響変換装置。
