Description

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an aluminum cooking utensil, and more particularly to a manufacturing method capable of decorating an outer surface of an aluminum cooking utensil with a plurality of colors and various patterns through pattern processing and surface treatment.

Aluminum cooking utensils, more specifically aluminum alloy cooking utensils, are lighter than other metals, have excellent formability, and take advantage of characteristics such as easy surface treatment and beautiful appearance. It has the advantage of being able to be used and is widely used despite being relatively expensive.

However, when the aluminum itself is exposed to the air, a natural oxide film is formed and its surface is protected. However, aluminum as a material for cooking utensils is repeatedly subjected to heat, moisture and friction during cooking. It looks badly discolored and remains rubbing.

Therefore, in general, surface treatment is performed on the outside or the inside with paint, powder, ceramic, film, fluorine, plating, or the like, rather than using aluminum as a raw material for cooking utensils. Among these, high-functional fluororesins have unique properties not seen from other resins, but the properties that we want to pay attention to as paints for cooking utensils are heat resistance, chemical inertness, excellent There are electrical characteristics, non-adhesiveness, etc., which are characteristics exhibited due to the unique molecular structure unique to fluororesins.

On the other hand, there are two types of ceramic coatings, powder and liquid. Ceramic coating is applied to products used at a higher strength and higher temperature than fluorine coating. The ceramic coating can be coated with a ceramic thin film that is particularly excellent in wear resistance, seizure resistance, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance, thereby dramatically improving the product life.

However, conventional aluminum cooking utensils, for example, are coated on the inner surface with fluororesin or ceramic, and the outer surface is subjected to electrolytic film treatment to maintain the metallic silver color of aluminum, or the entire cooking utensil is coated with fluororesin or ceramic. Most of them have monotonous colors even though they are excellent in function.

Also, in the past, when adding patterns to cooking utensils in order to increase the added value as cooking utensils, patterns were put using transfer or side screen methods, so the workability was poor and much labor was required. There are disadvantages in terms of cost.

From the above, when manufacturing cooked utensils with patterns, it is excellent in workability, can be manufactured with low effort and low cost, and more beautiful and diverse colors can be used. There is a demand for cooking utensils that can stimulate demand and enhance added value by satisfying the visual demands of consumers.

The present invention, which has been made to satisfy the above-described demand, has an object to provide an aluminum cooking utensil that can be decorated with a plurality of colors and various patterns through pattern processing and surface treatment. To do.

In order to achieve such an object, an aluminum cooking utensil manufacturing method of the present invention is an aluminum cooking utensil manufacturing method for decorating the outside of a cooking utensil with various patterns. Forming an overall outer shape; forming a concave pattern on the processed surface of the cooking utensil with respect to the surface of the processed surface; fluororesin, ceramic, powder, electrolytic coating, plating on the entire processed surface A primary surface treatment and a heat treatment using one of the paints; a step of thinly cutting the entire processed surface so that the concave pattern remains; the entire processed surface is made of fluororesin, ceramic, powder Removing the secondary surface treatment layer on the concave pattern portion after performing a secondary surface treatment using one of electrolytic coating, plating, and paint, followed by heat treatment. .

Another aluminum cooking utensil manufacturing method of the present invention is an aluminum cooking utensil manufacturing method for decorating the outside of a cooking utensil with various patterns. A step of forming a concave pattern with respect to the surface; a step of forming the entire outer shape of the cooking utensil using the flat plate of aluminum; and the entire processed surface of the fluororesin, ceramic, powder, electrolytic film, plating, paint A step of performing a primary surface treatment and a heat treatment using one of the following: a step of thinly cutting the entire processed surface so that the concave pattern remains; the entire processed surface is made of fluororesin, ceramic, powder, electrolytic coating, And a step of removing the secondary surface treatment layer on the concave pattern portion after performing a secondary surface treatment using one of plating and paint and performing a heat treatment.

Further, the method further includes a step of performing an electrolytic film treatment on the entire primary surface treated surface between the cutting step and the secondary surface treatment step.

Further, following the secondary surface treatment and the heat treatment, the entire opposite surface having the front and back relationship with the surface of the primary surface treatment and the secondary surface treatment is subjected to a surface treatment using one of a fluororesin, a ceramic, and an electrolytic film. The method further includes the step of heat treatment.

The aluminum cooking utensil to which the present invention is applied has a plurality of colors and various patterns while maintaining the function as a conventional cooking utensil that is subjected to surface treatment to facilitate cleaning of contaminated parts after cooking. Can be decorated, giving consumers a sense of aesthetic satisfaction and increasing demand, such as arousing demand.

Hereinafter, embodiments to which the present invention is applied will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an aluminum cooking utensil to which the present invention is applied, in which (a) shows a cooking utensil in which concave patterns are distributed over the entire outer surface and outer bottom surface, and (b) shows a concave pattern. The cooking utensils partially distributed on the outer surface are shown, (c) shows a cooking utensil with a concave pattern in a triangle, and (d) shows a strip-like portion of a color different from other parts on the outer side. The cookware formed is shown.

FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged view of A in FIG. 1, and shows a surface state after processing at each stage in the first embodiment to which the present invention is applied, and (a) shows cooking utensil molding and pattern formation. (B) shows the surface treatment and heat treatment stage by the primary surface treatment, (c) shows the cutting stage, (d) shows the surface treatment stage by the secondary surface treatment, and (e) shows the concave shape. The heat processing and removal stage with respect to the coating material at the time of the secondary surface treatment on a pattern are shown.

First, in the shaping | molding to the external shape of the cooking utensil 10 of 1st Embodiment, and the formation process of the concave pattern 5, it draws using a press machine with respect to a flat aluminum plate. A molding die (not shown) attached to the press machine has a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the cooking utensil 10, and the molding die has a concave shape to be formed on the external processing surface 1 of the cooking utensil 10. A convex pattern corresponding to the pattern 5 is formed.

In addition, the processing method by aluminum die-casting can be utilized not only in drawing processing using a press machine. In the case of die casting, a convex pattern corresponding to the concave pattern 5 to be formed along with the outer shape of the cooking utensil 10 is also formed inside the mold, and when molten metal is poured into the mold and solidified, the cooking utensil 10 is obtained. Concave pattern 5 is formed simultaneously with the outer shape.

In the forming and forming of the concave pattern 5 in the first embodiment, the concave pattern 5 on the external processing surface 1 is formed along with the outer shape of the cooking utensil 10 through the drawing process by the press machine.

However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the outer shape forming process and the concave pattern 5 forming process can be performed separately as necessary. After the outer shape of the cooking utensil 10 is first formed by pressing, the external processing of the cooking utensil 10 is performed. When the secondary processing is performed so that the surface 1 has a wave-like contour when viewed in a vertical cross section, a concave pattern 5 is formed in parallel with this, or the outside of the cooking utensil 10 using a hot stamp or the like. A highly intricate pattern can be formed in the processed surface 1 in a concave shape.

And as another formation method of the concave pattern 5, as in a second embodiment described later, a method of processing a pattern on a flat aluminum plate before forming the outer shape of the cooking utensil 10, or a simple method There are embossing methods such as arranging patterns innumerably at regular and constant depths, and finally a manual method.

FIG.1 (c) is a perspective view which shows the cooking utensil 10 which has the triangular concave pattern 5 by 1st Embodiment. The concave pattern 5 is not limited to ○, △, □, ◇, ...,-, ×, ☆, ∧, etc., and horizontal or vertical rectangles, and combinations thereof, and logos, floral patterns, characters, landscapes, paintings Advanced and complicated patterns such as letters can be formed.

On the other hand, the depth from the surface of the processed surface of the concave pattern 5 is somewhat different depending on the thickness of the surface treatment layer described later, but is generally preferably about 0.5 to 1.5 mm.

Next, in the primary surface treatment and the heat treatment stage, the externally processed surface 1 of the cooking utensil 10 including the concave pattern 5 is primary coated with a coating material or coating method such as paint, powder, ceramics, electrolytic coating, fluororesin, plating, etc. Heat treatment is performed after the surface treated surface 2 is formed. As an example, the surface treatment using a fluororesin is performed by a general coating apparatus for electrostatic coating.

Electrostatic coating is a coating method in which finely divided fluororesin is negatively charged and adsorbed onto the processed surface of the cooking utensil 10 while spraying compressed air on a positively shaped aluminum shape or plate. Through the fluororesin coating using electropainting, the cooking utensil 10 can be given 16 or more solid colors and metallic colors.

In the case of paint, the composition of the components is as follows: PTFE dispersion 86.8% by weight, water 3.38% by weight, aromatic hydrocarbon 0.56% by weight, triethylamine 0.17% by weight, oleic acid 0.17%. Desirably, the weight is 0.12% by weight, the surfactant is 0.12% by weight, and the inorganic pigment dispersion is 8.8% by weight.

Next, the cooking utensil 10 after the primary surface treatment is transferred to baking equipment and subjected to heat treatment, but by drying in this way, in addition to non-adhesiveness, chemical resistance, friction resistance, slipperiness, A primary surface-treated surface 2 having excellent adhesion and heat resistance is formed.

On the other hand, the ceramic coating can be applied using, for example, an existing chemical densification method or a plasma injection method.

In the next cutting stage, in the first embodiment, the entire processed surface 1 that is relatively raised while preventing the concave pattern 5 and the primary surface treatment layer applied thereon from being scraped off. The primary surface-treated surface 2 is cut thinly through a turning process to form a cutting surface 3. As a result, the cutting surface 3 returns to the metallic silver color of aluminum as a base, and contrasts with the portion of the concave pattern 5 that maintains the color during the primary surface treatment.

The advantage gained through cutting such as turning is that, together with the primary surface treatment layer, an oxide film of about 2 nanometers formed on the aluminum surface is also removed in the atmosphere. It is possible to shift to the secondary surface treatment without performing the blasting that should have been conventionally performed as a pretreatment for coupling with the processed surface 1.

In order to keep the metallic silver color of aluminum appearing in the cutting stage as it is without giving a new color in the secondary surface treatment by selection, an electrolytic coating treatment is performed. Moreover, the secondary surface treatment is not performed on the primary surface treatment surface 2 by selection, and the opposite surface having the front and back relationship with the primary surface treatment surface 2, that is, the primary surface treatment surface 2 is the outer surface of the cooking utensil. The opposite surfaces in the case are the inner surface 6 and the inner bottom surface of the cooking utensil 10, and the opposite surface when the primary surface treatment surface 2 is the inner surface 6 of the cooking utensil 10 is the outer surface of the cooking utensil 10. become.

When the opposite surface is the inner surface 6 of the cooking utensil 10, the coating material at the time of the secondary treatment is limited to fluororesin, ceramics, and electrolytic film, but this other coating material contains harmful substances, This is because harmful substances may be dissolved during cooking of ingredients. When the opposite surface is the outer surface of the cooking utensil 10, the surface treatment is applied to one of the fluororesin, ceramics, powder, electrolytic coating, plating, and paint as well as the primary surface treatment. After performing using the method, heat treatment is performed.

Next, in the secondary surface treatment and the heat treatment stage, while the metallic silver color of the cutting surface 3 and the color of the primary surface treatment surface 2 of the concave pattern 5 given at the time of the primary surface treatment show a sharp difference, the cooking utensil Of the fluororesin, ceramics, powder, electrolytic coating, plating, paint, so that the entire surface of 10 can be harmonized with the secondary surface treatment while being different from the color of the primary surface treatment. Surface treatment is performed using one coating material or coating method. At this time, the work efficiency of a secondary surface treatment process can be improved by surface-treating the whole processing surface 1 including the cutting surface 3 and the concave pattern 5 at once.

Next, when the secondary surface treatment is finished, heat treatment is performed so that the cutting surface 3 of the cooking utensil 10 and the coating material of the secondary surface treatment surface 4 attached thereon can be firmly maintained in a bonded state.

As a result, the concave pattern 5 is in a state where the secondary surface treatment surface 4 is covered on the primary surface treatment surface 2, but the coating material for the processed surface 1 and the primary surface treatment surface 2 which are aluminum bases. Is stronger than the bonding force between the coating material of the primary surface treatment surface 2 and the coating material of the secondary surface treatment surface 4, and the concave surface pattern is only slightly rubbed or wiped off the secondary surface treatment surface 4. 5 can be easily removed during the secondary surface treatment.

The primary surface treatment surface 2 and the secondary surface treatment surface 4 may be surface-treated with the same coating material or coating method, or may be surface-treated with different coating materials or coating methods.

Thus, the steps in the first embodiment are completed, and the product is completed as a finishing operation by attaching a handle or the like for the convenience of using the product.

In the first embodiment described above, a concave pattern, i.e., an intaglio pattern, is formed on the processed surface 1 of the cooking utensil 10, but not limited to this, an embossed pattern, i.e., a convex shape, is formed on the processed surface 1 of the cooking utensil 10. In the case of forming a pattern, there is a partial change in the processing procedure. First, after the cooking utensil 10 is formed, a primary surface treatment is performed and heat treatment is performed. Then, a convex pattern (not shown) is formed. The convex pattern is punched by hitting a pattern mold against the inner surface 6 of the cooking utensil 10 or processed by a press machine.

In the subsequent cutting stage, only the primary surface treatment surface (not shown) on the convex pattern is cut, and the primary surface treatment surface on the machining surface is left as it is. Then, the secondary surface treatment is applied to the primary surface treatment surface and the entire convex pattern, and the secondary surface treatment is applied on the other primary surface treatment surface while leaving the secondary surface treatment surface on the convex pattern. Remove the surface-treated surface by gently rubbing or wiping off the coating material. At that time, if the side wall of the convex pattern and the processing surface are almost perpendicular, the secondary surface treatment coating material at the bottom edge of the convex pattern is difficult to remove cleanly, but it must be left without being removed. Depending on the selection of the color during each surface treatment, the intermediate surface color changes from the color during the primary surface treatment to the color of the convex pattern, and the visual effect of Yin Yang at the periphery of the convex pattern is produced. It is possible to make the convex pattern stand out more.

In the first embodiment, after forming the outer shape of the cooking utensil 10, the concave pattern 5 is formed on the external processing surface 1 of the cooking utensil 10, whereas in the second embodiment, the procedure is changed. First, after forming the concave pattern 5 on the aluminum plate material (not shown) before forming, the outer shape of the cooking utensil 10 is formed on the aluminum plate material on which the concave pattern 5 is formed using a press machine.

Thus, after forming the concave pattern 5, by shaping the outer shape of the cooking utensil 10, a particularly sophisticated and complicated concave pattern can be drawn. Further, when the external processing surface 1 is flatter than a curved surface, it is possible to form a more elaborate and complicated pattern using various means such as a laser.

The subsequent steps, primary surface treatment, cutting step, secondary surface treatment, and the like are the same as those in the first embodiment.

FIG.1 (d) is a perspective view of the cooking utensil 10 by 3rd Embodiment to which this invention was applied.

In the third embodiment, as in the first embodiment, beautiful cooking utensils in various forms can be obtained by utilizing the non-adhesiveness, slipperiness, and chemical resistance characteristics of the surface-treated coating surface. It is done.

First, the external shape processing of the cooking utensil 10 is performed by press processing or die casting, as in the first embodiment.

Next, a strip-shaped primary surface treatment surface 11 is formed on a part of the outer surface in the circumferential direction of the cooking utensil 10, and at this time, the primary surface treatment surface 11 is made of fluororesin, ceramics, powder, paint, electrolysis Various patterns and free patterns are formed by one coating material or coating method of coating and plating. If you use spray, you can draw more free patterns. And the cooking utensil 10 is heat-processed and the primary surface treatment surface 11 is fixed.

In the subsequent secondary surface treatment, the entire externally processed surface 1 including the primary surface treated surface 11 is coated with one coating material or coating method of fluororesin, ceramics, powder, paint, electrolytic coating, and plating. And dry. At this time, the coating material applied on the primary surface treatment surface 11 at the time of the secondary surface treatment has a bonding force between the processed surface 1 of the aluminum base and the primary surface treatment coating material as described above. Since it is stronger than the interlayer bonding force between the treatment layer and the secondary surface treatment layer, the coating material on the primary surface treatment surface 11 can be easily removed by lightly rubbing or wiping off.

Next, heat treatment is performed to fix the coating material on the secondary surface-treated surface 13.
