Description

문양이 형성되는 조리용기 제조방법{Cooking a vessel manufacture method}{Cooking a vessel manufacture method}

The present invention relates to a cooking container manufacturing method in which a pattern is formed, and more particularly, to a cooking container manufacturing method in which patterns are formed on an inner surface and an outer surface of a cooking container in which food is cooked, thereby maximizing the beauty.

In general, the cooking vessel is shallow in depth and has a handle on one side. It is mainly used for cooking roasted or fried dishes. The material is made of iron or copper, but recently it is made of aluminum Alloys are often used.

The cooking container made of such an aluminum alloy is widely used despite being relatively expensive due to its relatively light weight, excellent formability and easy surface treatment compared with other metals.

In addition, when aluminum is exposed to air, a natural oxide film is formed to protect the surface. However, aluminum used as a cooking container is repeatedly applied with heat, moisture, and friction, so that it is strongly discolored and there is a trail of friction. .

In order to overcome this disadvantage, a coating film was applied on the surface of the cooked container to be cooked to improve its physical properties.

However, the surface of the coated cooking vessel is also cracked due to high-temperature heating, resulting in abrasion of the coating, wear, and appearance of the bottom due to the coating being peeled off.

Therefore, in recent years, a pattern is formed in a cooking container by using a transfer paper or the like to appeal the aesthetic sense to the consumer. However, forming a pattern using a transfer paper is a problem in that the worker does not work well, There have been disadvantages.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a flowchart showing a method of manufacturing a cooking vessel in which a pattern according to the present invention is formed. FIG.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a flow chart showing a method of manufacturing a cooking vessel in which a pattern according to the present invention is formed, wherein a cooking vessel manufacturing method in which a pattern according to the present invention is formed includes a sanding step S100, The outer coating step S700, the outer surface pattern forming step S800, the outer coating step S600, the outer coating step S700, the outer coating step S800, the inner coating forming step S800, , And a gloss step (S900) are sequentially performed.

The sanding step S100 is a step of machining a plate made of an aluminum alloy, which is a main material of the early vessel, into a thickness and an area capable of being formed into a cooking vessel, and sanding the entire surface of the processed cooking vessel plate.

In the sanding process, stone powder made of gold ore is sprayed on a plate for a cooking vessel processed using air pressure to make the entire surface of the cooking vessel plate as a smooth sanding paper, and the light specific to the aluminum alloy is removed, So that the entire surface of the cooking vessel plate can be easily and at the same time improved in adhesion force when the pattern is formed.

In the first coating step S200, the primer is coated on the surface of the plate for the cooking vessel sanded in the sanding step (S100), and dried in an oven maintained at 180 to 220 deg. C for 20 to 40 minutes to prepare a primer And curing the plate.

The primary coating with the primer on the cooking vessel plate is performed by removing the rust from the plate for the cooking vessel processed in the sanding step (S100), and at the same time, due to the nature of the primer having good adhesion to the lower vessel, So as to facilitate the operation.

In the second coating step (S300), the fluororesin system is applied to the surface of the cooking vessel plate subjected to the first coating in the first coating step (S200), followed by drying in a drying furnace maintained at 250 to 300 DEG C for 30 to 40 minutes The fluororesin system is cured on the plate for the cooking container in which the primer is cured.

The fluororesin system is widely used as a coating material for a cooking vessel because of its high heat resistance and chemical resistance, and is also used for the cooking vessel according to the present invention.

The inner surface forming step S400 is a step of forming a pattern on the surface of the cooking vessel plate having undergone the secondary coating in the secondary coating step S300 by the silk screen method, The pattern can be used as a logo, a flower pattern, a character, a landscape, a painting, a character, and the like.

The thickness of the pattern formed in the inner pattern forming step S400 is preferably maintained at 0.3 to 1.0 mm. Also, since the pattern is formed in the silk screen method in the inner pattern forming step (S400), it is possible to perform mass production by enabling automatic equipment compared to the conventional pattern forming method.

The third coating step S500 is a step of applying a fluororesin system to the surface of the cooking vessel plate having the pattern formed in the inner surface pattern forming step S400 and then drying the substrate in a drying furnace maintained at 400 to 450 DEG C for 20 to 40 minutes .

In the third coating step (S500), the final coating is performed on the surface of the frying pan where the food is cooked immediately, thereby preventing the frying pan from adhering to the frying pan during the cooking of the food, As shown in FIG.

The reason why the drying temperature in the third coating step (S500) is higher than the second coating step (S300) is that in the third coating step (S500), the fluororesin system used in the pattern and the secondary coating is completely dried.

The shaping step S600 may be performed such that the surface of the plate for the cooking container formed with the pattern is patterned by using a molding machine on the plate for the pattern formed in the inner surface pattern forming step S400 and the third coating step S500 And a step of shaping into a cooking vessel in the form of a cooking vessel.

Here, the forming step S600 may be performed by applying oil to the cooking vessel plate, which has undergone the tertiary coating step S500, into a cooking vessel using a molding machine And drying for 20 to 40 minutes in a drying furnace maintained at 400 to 500 DEG C so that the coated oil can be volatilized when the molding is completed.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent scratches on the cooking plate due to the molding operation, to prevent defects in the molding step (S600), and to manufacture a high quality cooking container.

In the outer surface coating step S700, foreign substances are removed from the outer surface of the opposite side to which the cooking vessel is cooked by using a tool capable of shaking off foreign matter such as a brush, and then paint or a fluororesin system is applied to harden the outer surface of the cooking vessel It is a step to implement color.

Here, the outer surface coating step (S700) may be performed by applying the paint on the outer surface of the cooking container by drying the paint in a drying oven maintained at 200 to 300 DEG C for 20 to 40 minutes to cure the paint, and when the fluororesin system is applied to the outer surface of the cooking container Dry at 20 to 40 minutes in a drying oven maintained at 400 to 450 ° C to cure.

The outer surface pattern formation step S800 is a step of forming a pattern on the outer surface of the cooking container coated with the paint or the fluororesin system by the silk screen method in the outer surface coating step S700. In the outer surface pattern formation step S800, The pattern is formed on the outer surface of the cooking vessel through the silk screen method in addition to the step S400 because the pattern can be formed on the curved surface of the cooking vessel formed in the forming step S600.

In the glossing step (S900), a polishing agent is applied to the outer surface of the cooking vessel in which the pattern is formed in the outer surface pattern forming step (S800), and then dried in an oven maintained at 200 to 350 deg. C for 30 to 40 minutes to cure the polishing agent.

When the cooking container made by performing the above-described steps is attached to the handle and finished with the cooking container, the cooking container that has undergone the above steps has various patterns on the inner surface where the cooking is performed and the outer surface that forms the appearance of the cooking container The beauty as a cooking container is maximized to satisfy the aesthetic demands of the consumers, and it is possible to appeal to consumers visually and to create high added value.
