ベース加熱時のレーザ光(連続波)の強度:1W
矩形波状のレーザ光(パルス波)の強度 :4W(周波数:20Hz、パルス幅:50msec)
よって、順次点灯される部分では、ピーク強度4W、パルス幅50msecのパルス波が強度1Wの連続波(ベース波)に乗っており、これが順次隣へ移動していく。加工速度を上げるためには、移動する点の数を複数に増やしたり(複数領域を同時に変化させる)、或いは点灯周波数を上げたりすればよい。
Claims (4)
- 第1の樹脂部材と第2の樹脂部材とを溶着して樹脂溶着体を製造する樹脂溶着方法であって、
前記第1の樹脂部材と前記第2の樹脂部材とを接触させて、前記第1の樹脂部材と前記第2の樹脂部材との接触面において前記第1の樹脂部材及び前記第2の樹脂部材が溶融するように、前記接触面おける溶着予定領域にレーザ光を照射し、その状態で、前記溶着予定領域において互いに異なる範囲ごとに前記レーザ光の強度を順次変化させることを特徴とする樹脂溶着方法。 - 前記レーザ光の強度を順次変化させるに際しては、前記レーザ光の強度を順次高くすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂溶着方法。
- 前記第1の樹脂部材と前記第2の樹脂部材とを接触させるに際しては、前記第1の樹脂部材と前記第2の樹脂部材とを圧接させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の樹脂溶着方法。
- 第1の樹脂部材と第2の樹脂部材とを溶着して樹脂溶着体を製造する樹脂溶着装置であって、
接触させられた前記第1の樹脂部材と前記第2の樹脂部材とを支持する支持部と、
前記第1の樹脂部材と前記第2の樹脂部材との接触面において前記第1の樹脂部材及び前記第2の樹脂部材が溶融するように、前記接触面おける溶着予定領域にレーザ光を照射するレーザ光照射部と、
前記溶着予定領域において互いに異なる範囲ごとに前記レーザ光の強度を順次変化させる制御部と、を備えることを特徴とする樹脂溶着装置。
