Description
ゴム系保護材を導電性ゴムとする構成により、金属板とともにゴム系保護材自体もジュール熱を発生するので加硫までの加熱時間をより短縮できる。
箱形のセラミック製ケース内の一方に配置される電磁誘導用コイルと、前記電磁誘導コイルが巻回され空所を隔てて対向する二つの磁極面を有するC字形の磁気回路手段と、前記二つの磁極面との間に配置される金属板と、を備え、前記金属板の前面が前記セラミック製ケースの他方に設けた開口部に露出するように配置した構成により、小型で運搬、設置が容易で狭い空間での作業に適した構造物用ゴム支承の現場加硫補修用の電磁誘導加熱装置を提供できる。

Claims (3)
- 既設の構造物用ゴム支承の劣化したゴム層を切削除去し、その補修部に未加硫のゴム系保護材を塗布し、前記構造物用ゴム支承の近傍に配置した電磁誘導加熱装置で発生した磁界を磁気回路手段を介して前記補修部に当接する金属板に導き、前記磁界により前記金属板にジュール熱を発生させ前記未加硫のゴム系保護材を加硫し補修することを特徴とする構造物用ゴム支承の現場加硫補修方法。
- 前記ゴム系保護材を導電性ゴムとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造物用ゴム支承の現場加硫補修方法。
- 箱形のセラミック製ケース内の一方に配置される電磁誘導用コイルと、前記電磁誘導コイルが巻回され空所を隔てて対向する二つの磁極面を有するC字形の磁気回路手段と、前記二つの磁極面との間に配置される金属板と、を備え、前記金属板の前面が前記セラミック製ケースの他方に設けた開口部に露出するように配置したことを特徴とする構造物用ゴム支承の現場加硫補修用の電磁誘導加熱装置。
