Description
大気含浸法によりコアを接着剤に浸漬し接着する際に、コアを浸漬する接着剤液位をコア高さの1/10以上1/2以下とすることを特徴とする接着強度に優れた積層コアの製造方法。

Claims (1)
- コア構成部材がSiを2.5〜7.0mass%含み、板厚0.2mm以下の薄板からなり、前記コア構成部材どうしが大気含浸法により接着剤で接着され、前記薄板を積層してなる積層コアの製造方法であって、
大気含浸法により、前記コア構成部材である薄板を積層してなるコアを接着剤に浸漬し接着する際に、該コアを浸漬する接着剤液位をコア高さの1/10以上1/2以下とすることを特徴とする接着強度に優れた積層コアの製造方法。
