Description
本発明は添付特許請求の範囲に規定されており、それは添付図面に関して少しだけ更に説明されるであろう。

図3は図1及び2による容器部分の一つの斜め投影図を示し、
図4は輸送容器に属する錠止リングの斜め投影図を示し、
図5は図2からの拡大された部分断面Aを示し、
図6は開放状態の装置全体の断面を示し、そして
図7は図6の斜め投影図を示す。
本発明は例示された実施態様に限定されず、特許請求の範囲内で種々変更されることができる。
Claims (5)
- 円形断面の、閉鎖状態で防爆性の気密容器(1−3)であって、それがそれ自身の特定の縦方向に対して横断的に分離することにより開放可能であり、かつ分離で得られた二つの容器部分(1,2)が互いに軸方向に変位されることにより接近可能にされることができる内部を持ち、更に、容器の開放により互いに分離されかつ相対的に互いから変位可能な容器部分(1,2)がともに、容器の閉鎖により、錠止リング(3)によって互いに錠止可能であるものにおいて、容器が爆発危険性または爆発危険性が疑われる物質の貯蔵及び輸送のための輸送容器(1−3)であること、錠止リング(3)が容器部分(1,2)間に介在して配置されること、錠止リング(3)がそのいずれかの側に配置された容器部分(1,2)に相互に面するカップリング素子(15,16)を持つ多数の歯付両面バヨネットカップリングを持ち、一方これらの容器部分(1,2)がそれらのそれぞれのバヨネットカップリングに適合したカップリング素子(7,8)を持つこと、錠止リング(3)の方に面するそれぞれの容器部分(1,2)のカップリング素子(7,8)が多数の錠止歯(7,8)により構成され、それらが一緒に結合した状態では錠止リング(3)の方に面するそれら自身の特定の外部端縁に沿って配置され、前記端縁の半径方向の外周(6)及び内周(5)のそれぞれに沿って半径方向外向き及び内向きに延び、それによりこれらの錠止歯が一緒に、前記方向の輸送容器壁を閉じる両面歯付縁(7,8)を形成すること、及び錠止リング(3)がそれぞれのかかる端縁に合致する錠止溝(11,12)を持ち、これらの錠止溝の各々がそれぞれの容器部分(1,2)の端部閉鎖両面歯付縁(7,8)に合致していること、及び錠止リング(3)が容器部分(1,2)に関してそれらの相互対面端縁に横断的に回転可能に配置され、この錠止リング(3)が一体的なカップリング素子による一つの同じ錠止操作で両容器部分内に錠止されることを特徴とする防爆性輸送容器。
- 両面歯付縁(7,8)が複数の外向き(8)及び内向き(7)に面する錠止歯、及びこれらの間の半径方向に向いた歯間隙(9,10)を持つこと、歯間隙の各々はそれぞれの歯付縁に接近可能なようにその周辺に適合していること、及び容器部分(1,2)が閉鎖されるときにそれらの開放端により互いに面する前記容器部分(1,2)が、その端縁間で前記容器部分(1,2)に関して回転可能に配置されかつそれら自身の特定の内(14)及び外(13)周に沿って配置された同じ数の錠止歯(16,15)、及びこれと同じ数の歯間隙、及びそれら自身の特定の錠止歯とそれぞれの錠止溝の底(17)との間の自由空間(18)を持つ錠止リング(3)により、一緒に結合され閉鎖された状態に一緒に保持され、この底が、問題の錠止溝(11,12)が適合されている容器部分(1,2)の歯付縁の一つの錠止歯(7,8)の歯厚に少なくとも対応していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防爆性輸送容器。
- 錠止リング(3)が、輸送容器の閉鎖時に、錠止溝(11,12)が適合されている歯付縁(7,8)の少なくとも一つの歯幅に対応する距離だけ回転されることができることを特徴とする請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の防爆性輸送容器。
- それぞれの容器部分の外端縁とそれぞれの錠止溝(11,12)の底との間に配置された気密シール(22′)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の防爆性輸送容器。
- それぞれの容器部分の端縁とそれぞれの錠止溝の底(17)との間の気密シール(22′)が、各容器部分上で、それぞれの容器部分の両面歯付縁を越えて突出する周辺カラー(19)と錠止リング(3)のカラーに対向して位置されている外縁(20′)との間の第二気密シール(21′)を補われていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の防爆性輸送容器。
