前記薬液タンクが、該薬液タンク内の薬液を該冷却塔を有する冷却水系の水系水に添加するポンプ、及び、該水系水の水質をチェックする水質検査手段のコントロール部とともにユニット化され、該ユニットが前記冷却塔に取り外し可能に設置されている
