Claims (7)
- カテーテル(14)と基端部(12)にて接続し、カニューレ(15)と吸引側末端部(13)にて接続したポンプ(11)を備えた経皮挿入するための心臓内ポンピング装置において、
前記カニューレ(15)の末端部に吸引ヘッド(16)を設けてあって、該吸引ヘッド(16)は周方向に分散した複数の流入開口部(17)を有しており、
前記流入開口部(17)の吸引ヘッド(16)末端部に、可撓性の突起部(20)を設けており、
前記突起部(20)は、隣接した壁との間に距離を維持するための機械的スペーサを形成し、カニューレ(15)を機械的かつ非水圧的に延長させた非吸引突起部であることを特徴とする心臓内ポンピング装置。 - 前記突起部(20)は、そのルーメンが前記カニューレ(15)のルーメンと連通した中空ホースであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンピング装置。
- 前記可撓性の突起部(20)はピグテール先端部(21)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のポンピング装置。
- 前記流入開口部(17)は、流入管(41)を含んだ拡大可能な吸引バスケット(40)を設けていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のポンピング装置。
- 前記突起部(20)の外径は前記カニューレ(15)の外径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のポンピング装置。
- 前記カニューレ(15)は、予め形成された曲げ(34)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のポンピング装置。
- 前記ポンプ(11)を通り、また前記カニューレ(15)から前記中空の突起部(20)内へ前進するように適合されたガイドワイヤ(33)を設けていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のポンピング装置。
