Description
一方、前記特許文献2の土質改良機では、自走式であるため処理能力が小さく、また、被混練物の品質に対する精度については、汚泥の固化処理のための装置の性質上、あまり考慮されておらず、CSG材料などのコンクリート製品を製造するには、あまり向いていない。
場合には、計量ホッパ38の数量を2よりも多くして、混合ミキサ21で混練している間に複数の計量ホッパ38で骨材が待機するようになる。

Claims (6)
- 骨材とセメントと水を含む被混練材を1バッチごとに混ぜ合わせる混合ミキサと、
所定量の前記骨材を貯留して前記混合ミキサに供給する複数の計量ホッパと、
前記複数の計量ホッパに前記骨材を選択的に投入する可動シュートと、を備え、
前記可動シュートの上流側に、前記骨材を前記計量ホッパに定量供給するためのベルトフィーダを設け、
前記ベルトフィーダと前記可動シュートとの間に、搬送速度制御が可能な計量コンベヤを設け、
前記計量ホッパ内の前記骨材が所定量に近づいたときに、当該計量コンベヤの搬送速度を低下するように構成した
ことを特徴とする混練装置。 - 前記可動シュートは、回転体の回転軸から傾斜した流路を有し、前記回転体を回転させることで、前記骨材の落下位置を変更する回転シュートである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の混練装置。 - 前記混合ミキサの下流側に、複数バッチ分の被混練物を貯留する集合ホッパを設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の混練装置。 - 前記混合ミキサは、並列する二本の螺旋状アームを備えた二軸型ミキサである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の混練装置。 - 前記混合ミキサにセメントを供給するセメント供給装置は、前記混合ミキサに供給される骨材の量に応じて、供給セメント量を決定するように構成された
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の混練装置。 - 前記混合ミキサに水を供給する水供給装置は、前記混合ミキサに供給される骨材の量に応じて、供給水量を決定するように構成された
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の混練装置。
