Claims (3)
- リーク探査機器であって、スニッファプローブ(13)とテストガスデテクタ(22)とが設けられていて、該テストガスデテクタ(22)が、操作者の身体に携帯できるホルダ(10)に固定されている携帯機器(11)に設けられていて、かつ、フレキシブルな第1の毛細管路(12)を介してスニッファプローブ(13)に結合されており、真空ポンプを内蔵しているベース機器(16)が、フレキシブルな第2の毛細管路(20)を介して携帯機器(11)に結合されていることを特徴とする、リーク探査機器。
- スニッファプローブ(13)が、最大15cmの長さと、最大15mmの直径とを有するピンである、請求項1記載のリーク探査機器。
- テストガスデテクタ(22)が赤外線ガス分析器である、請求項1又は2記載のリーク探査機器。
