門型の本体フレームの水平部側に設けられて車両に洗浄用液体を噴射するための液体噴射装置を有する洗車機であって、
上記液体噴射装置を、
門型の本体フレームの水平部側に前後方向の水平支持軸を介して揺動自在に支持された噴射ノズルと、
この噴射ノズルを揺動させる揺動駆動装置とから構成するとともに、
上記揺動駆動装置による噴射ノズルの揺動速度を洗浄される車両の高さに応じて変化させるようにしたことを特徴とする洗車機。
