Description
Claims (28)
- 生体管路に術前処置を施すための装置において、
ハンドル部と、
前記ハンドル部から延出しているスカルペル・ブレード部とを備え、前記ハンドル部が前記スカルペル・ブレード部とは異なった平面に沿って延展し、
前記ハンドル部は第1部分及び第2部分を含み、前記第1部分及び第2部分が互いに異なった平面に沿って延展し、
前記ハンドル部は中心線を有し、前記ハンドル部の第1部分が前記中心線に対して負の角度をなすように配置され、前記ハンドル部の第2部分が前記中心線に対して正の角度をなすように配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記スカルペル・ブレード部の先端部分が、切刃を付けない部分とされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記スカルペル・ブレード部が更に、第1側方頂角部分と、該第1側方頂角部分とは反対側の第2側方頂角部分とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記第1側方頂角部分及び前記第2側方頂角部分が、切刃を付けない部分とされていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記第1側方頂角部分及び前記第2側方頂角部分が、切刃を付けた部分とされていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドル部及び前記スカルペル・ブレード部が、一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドル部及び前記スカルペル・ブレード部が、板材の打抜き加工により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記スカルペル・ブレード部が、前方を向いた切刃面と後方を向いた切刃面とを有しており、前記第1側方頂角部分及び前記第2側方頂角部分の各々が、それら切刃面の間に挟まれるようにして画成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 更にデプス・マーカを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記デプス・マーカが、前記ハンドル部の肩部分であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記デプス・マーカが、前記スカルペル・ブレード部の幅寸法、前記スカルペル・ブレード部の長さ寸法、前記ハンドル部の幅寸法、及び、前記ハンドル部の長さ寸法を含む寸法の群から選択された、装置寸法であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
- 更に第1ガイドタブ及び第2ガイドタブを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記第1ガイドタブが前記スカルペル・ブレード部に設けられ、前記第2ガイドタブが前記ハンドル部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項12記載の装置。
- 更にダイレータを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ダイレータが、ブリード・バック流入口及びブリード・バック流出口を備えていることを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記ブリード・バック流入口と前記ブリード・バック流出口との間の離隔距離が、生体管路深さの目標寸法と等しいことを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記ダイレータが更に目印部を備えており、該目印部が、前記ブリード・バック流入口から、生体管路深さの目標寸法と等しい距離だけ離隔した位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項16記載の装置。
- 該ダイレータがガイド部材の外周に装着され、前記装置が前記ダイレータの外周に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記スカルペル・ブレード部の先端部分が、切刃を付けない部分とされていることを特徴とする請求項18記載の装置。
- 前記スカルペル・ブレード部が更に、第1側方頂角部分と、該第1側方頂角部分とは反対側の第2側方頂角部分とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項19記載の装置。
- 前記第1側方頂角部分及び前記第2側方頂角部分が、切刃を付けた部分とされていることを特徴とする請求項20記載の装置。
- 前記第1側方頂角部分及び前記第2側方頂角部分の各々が、前方を向いた切刃面と後方を向いた切刃面との間に挟まれるようにして画成されていることを特徴とする請求項21記載の装置。
- 前記ガイド部材が、ガイドワイヤ、ニードル、アクセス・シース、及びガイド・カテーテルのうちのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項18記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記ガイド部材が挿通される第1ガイドタブ及び第2ガイドタブを備えていることを特徴とする請求項23記載の装置。
- 前記ダイレータが、ブリード・バック流入口及びブリード・バック流出口を備えていることを特徴とする請求項18記載の装置。
- 前記ブリード・バック流入口と前記ブリード・バック流出口との間の離隔距離が、生体管路深さの目標寸法と等しいことを特徴とする請求項25記載の装置。
- 前記ダイレータが更に目印部を備えており、該目印部が、前記ブリード・バック流入口から、生体管路深さの目標寸法と等しい距離だけ離隔した位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項26記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドル部の第1部分の負の角度の大きさは前記ハンドル部の第2部分の正の角度の大きさと等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
