【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、購入注文方法に関し、特に購入者が販売者に対して見積りを要求し、販売者は前記要求に対して応答する購入注文方法に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来、購入注文方法を利用したシステムとしての宿泊予約システムは、図９ないし図１１に示すものがあった。この図９は従来の購入注文方法を利用したシステムとしての宿泊予約システムの概要構成ブロック図、図１０は図９記載の仲介管理手段の詳細ブロック図、図１１は従来の購入注文方法を利用したシステムとしての宿泊予約システムの動作フローチャートを示す。
前記各図において従来の宿泊予約システムは、商品又はサービスの購入を希望する一又は複数の購入者端末２００と商品又はサービスを提供する一又は複数の販売者端末３００とこの購入者端末・販売者端末の宿泊予約における仲介を行う仲介管理手段５００とを備える構成である。

前記仲介管理手段５００は、商品又はサービスの予約の内容を有する予約情報を格納する予約情報マスタ５２１、購入者や販売者である利用者を特定する情報を格納する利用者情報マスタ５２２及び販売者が作成した宿泊プランである一般販売情報を格納する一般販売情報マスタ５２３からなるデータベース５２０と、このデータベース５２０に購入者端末２００及び販売者端末３００の要求に応じて各情報を格納する仲介サーバ５１０とを備える構成である。

前記仲介サーバ５１０は、データの入出力部であるＩ／Ｏ５１１と、販売者が販売者端末３００を用いて作成して仲介サーバに５１０に送信した一般販売情報をＩ／Ｏ５１１を介して受信して一般販売情報マスタ５２３に登録すると共に、購入者が決定して購入者端末２００を用いて仲介サーバ５１０に送信した検索条件をＩ／Ｏ５１１を介して受信し、この検索条件に基づいて一般販売情報マスタ５２３を検索して該当した一般販売情報を購入者端末２００に送信する情報操作手段５１２と、購入者が予約を決定して購入者端末２００を用いて仲介サーバ５１０に送信した予約情報をＩ／Ｏ５１１を介して受信して予約情報マスタ５２１に登録する予約制御手段５１３とを備える構成である。

前記構成に基づく従来の宿泊システムの動作について図１０に基づいて説明する。販売者は設定している客室のタイプ（シングル、ダブルなどの一室当たりの宿泊人数や、客室の調度品などのグレードによる区分）、朝食などのオプション、提供価格、提供時期、提供個数又は付加サービス等を決定して仲介サーバ５１０に一般販売情報として販売者端末３００を用いて送信し、情報操作手段５１２はＩ／Ｏ５１１を介して一般販売情報を受信し（ステップ１０１）、情報操作手段５１２は受信した一般販売情報を一般販売情報マスタ１１７に登録する（ステップ１０２）。

一方、購入者は地域（宿泊施設がある場所）、客室のタイプ、オプション、提供価格、提供時期、提供個数又は付加サービス等を検索条件として購入者端末２００を用いて前記仲介サーバ５１０に送信し、情報操作手段５１２はＩ／Ｏ５１１を介して検索条件を受信し（ステップ１０３）、情報操作手段５１２は受信した検索条件に基づいて該当する一般販売情報を一般販売情報マスタ１１７より検索し（ステップ１０４）、情報操作手段５１２は当該検索条件に合致した一般販売情報を購入者端末２００に送信する（ステップ１０５）。

購入者は受信した検索条件に合致した一般販売情報の中から選択して予約情報を購入者端末２００より作成して仲介サーバ５１０に送信する。予約制御手段５１３はＩ／Ｏ５１１を介して予約情報を受信し（ステップ１０６）、予約制御手段５１３は受信した予約情報に基づき利用者情報マスタ５２２より購入者を特定してこの予約情報を予約情報マスタ５２１に登録し（ステップ１０７）、更に、予約した一般販売情報の作成元の販売者端末３００に予約がなされた旨を通知する（ステップ１０８）。

また、従来の購入注文方法として、購入者は旅行代理店に購入者の宿泊プランの希望を伝え、この旅行代理店はその希望に合う各販売者に見積要求を行い、この各販売者は見積りを行って旅行代理店に見積書を通知し、旅行代理店は購入者にこの通知された見積書を購入者に見せて、購入者がその見積りの中から購入者の希望に合う見積書を選択して購入者の選択した見積書を作成した販売者に対して旅行代理店が代理して予約するものもあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の購入注文方法を利用したシステムは、上記のように行われていることから、検索条件に該当する宿泊プランが購入者の検索条件に依存しており、購入者の想像より該当宿泊プランの数が多かったり少なかったりして、何度も繰り返して検索する手間が掛かり購入者の負担となっているという課題を有し、また、旅行代理店等の仲介業者が購入者に代わって購入者の希望に合わせて宿泊プランを選定する方法も、この仲介業者又は仲介業者の従業員に依存しており多客期には手間を掛けられないとか仲介業者の従業員の能力に依存するなど購入者の希望を公平且つ十分に反映させた宿泊プランを得ることが難しいという課題を有する。

一方で販売者側の立場から言えば、一方的に宿泊プランを決定して販売者端末を用いてデータベースに登録しているので、他の販売者による宿泊プランと比較して宿泊プランの内容、条件等を変更できないという課題を有していた。また、販売者は、購入者の希望を直接参照することができないため、実際には購入者を獲得できるのにも拘らず、提供条件を変更して購入者の獲得ができる機会が損失されているという課題を有する。また、販売者が見積りを行う際に他の販売者の見積りを参照する機会がないため、他の販売者が提出済みの見積りにまったく歯が立たない場合でも、見積りを行う必要があり見積り作成に掛かるコストが無駄であるという課題を有し、また、せっかく作成した見積りも購入者に予約されなかった場合は見積り作成に掛けたコストが無駄になるという課題を有する。

本発明は前記課題を解消するためになされたもので、購入者は宿泊プランの検索における負担を軽減すると共に購入者の希望を公平且つ十分に反映させた宿泊プランを得、一方、販売者にとって購入者と直接交渉の場を得ると共にコストを掛けて作成した見積りをできる限り有効活用することができる購入注文方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る購入注文方法は、一又は複数の購入者端末と一又は複数の販売者端末とにインターネットを介して通信可能に接続される仲介管理手段を利用する購入注文方法であって、仲介管理手段が、購入者の要求する商品又はサービスの条件を含み、且つ、有効期限のある見積依頼情報を購入者端末より受信して登録し、当該見積依頼情報から前記商品又はサービスを提供し得る可能性のある一又は複数の販売者端末を選択して通知し、当該選択された一又は複数の販売者端末から当該見積依頼情報に対する販売者の回答を含み、且つ、有効期限のある見積回答情報を受信して登録して各販売者端末から検索及び／又は参照の要求を許容し、当該見積依頼情報を送信した購入者端末に通知し、前記見積回答情報の有効期限が切れて、且つ、販売者が見積回答情報を登録する際に予め一般販売情報に変換する変換指定をしている見積回答情報に対して一般販売情報に変換するものである。このように本発明においては、購入者端末から見積依頼情報を受信して記録装置に登録し、この見積依頼情報に合致する販売者を選択し、この販売者端末より見積回答情報を受信して記録装置に登録して各販売者端末から検索及び／又は参照の要求を許容し、この見積回答情報を該当する購入者端末に送信しているので、購入者は見積依頼情報を登録するだけでそのつど見積依頼情報に応じたつまり購入者の希望に応じた見積回答情報を取得することができると共に、一方、販売者にとっても他の販売者の見積回答情報を参照しながら購入者と直接交渉の場を得ることができる。
また、有効期限が切れている見積回答情報を検索して、更に、当該見積回答情報の中から販売者が変換指定をしている見積回答情報を一般販売情報に変換するようにしているので、有効期限が切れると共に販売者はなにもしなくとも自動的に一般販売情報に変換されて登録され、販売者の負担が軽減できる。

また、本発明に係る購入注文方法は必要に応じて、仲介管理手段が、前記登録されている見積依頼情報を前記各販売者端末から検索及び／又は参照できるようにし、当該各販売者端末より見積回答情報を受信して登録するものである。このように本発明においては、各販売者端末より記録装置に登録されている見積依頼情報を検索して参照できるようにし、この参照した各販売者端末が見積依頼情報に応じた見積回答情報を作成するので、選択された販売者のみでなくその他の販売者も見積回答情報を提出でき、購入者の希望に応じ得るより多くの販売者から見積回答情報を取得することができる。

また、本発明に係る購入注文方法は必要に応じて、仲介管理手段が、販売者端末からの変換要求に応じて前記見積回答情報に含まれる情報を更新して任意の一又は複数の購入者を対象とした一般販売情報に変換するものである。このように本発明においては、前記見積回答情報に含まれる情報の中で特定の購入者を対象とした情報を更新して任意の一又は複数の購入者を対象とした一般販売情報に変換しているので、販売者が労して作成した見積回答情報を購入者より予約がなかった場合にそのまま削除するのではなくて当該見積回答情報を特定の購入者以外の購入者も参照できるようになり見積回答情報の有効活用ができる。

また、本発明に係る購入注文方法は必要に応じて、仲介管理手段が、見積回答情報が対象とする見積依頼情報の有効期限及び見積回答情報の有効期限、又は見積回答情報が対象とする見積依頼情報の有効期限が切れて、且つ、販売者が見積回答情報を登録する際に予め一般販売情報に変換する変換指定をしている見積回答情報に対して一般販売情報に変換するものである。このように本発明においては、対象とする見積依頼情報の有効期限が切れている見積回答情報及び有効期限が切れている見積回答情報又は対象とする見積依頼情報の有効期限が切れている見積回答情報を検索して、更に、当該見積回答情報の中から販売者が変換指定をしている見積回答情報を一般販売情報に変換するようにしているので、有効期限が切れる共に販売者はなにもしなくとも自動的に一般販売情報に変換されて登録され、販売者の負担が軽減できる。

また、本発明に係る購入注文システムは、インターネットを介して通信可能に接続される一又は複数の購入者端末と一又は複数の販売者端末と当該購入者端末・販売者端末の仲介を行う仲介管理手段とを備える購入注文システムにおいて、仲介管理手段が、購入者の要求する商品又はサービスの条件を含み、且つ、有効期限のある見積依頼情報を購入者端末より受信して登録し、当該見積依頼情報から前記商品又はサービスを提供し得る可能性のある一又は複数の販売者端末を選択して通知する見積依頼制御手段と、当該選択された一又は複数の販売者端末から当該見積依頼情報に対する販売者の回答を含み、且つ、有効期限のある見積回答情報を受信して登録して各販売者端末から検索及び／又は参照の要求を許容し、当該見積依頼情報を送信した購入者端末に通知する見積回答制御手段と、前記見積回答情報の有効期限が切れて、且つ、販売者が見積回答情報を登録する際に予め一般販売情報に変換する変換指定をしている見積回答情報に対して一般販売情報に変換する情報操作手段とを備えるものである。
また、本発明に係る購入注文システムは必要に応じて、前記情報操作手段が、見積回答情報が対象とする見積依頼情報の有効期限及び見積回答情報の有効期限、又は見積回答情報が対象とする見積依頼情報の有効期限が切れて、且つ、販売者が見積回答情報を登録する際に予め一般販売情報に変換する変換指定をしている見積回答情報に対して一般販売情報に変換するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
（本発明の第１の実施形態）
以下、本発明の第１の実施形態に係る購入注文方法に用いるシステム構成を図に基づいて説明する。図１は本実施形態に係る購入注文方法の概要構成ブロック図、図２は図１における仲介管理手段の詳細ブロック図、図３は本実施形態に係る購入注文方法における依頼情報登録動作のフローチャート、図４は本実施形態に係る購入注文方法における回答情報登録動作のフローチャート、図５は本実施形態に係る購入注文方法における回答情報参照動作及び予約登録動作のフローチャート、図６は本実施形態に係る購入注文方法における情報変換動作のフローチャート、図７は本実施形態に係る購入注文方法における見積依頼情報及び見積回答情報のイメージ図、図８は本実施形態に係る購入注文方法における一般販売情報のイメージ図を示す。
前記各図において本実施形態に係る購入注文方法に用いるシステムは、従来の購入注文方法を利用したシステムと同様に、一又は複数の購入者端末２及び一又は複数の販売者端末３を共通して備え、インターネット４を介して通信可能に接続され、この購入者端末２・販売者端末３の宿泊予約における仲介を行う仲介管理手段１０の構成を異にする。

前記図１において仲介管理手段１０は、購入者が要求する商品又はサービスの条件を含み、且つ、有効期限のある見積依頼情報が格納されている見積依頼情報マスタ１２、当該見積依頼情報に対する販売者の回答を含み、且つ、有効期限のある見積回答情報が格納されている見積回答情報マスタ１３、購入者が購入希望する前記見積回答情報又は一般販売情報を含む予約情報が格納されている予約情報マスタ１４、購入者及び／又は販売者の特定情報である利用者情報が格納されている利用者情報マスタ１５及び有効期限のある一般販売情報が格納されている一般販売情報マスタ１７からなるデータベース２０と、購入者端末２と販売者端末３との要求に応じてデータベース２０から各種情報を操作（参照、追加、更新又は削除等）する仲介サーバ１１とを備えて構成されている。

前記仲介サーバ１１は、購入者端末２から送信された見積依頼情報を受信して前記見積依頼情報マスタ１２に登録し、予め利用者情報マスタ１５に登録されている販売者の利用者情報に含まれる条件を読み出して当該見積依頼情報の条件と合致する販売者を選択し、当該販売者の条件に該当する見積依頼情報が登録されていることを当該条件に合致した販売者端末３に通知する見積依頼制御手段１１２と、販売者端末３から送信された見積回答情報を受信して前記見積回答情報マスタ１３に登録して当該見積回答情報の対象とする購入者端末２に見積回答情報が登録されていることを通知する見積回答制御手段１１３と、購入者が当該見積回答情報に対する予約情報を予約情報マスタ１４に登録して当該予約情報の対象とする販売者端末３に予約情報が登録されていることを通知する予約制御手段１１４と、見積回答情報を一般販売情報に変換して一般販売情報マスタ１６に登録する情報操作手段１１５と、外部からの情報を受信して適宜各種手段にその情報を送信すると共に各種手段からの情報を受信して外部に送信するＩ／Ｏ１１６とを備えるものである。なお、見積依頼制御手段１１２、見積回答制御手段１１３及び予約制御手段１１４は、購入者端末２又は販売者端末３の要求に応じて、それぞれ見積依頼情報マスタ１２、見積回答情報マスタ１３及び予約情報マスタ１４から情報を参照して要求してきた購入者端末２又は販売者端末３に送信することができる。

次に、前記構成に基づく本実施形態に係る購入注文方法の動作を、購入者が見積依頼情報を登録する動作である依頼情報登録動作、販売者が見積回答情報を登録する動作である回答情報登録動作、販売者が既に登録済みの見積回答情報を参照する回答情報参照動作、購入者が予約をするための予約登録動作、及び見積回答情報を一般販売情報にするための情報変換動作について説明する。各動作は、仲介サーバ１１により購入者端末２及び販売者端末３の要求の種類に応じて動作する。
前提として、一又は複数の購入者及び販売者は氏名、住所、メールアドレス等の購入者及び販売者を特定するための情報と、仲介サーバ１１からの通知を一件一件受信するかまたは一度にある時間にまとめて受信するかなどの通知設定条件と、更に、販売者は一又は複数の購入者の見積依頼情報を抽出するための依頼抽出条件とを、利用者情報として前記仲介サーバ１１を介して利用者情報マスタ１５に登録している。

始めに、依頼情報登録動作について図３に基づいて説明する。購入者端末２は仲介サーバ１１に問い合わせ、仲介サーバ１１は前記問い合わせに応答して宿泊施設の利用希望条件（希望地域、施設種類等）の入力項目情報を送信し（ステップ１１）、購入者の入力が完了すると図７（Ａ）のような見積依頼情報として仲介サーバ１１に送信する。仲介サーバ１１の見積依頼制御手段１１２はＩ／Ｏ１１６を通して見積依頼情報を受信し（ステップ１２）、見積依頼制御手段１１２は受信した見積依頼情報を前記見積依頼情報マスタ１２に登録し（ステップ１３）、予め登録されている販売者の利用者情報に含まれる依頼抽出条件を読み出して当該見積依頼情報の条件と合致する販売者を選択して（ステップ１４）、当該販売者の条件に該当する見積依頼情報が登録されていることを販売者端末に通知するかどうかを利用者情報の通知設定条件より判断する（ステップ１５）。通知すると判断した場合は、当該販売者端末３に見積依頼情報を一意に特定する見積依頼番号の通知を行い（ステップ１６）、通知しないと判断した場合は何もしない。

次に、回答情報登録動作について図４に基づいて説明する。販売者端末３は仲介サーバ１１に問い合わせ、前記依頼情報登録動作において通知を受けた見積依頼番号を送信する。仲介サーバ１１の見積依頼制御手段１１２はＩ／Ｏ１１６を介して前記見積依頼番号を受信し（ステップ２１）、見積依頼制御手段１１２は見積依頼情報マスタ１２より当該見積依頼番号に該当する見積依頼情報を参照して回答するための入力項目情報を付加して、前記販売者端末３に送信する（ステップ２２）。この販売者端末３は受信した見積依頼情報に対する見積回答情報を販売者が入力完了する（見積依頼情報に対して見積をしない場合も見積をしない旨を伝えるために入力を行う）と、仲介サーバ１１に図７（Ｂ）のような見積回答情報を送信する。

この仲介サーバ１１の見積回答制御手段１１３は、前記見積回答情報をＩ／Ｏ１１６を介して受信し（ステップ２３），前記見積回答情報マスタ１３に登録して各販売者端末３から検索及び／又は参照の要求を許容し（ステップ２４）、当該見積回答情報の対象とする購入者端末２に見積回答情報が登録されていることを通知するかどうかを利用者情報の通知設定条件より判断する（ステップ２５）。見積回答制御手段１１３は、通知すると判断した場合は当該購入者端末２に見積回答情報を一意に特定する見積回答番号の通知を行い（ステップ２６）、通知しないと判断した場合はなにもしない。尚、何もしないとしているが、利用者情報の通知設定条件に基づいて見積回答番号を購入者端末２に通知する。（例えば、ある時間にまとめて通知されなかった見積回答番号を全て通知するなど。）こうすることで、通信回線の負荷増加、通信時間増による通信費用増加などを減少させることも可能である。

次に、回答情報参照動作について図５（Ａ）に基づいて説明する。ある販売者端末３により既に一人以上の販売者により見積回答情報がある見積依頼情報に対して回答されている場合は、仲介サーバ１１の見積回答制御手段１１３により見積回答情報マスタ１３に登録され、以下のように当該回答した見積依頼情報を他の各販売者端末３からの参照の要求も許容される。販売者端末３は仲介サーバ１１の見積回答制御手段１１３に見積依頼番号を入力して送信する。
見積回答制御手段１１３は、Ｉ／Ｏ１１６を介して見積依頼番号を受信し（ステップ３１）、見積回答情報マスタ１３より当該見積依頼番号に該当する見積回答情報があるかどうかを判断する（ステップ３２）。見積回答制御手段１１３は、当該見積回答情報があると判断した場合は見積回答情報マスタ１１３より前記見積回答情報を参照してＩ／Ｏ１１６を介して販売者端末３に送信する（ステップ３３）。見積回答制御手段１１３は、前記ステップ３２において該当する見積回答情報がないと判断した場合は、何もしない。尚、前記のように何もしないとすることもできるが、該当する見積回答情報がない旨を要求してきた販売者端末３に送信してもよい。

次に、予約登録動作について図５（Ｂ）に基づいて説明する。購入者端末２は仲介サーバ１１に問い合わせ、前記回答情報登録動作において通知を受けた見積回答番号を送信する。この仲介サーバの見積回答制御手段１１３はＩ／Ｏ１１６を介して前記見積回答番号を受信し（ステップ４１）、見積回答制御手段１１３は見積回答情報マスタ１１３より当該見積回答番号に該当する見積回答情報を参照して前記購入者端末２に送信する（ステップ４２）。
購入者端末２は受信した見積回答情報に対して予約をする場合に購入者端末２は予約登録として予約情報を作成して仲介サーバ１１の予約制御手段１１４に送信するので、この予約制御手段１１４は予約情報を受信したかどうかを判断する（ステップ４３）。予約制御手段１１４は、予約情報を受信したと判断した場合は受信した予約情報を前記予約情報マスタ１４に登録し（ステップ４４）、当該予約情報の対象とする販売者端末に予約情報を一意に特定する予約番号を通知するかどうかを利用者情報の通知設定条件より判断する（ステップ４５）。通知すると判断した場合は、当該販売者に予約番号の通知を行い（ステップ４６）、通知しないと判断した場合は何もしない。尚、何もしないとしているが、利用者情報の通知設定条件に基づいて予約番号を販売者端末３に通知する。（例えば、ある時間にまとめて通知されなかった予約番号を全て通知するなど。）こうすることで、通信回線の負荷増加、通信時間増による通信費用増加などを減少させることも可能である。

次に、情報変換動作について図６に基づいて説明する。見積回答情報マスタの中から、情報操作手段１１５は予め設定された時間間隔で次のように見積回答情報が対象とする見積依頼情報の有効期限及び／又は見積回答情報の有効期限が切れた見積回答情報を一般販売情報に変換処理を行う。ここでは、見積回答情報が対象とする見積依頼情報の有効期限が切れた見積回答情報を対象として変換処理を行う場合について説明を行う。情報操作手段１１５は、見積回答情報マスタ１３より見積回答情報が対象とする見積依頼情報の回答期限が切れた見積回答情報を検索して該当する見積回答情報があるかを判断する。（ステップ５１）。情報操作手段１１５は、該当する当該見積回答情報があると判断した場合は見積回答情報マスタ１３より見積回答制御手段１１３を介して読み出し（ステップ５２）、読み出しが完了すると同時に見積回答情報マスタ１３中の当該見積回答情報を削除する（ステップ５３）。

この読み出した見積回答情報において一般販売情報に変換する指定があるかどうかについて判断する（ステップ５４）。見積回答情報において変換指定があると判断した場合、特定の購入者に対する情報を見積回答情報より削除すると共に必要がある場合は情報（この一般販売情報の有効期限など）を追加して図８のような一般販売情報にし（ステップ５５）、この一般販売情報を任意の一又は複数の購入者を対象とする一般販売情報マスタ１７に登録する（ステップ５６）。この一般販売情報マスタ１７に登録された一般販売情報は、全ての購入者端末２又は販売者端末３から検索及び／又は参照可能であり、且つ、購入者は予約可能である。他方、情報操作手段１１５はステップ５１において該当する見積回答情報がないと判断した場合は、何もしない。

本実施形態の注文購入方法を利用したシステムによれば、購入者端末２から見積依頼情報を受信して見積依頼情報マスタ１２に登録し、この見積依頼情報に合致する販売者を選択し、この販売者の販売者端末３より見積回答情報を受信して見積回答情報マスタ１３に登録して各販売者端末３から検索及び／又は参照の要求を許容し、この見積回答情報を該当する購入者端末２に送信しているので、購入者は見積依頼情報を登録するだけでそのつど見積依頼情報に応じたつまり購入者の希望に応じた見積回答情報を取得することができると共に、一方、販売者にとっても他の販売者の見積回答情報を参照しながら購入者と直接交渉の場を得ることができる。また、対象とする見積依頼情報の有効期限及び／又は見積回答情報の有効期限が切れている見積回答情報を検索して、更に、その検索結果である見積回答情報の中から販売者が予め変換指定をしている見積回答情報を一般販売情報に変換するようにしているので、有効期限が切れる共に販売者はなにもしなくとも自動的に一般販売情報に変換され登録され、販売者の負担を軽減することができる。

（その他の実施形態）
