Description
Claims (24)
- 食道に導入可能な供給カニューレ(4)と、
前記供給カニューレ(4)が貫通し、内部に流体を保持することによって食道を密閉し得る可膨張性ストッパー(3)と、
前記可膨張性ストッパー(3)の内部に全体が配置され、前記前記供給カニューレ(4)と前記可膨張性ストッパー(3)との間に管腔(5)を形成するスペーサ(13,20,25,27)を有し、前記供給カニューレ(4)上に固定された別体の成形本体(2)と
を備え、
前記供給カニューレ(4)は、患者に栄養液を供給するチャネル(9)及び前記成形本体(2)の管腔(5)に連通して流体を通す供給チャネル(10)を含み、
前記管腔(5)が前記可膨張性ストッパー(3)の内部(8)と連通していることによって、前記可膨張性ストッパー(3)の種々の領域間の体積を急速に平均化し得ることを特徴とする胃チューブ(1)。 - 前記成形本体(2)は、チューブ状構造体(18)を含んで構成され、該チューブ状構造体(18)の内側の形状は、前記供給カニューレ(4)の外側の形状と略対応する、請求項1に記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)は、少なくとも1つの開口部(23)を含んで構成され、
該開口部(23)は、前記成形本体(2)の略長手方向に、前記成形本体全体の長さの少なくとも50%より大きい長さに形成され、前記管腔(5)を前記可膨張性ストッパー(3)の前記内部(8)に接続する、
請求項1又は2に記載の胃チューブ(1)。 - 前記開口部(23)は、前記成形本体(2)の長さと略同じ長さに形成される、請求項3に記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)は、その断面において放射状に形成された複数の壁要素(20)を含んで構成され、該壁要素(20)は、その端部(21)に、前記壁要素(20)のそれぞれに対して略垂直に延びる面(22)を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記壁要素(20)の少なくとも1つは、略T字形状である、請求項5に記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記壁要素(20)の少なくとも1つは、略L字形状である、請求項5に記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)は、その断面に複数の壁領域(13)を含んで構成され、
該複数の壁領域(13)は、前記供給カニューレ(4)で支持され、前記供給カニューレ(4)と共に前記管腔(5)に少なくとも1つの部分領域(15)を形成する、
請求項1又は2に記載の胃チューブ(1)。 - 前記複数の壁領域(13)は、前記成形本体(2)の内部で略星状に配設される、請求項8に記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)は、螺旋形状のコイル(24)を含んで構成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記コイル(24)上には、略ホース状の要素が配置され、該略ホース状の要素は、その表面に分布する複数の開口部を含んで構成される、請求項10に記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記ホース状の要素は、網状構造を有する、請求項11に記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)は、網状構造体(25)による1又は複数の層を含んで構成される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記管腔(5)が成形本体(2)の軸方向前側の領域において前記供給チャネル(10)に接続されていることによって、該供給チャネル(10)を介して、前記可膨張性ストッパー(3)に流体が充填される、請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)は、PVC、PUR、PVC及びPURの混合物、PUR及びポリアミドの混合物並びにシリコーンの少なくとも1つからなる、請求項1〜14のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)は、押出成形により製造される、請求項1〜15のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)は、締り嵌めにより前記供給カニューレ(4)に固定される、請求項1〜16のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)は、摩擦結合により前記供給カニューレ(4)の基材に固定される、請求項1〜16のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)は、接着により前記供給カニューレ(4)に固定される、請求項1〜16のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)は、材料接続により前記供給カニューレ(4)に固定される、請求項1〜16のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)は、少なくとも部分的に溶剤によって処理される、請求項1〜20のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)の外径は、約6〜12mmである、請求項1〜21のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 前記成形本体(2)の長さは、約6〜12cmである、請求項1〜22のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性マーカーを具備する、請求項1〜23のいずれか1つに記載の胃チューブ(1)。
