Description
(1)縫合糸アンカーシステムであって、
少なくとも1本の縫合糸が取り付けられた第1の縫合糸アンカーと、
少なくとも1本の縫合糸が取り付けられた第2の縫合糸アンカーとを含み、
前記第1の縫合糸アンカーと前記第2の縫合糸アンカーとの互いに対する距離を選択的に調節できるように、前記各縫合糸が互いに連結されていることを特徴とする縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(2)更に、前記第1の縫合糸及び前記第2の縫合糸の少なくとも一方に少なくとも1つの引き結びが形成されており、この引き結びが、前記第1の縫合糸アンカーと前記第2の縫合糸アンカーを互いに対して固定位置に維持するように適合されていることを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(3)前記第1の縫合糸アンカーに第1の縫合糸が取り付けられ、前記第2の縫合糸アンカーに第2の縫合糸が取り付けられており、前記第1の縫合糸と前記第2の縫合糸が互いに対してスライド可能に連結されていることを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(4)前記第1の縫合糸及び前記第2の縫合糸が、それらの間に延在する第3の縫合糸によって互いに対してスライド可能に連結されていることを特徴とする実施態様(3)に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(5)更に、前記第1の縫合糸、前記第2の縫合糸、及び前記第3の縫合糸の少なくとも1つに少なくとも1つの引き結びが形成されており、この引き結びが、前記第1の縫合糸アンカーと前記第2の縫合糸アンカーを互いに対して固定位置に維持するように適合されていることを特徴とする実施態様(4)に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(7)前記縫合糸ループの少なくとも1つに、その縫合糸ループの大きさを調節することができる引き結びが形成されていることを特徴とする実施態様(6)に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(8)前記第1の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループ及び前記第2の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループのそれぞれに、それぞれの縫合糸ループの大きさを調節することができる引き結びが形成されており、前記第3の縫合糸が、互いに対して結合されて固定された両端部を有する縫合糸ループを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(6)に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(9)前記第1の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループ及び前記第2の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループがそれぞれ、互いに対して結合されて固定された前記各縫合糸の両端部によって形成されており、前記第3の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループに、その縫合糸ループの大きさを調節できる引き結びが形成されていることを特徴とする実施態様(6)に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(10)前記第1の縫合糸及び前記第2の縫合糸が、それらの一方に形成された引き結びによって互いに連結されていることを特徴とする実施態様(3)に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(12)前記第1の縫合糸に縫合糸ループが形成されており、この縫合糸ループが前記第2の縫合糸に形成された縫合糸ループに連結されており、前記第1の縫合糸ループが前記第1の縫合糸アンカーに結合されており、前記第2の縫合糸ループが前記第2の縫合糸アンカーに結合されていることを特徴とする実施態様(3)に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(13)前記第1の縫合糸及び前記第2の縫合糸のそれぞれの前記縫合糸ループに、前記各縫合糸ループの大きさを調節することができるように引き結びが形成されていることを特徴とする実施態様(12)に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(14)前記第1の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループに、その縫合糸ループの大きさを調節することができるように引き結びが形成されており、前記第2の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループが固定された大きさを有することを特徴とする実施態様(12)に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(15)前記第2の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループが、互いに対して取り付けられて固定された前記第2の縫合糸の両端部によって形成されていることを特徴とする実施態様(14)に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(17)前記各縫合糸アンカーが前記縫合糸に固定されていることを特徴とする実施態様(1)に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
(18)組織を固定するための方法であって、
第1の縫合糸が取り付けられた第1の縫合糸アンカー部材を修復する組織を通過させて固定用組織内に挿入するステップと、
第2の縫合糸が取り付けられた第2の縫合糸アンカー部材を前記修復する組織を通過させて、前記第1のアンカー部材から選択した距離離間した位置の前記固定用組織内に挿入するステップであって、前記第2のアンカー部材の前記第2の縫合糸が前記第1のアンカー部材の前記第1の縫合糸に調節可能に連結されている、前記ステップと、
前記第1の縫合糸及び前記第2の縫合糸の少なくとも一方を引張って前記修復する組織を前記固定用組織に固定するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。
(19)更に、前記第1の縫合糸及び前記第2の縫合糸の少なくとも一方に少なくとも1つの引き結びが形成されており、この引き結びが、前記第1の縫合糸アンカーと前記第2の縫合糸アンカーを互いに対して固定位置に維持するように適合されていることを特徴とする実施態様(18)に記載の方法。
(20)前記縫合糸の端部を引張って前記第1の縫合糸及び前記第2の縫合糸の少なくとも一方を張ることを特徴とする実施態様(18)に記載の方法。
(22)前記第1のアンカー部材及び前記第2のアンカー部材を前記修復する組織を通過させて前記固定用組織内に関節鏡的に挿入することを特徴とする実施態様(18)に記載の方法。
(23)前記第1の縫合糸及び前記第2の縫合糸が互いに対してスライド可能に連結されていることを特徴とする実施態様(18)に記載の方法。
(24)前記第1の縫合糸及び前記第2の縫合糸が、それらの間に延在する第3の縫合糸によって互いに対してスライド可能に連結されていることを特徴とする実施態様(23)に記載の方法。
(25)更に、前記第1の縫合糸、前記第2の縫合糸、及び前記第3の縫合糸の少なくとも1つに少なくとも1つの引き結びが形成されており、この引き結びが、前記第1の縫合糸アンカーと前記第2の縫合糸アンカーを互いに対して固定位置に維持するように適合されていることを特徴とする実施態様(24)に記載の方法。
(27)前記縫合糸ループの少なくとも1つに引き結びが形成されており、前記引張るステップが、前記少なくとも1つの引き結びが形成された前記縫合糸ループの端部を引張って少なくとも1つの前記縫合糸ループの大きさを調節するステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(26)に記載の方法。
(28)前記第1の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループ及び前記第2の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループのそれぞれに引き結びが形成されており、前記第3の縫合糸が互いに対して結合されて固定された両端部を有し、前記引張るステップが、前記第1の縫合糸ループ及び前記第2の縫合糸ループのそれぞれの端部を引張ってそれぞれの縫合糸ループの大きさを調節するステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(26)に記載の方法。
(29)前記第1の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループ及び前記第2の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループのそれぞれが、互いに対して結合されて固定された前記各縫合糸の両端部から形成されており、前記第3の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループに、その前記縫合糸ループの大きさを調節することができる引き結びが形成されており、前記引張るステップが、前記第3の縫合糸ループの端部を引張って前記第3の縫合糸ループの大きさを調節するステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(26)に記載の方法。
(30)前記第1の縫合糸及び前記第2の縫合糸が、それらの一方に形成された引き結びによって互いに連結されていることを特徴とする実施態様(18)に記載の方法。
(32)前記第1の縫合糸に縫合糸ループが形成されており、この縫合糸ループが前記第2の縫合糸に形成された縫合糸ループに連結されており、前記第1の縫合糸ループが前記第1の縫合糸アンカーに結合されており、前記第2の縫合糸ループが前記第2の縫合糸アンカーに結合されていることを特徴とする実施態様(18)に記載の方法。
(33)前記第1の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループ及び前記第2の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループのそれぞれに、前記各縫合糸ループの大きさを調節することができるように引き結びが形成されており、前記引張るステップが、前記第1の縫合糸及び前記第2の縫合糸の少なくとも一方の端部を引張って、前記第1の縫合糸ループ及び前記第2の縫合糸ループの少なくとも一方の大きさを調節するステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(32)に記載の方法。
(34)前記第1の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループに、その縫合糸ループの大きさを調節できるように引き結びが形成されており、前記第2の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループが固定された大きさを有しており、前記引張るステップが、前記第1の縫合糸の端部を引張って前記第1の縫合糸ループの大きさを調節するステップを含むことを特徴とする実施態様(32)に記載の方法。
(35)前記第2の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループが、互いに対して結合されて固定された前記縫合糸の両端部によって形成されていることを特徴とする実施態様(34)に記載の方法。
(37)前記各縫合糸アンカーが前記縫合糸に固定されていることを特徴とする実施態様(18)に記載の方法。

Claims (2)
- 縫合糸アンカーシステムであって、
第1の縫合糸が取り付けられた第1の縫合糸アンカーと、
第2の縫合糸が取り付けられた第2の縫合糸アンカーとを含み、
前記第1の縫合糸アンカーと前記第2の縫合糸アンカーとの互いに対する距離を選択的に調節できるように、前記各縫合糸が互いに連結されており、
前記第1の縫合糸及び前記第2の縫合糸が、それらの間に延在する第3の縫合糸によって互いに対してスライド可能に連結されており、
前記第1の縫合糸、前記第2の縫合糸、及び前記第3の縫合糸のそれぞれに縫合糸ループが形成されており、前記第1の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループが前記第1の縫合糸アンカーに取り付けられ、前記第2の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループが前記第2の縫合糸アンカーに取り付けられており、前記第3の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループが、前記第1の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループ及び前記第2の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループのそれぞれに連結されており、
前記第1の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループ及び前記第2の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループがそれぞれ、互いに対して結合されて固定された前記各縫合糸の両端部によって形成されており、前記第3の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループに、その縫合糸ループの大きさを調節できる引き結びが形成されており、前記第3の縫合糸の前記縫合糸ループを小さくするために前記第3の縫合糸の自由端を引張ることができることを特徴とする縫合糸アンカーシステム。 - 前記第1の縫合糸アンカーが前記第1の縫合糸にスライド可能に配置されており、前記第2の縫合糸アンカーが前記第2の縫合糸にスライド可能に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカーシステム。
