Claims (18)
- 電気刺激装置が、周波数、振幅及び強度の設定値を有する、先頭パルスで始まり、最終パルスで終わるパルス列を発生する様に配置された電気パルス発生手段と、前記パルス列を生物体に印加する様に配置された電気パルス印加手段と、前記パルス列内の2つの連続するパルス間に、60Hzより大きいパルス列の周波数変化を発生させるように配置された電気パルス変化手段と、からなり、前記周波数変化には一定でない周波数を有するパルスが先行する、電気刺激装置。
- 前記変化手段が、前記パルス列の周波数値に突然の減少を起こす手段からなる請求項1に従う装置。
- 前記発生手段が、前記突然の減少前に、前記パルス列の周波数値に漸進的増加を起こす手段からなる請求項2に従う装置。
- 前記漸進的増加の間に、前記パルス列の周波数に漸進的増加量が与えられ、前記漸進的増加量が前記突然の減少より一桁小さい請求項3に従う装置。
- 前記発生手段が、前記突然の減少後、前記パルス列の周波数値を更に漸進的に増加出来る手段からなる請求項2乃至4のいずれか一つに従う装置。
- 前記変化手段が、前記生命体の刺激された筋肉が痙縮状態に達したとき、前記パルス列の周波数変化が作動するように設定された請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つに従う装置。
- 前記変化手段が、成長因子の大放出が起る周波数に達したとき、前記パルス列の周波数変化が作動するように設定された請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに従う装置。
- 前記発生手段が、前記パルス列内で第一増加量により漸進的に増加する周波数を有する第一パルスと、第二増加量により漸進的に増加する周波数を有する第二パルスを発生するように配置され、前記第二増加量が前記第一増加量より大きい請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つに従う装置。
- 前記第二増加量が、前記第一増加量より一桁大きい請求項8に従う装置。
- 前記パルス列が、前記第一パルスと前記第二パルスの間にある、一定周波数を持つ中間パルスからなる請求項8又は9に従う装置。
- 前記中間パルスが、最大値と最小値間で振動するパルス幅を有するパルスからなり、前記最大値が前記最小値の2倍に等しい請求項10に従う装置。
- VEGFの大放出が起こる周波数に達したとき、前記パルス列の周波数変化が作動するように設定された請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに従う装置。
- 前記発生手段が、前記パルス列以後に更なるパルス列の電気パルスを発生するよう配置され、前記パルス列の周波数変化を一回以上繰り返す請求項1乃至12のいずれか一つに従う装置。
- 前記変化手段が、前記パルス列のパルス幅を変化させるように配置された請求項1乃至13のいずれか一つに従う装置。
- 前記変化手段が、現幅値のパーセント増加量を印加する事により前記パルス列のパルス幅を増加するように設定された請求項14に従う装置。
- 前記パーセント増加量が、現幅値の20%、現幅値の25%、現幅値の33%、現幅値の50%からなるグループから選ばれる請求項15に従う装置。
- パーセント増加量とそれに続くパーセント増加量間で、15秒と60秒の間で変化する時間間隔がある請求項15又は16に従う装置。
- 前記パルス列のパルス幅が、最大値で90−100μsまで増加する請求項14乃至17のいずれか一つに従う装置。
