Description
a)洗浄工程からの酸性及びアルカリ性廃水と、硫酸濃縮工程からの水性留出物とを合わせて、得られた混合物が、70℃で測定して5未満のpHを有するようにし、
b)a)の混合物から生じた水相と有機相とを相分離により分離し、
c)工程b)からの水相を抽出工程下におき、その際、
d)水相中に存在する有機成分をトルエンで抽出し、
かつ
e)有機成分で富化されたトルエン相をトルエンニトロ化処理に導入する
ことを含む。
プロセス廃水流を合わせ、相分離させ、有機相から水相を分離させる:
平均温度70℃の、硫酸濃縮工程からのプロセス水62.07kg/h(流れA)、酸性洗浄水22.08kg/h(流れB)及びDNT洗浄工程からのアルカリ性洗浄水6.13kg/h(流れC)を、共通の廃水マニホールド、及び静的インライン洗浄水ミキサーに導通させ、有機材料のための沈殿槽へと導いた。沈殿槽は、直径100mm、長さ600mmの水平タンクから成っていた。タンクには内部溢流堰が備えられていた。連続運転沈殿容器から、不溶有機成分のプロセス廃水フィード86.73kg/h(流れD)をより軽い相として溢流させて排出した。分離した有機材料(流れE)はより重い相であり、底部で沈殿槽から排出した。
トルエンを用いた廃水抽出:
沈殿容器からの廃水(流れF)を90.54kg/hの速度で、温度70℃で、直径100mm、長さ800mmの撹拌された抽出塔の頂部に導入した。30℃のトルエン16.9kg/h(流れG)を向流原理に従って塔のより低い部分に導入した。抽出処理を終了させた後には、トルエン相(流れH)が受け器中のカラムの頂部で溢流するような密度差であった。清浄化した廃水流(流れI)を塔の底部から排出させ、蒸気ストリッパに送出することができた。
蒸気ストリッピングによるトルエンの分離:
廃水抽出塔の底部からの廃水流(流れJ)を、502.24kg/hの速度で、温度60℃で、大気圧で、直径100mm、全高1000mmのストリッパカラムの頂部に連続的に導入した。塔の中部には充填物が備えられていた。2.5バールでの流れ20.1kg/hを塔のより低い部分に供給した。60〜62℃の温度の、清浄化された廃水501.17kg/h(流れK)を、塔の底部から排出した。蒸気(流れL)を、圧力200バール、58〜60℃でストリッパ塔の頂部から排出した。この流れを、凝縮器、及び真空ポンプからの冷却トラップ上流を用いて凝縮した。
Claims (2)
- 混酸を用いてトルエンをジニトロトルエンへとニトロ化する間に生じる水性廃水の処理法であって、水性廃水は、ジニトロトルエンの洗浄工程からの酸性洗浄水及びアルカリ性洗浄水と硫酸濃縮工程からの留出物とから成る処理法において、該処理法が、以下:
a)(1)洗浄工程からの酸性及びアルカリ性廃水と(2)硫酸濃縮工程からの水性留出物とを合わせて、得られた混合物が5未満のpHを有するようにし、
b)生じる水相と有機相とを相分離により分離し、
c)工程b)からの水相を抽出工程下におき、その際、
d)水相中に存在する有機成分をトルエンで抽出し、
かつ
e)有機成分で富化されたトルエン相をトルエンニトロ化処理に導入する
ことを含むことを特徴とする処理法。 - d)からの水相の蒸気ストリッピングを更に含み、その際、水相からトルエンを除去し、水とトルエンの混合物を得る、請求項1記載の方法。
