Claims (17)
- 近位端及び遠位端を有するとともに、上記近位端と上記遠位端との間を伸びる少なくとも1つの内腔を形成しているカテーテル本体部であって、上記少なくとも1つの内腔は、それぞれ、患者の血管に関する少なくとも1つの方向において該内腔に対して血液を供給又は除去するための遠位端開口部と近位開口部とを有しているカテーテル本体部と、
上記近位端に固定して接続された近位部と、
上記近位部より遠位側でありかつ上記遠位端より近位側である位置において、上記カテーテル本体部の外表面のまわりに配置され、かつ、上記カテーテル本体部と近接するある極性の磁極と上記カテーテル本体部から遠い反対の極性の磁極とを有する永久磁石とを備えている、患者の血管に関して血液を輸送するのに用いるためのカテーテル。 - 上記磁石が環形であって、少なくとも1つの内腔を囲んでいる、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 上記磁石のN極及びS極のうちの一方のみが上記カテーテル本体部に近接して配置されている、請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 上記磁石のS極のみが上記カテーテル本体部に近接して配置されている、請求項3に記載のカテーテル。
- 上記近位部がハブを備えている、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 上記磁石より遠位側において、上記カテーテル本体部の上に配置された成長取り巻き体をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 上記磁石が、上記成長取り巻き体と上記近位部との間で上記カテーテル本体部に沿って滑動可能に配置されている、請求項6に記載のカテーテル。
- 上記磁石が700ガウスと1000ガウスの間の磁気強度を有している、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 上記磁石が環状の容器内に収容されている、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 上記カテーテル本体部が複数の内腔を備えている、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 上記近位端と上記遠位端とを接続しているハブをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 患者の血管に関して血液を輸送するのに用いるためのカテーテルであって、
近位端及び遠位端を有するとともに、上記近位端と上記遠位端との間を伸びる少なくとも1つの内腔を形成しているカテーテル本体部であって、上記少なくとも1つの内腔は、それぞれ、患者の血管に関する少なくとも1つの方向において該内腔に対して血液を供給又は除去するための遠位端開口部と近位開口部とを有しているカテーテル本体部と、
上記近位端と上記遠位端とを接続しているハブと、
上記ハブ内に配置され、上記少なくとも1つの内腔を囲み、上記少なくとも1つの内腔と近接するある極性の磁極と上記少なくとも1つの内腔から遠い反対の極性の磁極とを有する永久磁石とを備えているカテーテル。 - 上記カテーテル本体部が複数の内腔を備えている、請求項12に記載のカテーテル。
- 上記磁石が複数の同様の磁石を含み、上記複数の磁石の各々が上記複数の内腔の各々のまわりに環状に配置されている、請求項13に記載のカテーテル。
- 上記複数の磁石の各々が700ガウスと1000ガウスの間の磁気強度を有している、請求項14に記載のカテーテル。
- 上記複数の磁石の各々のN極及びS極のうちの一方のみが上記複数の内腔の各々に近接して配置されている、請求項14に記載のカテーテル。
- 上記複数の磁石の各々のS極のみが上記複数の内腔の各々に近接して配置されている、請求項16に記載のカテーテル。
