【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ遊技機に関し、更に詳細には、機外の球補給設備から補給されるパチンコ球を受入れる球払出経路構成部と、この球払出経路構成部の経路途中に配設され、該球払出経路構成部に受入れたパチンコ球を払出す球払出装置とを、機裏側に装備した機構セット盤に配設するパチンコ遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機やアレンジボール機に代表されるこの種のパチンコ遊技機は、遊技媒体としてのパチンコ球を使用してパチンコ遊技を行なうようになっている。このパチンコ遊技機は、例えば図３に示すように、矩形枠体としての外枠Ａの開口前面側に対して、中枠Ｂが連結支持手段および施錠手段を利用して着脱および開放可能に組付けられている。そして中枠Ｂの前側部分には、前枠と上球皿が夫々着脱および開放可能に組付けられ、該中枠Ｂの下部に下球皿および打球発射装置等が設置されると共に、該中枠Ｂの後側に設けた保持枠１０の正面内部に遊技盤Ｃが着脱交換可能にセットされる。また前記中枠Ｂの裏側に、機構セット盤Ｄが装備されている。

前記機構セット盤Ｄは、中枠Ｂ裏側に位置する遊技盤Ｃセット用の前記保持枠１０の裏側に着脱可能に装備され、該保持枠１０に対応し得る略矩形状に樹脂成形されたセット盤本体１１の中央部に遊技盤裏面の点検用の窓口１２が開口され、これに裏カバー部材１３が開閉および着脱可能に取着されている。そして、前記窓口１２の上部から右側部に亘る外周囲部に、球タンク部１５、球整流路部１６、球送出路部１７および球案内部１８等を備えた球払出経路構成部１４等が設けられ、更に該球払出経路構成部１４の経路途中(球送出路部１７と球案内部１８との間)に、球払出制御装置１９により制御されるカセット形態の球払出装置Ｅが設置されている。これにより、図示しない機外の球補給設備から補給されたパチンコ球は、貯留球として前記球払出経路構成部１４において前記球払出装置Ｅより上流側に一旦貯留され、球払出装置Ｅの作動により球案内部１８を介して上球皿または下球皿へ払出されるようになっている。

ここで、現在実施に供されているパチンコ遊技機は、図３に示すように、前記球払出制御装置１９と接続したカード対応の球貸しユニットＦを併設することを前提としたカード式球貸仕様とされるカード式パチンコ遊技機と、図示しないが、前記球払出制御装置１９と接続する球貸しユニットＦを併設しない現金式球貸仕様とされる現金式パチンコ遊技機とに大別されている。前記カード式パチンコ遊技機では、賞球払出用の第１球払出装置Ｅ１と貸球(遊技球)払出用の第２球払出装置Ｅ２とを装備しており、遊技者が貸球用カードおよび前記球貸しユニットＦを利用して適正な球貸し操作を行なった場合には、この操作に応答して前記第２球払出装置Ｅ２が作動制御され、球払出経路構成部１４内の所定数の貯留球が貸球として払出される。一方、前記遊技盤Ｃ内でパチンコゲームが展開されている途中で入賞球が発生した場合は、これに応答して前記第１球払出装置Ｅ１が作動制御され、球払出経路構成部１４内の所定数の貯留球が賞球として払出される。

また現金式パチンコ遊技機では、当該遊技機の球払出経路構成部１４内に貯留された貯留球を貸球として利用しないので賞球払出用の第１球払出装置Ｅ１のみを装備したものとされ、前記遊技盤Ｃ内でパチンコゲームが展開されている途中で入賞球が発生した場合は、これに応答して前記第１球払出装置Ｅ１が作動制御され、球払出経路構成部１４内の所定数の貯留球が賞球として払出される。なお貸球は、当該パチンコ遊技機とは直接的に接続されていない球貸専用機に硬貨を投入することで、該球貸専用機からパチンコ球(遊技球)を購入して上球皿へ投入するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前述したカード式パチンコ遊技機と現金式パチンコ遊技機とは、貸球払出用の前記第２球払出装置Ｅ２の有無のみならず、前記球払出経路構成部１４を構成している前記球タンク部１５、球整流路部１６、球送出路部１７および球案内部１８等の構造・形態にも大きな差異点がある。例えば、カード式パチンコ遊技機における球払出経路構成部１４は、貸球とされる貯留球用の貸球通路と賞球とされる貯留球用の賞球通路とを別々に画成する必要があり、また現金式パチンコ遊技機における球払出経路構成部１４は、賞球とされる貯留球用の賞球通路だけを画成してある。このためカード式パチンコ遊技機と現金式パチンコ遊技機とは、機構セット盤Ｄそのものが夫々に専用に設計・製作されており、カード式パチンコ遊技機を現金式パチンコ遊技機へ仕様変更したり、現金式パチンコ遊技機をカード式パチンコ遊技機へ仕様変更するという技術的思想は全くなかった。すなわち、カード式パチンコ遊技機から現金式パチンコ遊技機、あるいは現金式パチンコ遊技機からカード式パチンコ遊技機への仕様変更を行なう場合は、前記機構セット盤Ｄ全体を丸ごと交換するしかなく、仕様変更に際して部材コストが嵩むと共に作業工数が増加する等の問題を内在していた。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した従来の技術に内在している前記課題に鑑み、これを好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、機構セット盤を共通的に使用可能としたもとで、同一の機構セット盤にカード式パチンコ遊技機に対応するカード式球貸仕様または現金式パチンコ遊技機に対応する現金式球貸仕様とを選択的に構成可能とすると共に、カード式パチンコ遊技機から現金式パチンコ遊技機への仕様変更または現金式パチンコ遊技機からカード式パチンコ遊技機への仕様変更を容易に行ない得るようにすることで、仕様変更に伴うコスト削減や作業工数削減等を可能としたパチンコ遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した課題を克服し、所期の目的を好適に達成するため本発明は、機外の球補給設備から補給されるパチンコ球を受入れる球払出経路構成部と、この球払出経路構成部の経路途中に配設され、該球払出経路構成部に受入れたパチンコ球を払出す球払出装置とを、機裏側に装備した機構セット盤に配設するパチンコ遊技機において、
底面に球出口が開口した球容器を備えた第１球タンク部と、
前記第１球タンク部に設けられた球容器の球出口に整合する下部に配置され、長手方向に沿って中央に立設した仕切板により賞球通路の一部を構成する第１球整流路および貸球通路の一部を構成する第２球整流路が並設する整流レールを備えた第１球整流路部と、
前記第１球整流路部の第１球整流路に連通して前記賞球通路の一部を構成する第１球送出路、および該第１球整流路部の前記第２球整流路に連通して前記貸球通路の一部を構成する第２球送出路とを備えた第１球送出路部と、
前記球払出装置から払出されたパチンコ球を、機前面に設けられた上球皿または下球皿に連通する球払出路に通出案内する第１球案内部とから構成された第１球払出経路構成部を、前記機構セット盤に対して着脱可能に組付け得るよう構成されると共に、
前記第１球タンクの球容器と較べて、開口幅が狭く設定された球出口が底面に開口した球容器を備えた第２球タンク部と、
前記第２球タンク部に設けられた球容器の球出口に整合する下部に配置され、賞球通路の一部を構成する球整流路が形成された整流レールを備えた第２球整流路部と、
前記第２球整流路部の球整流路に連通して前記賞球通路の一部を構成する球送出路を備えた第２球送出路部と、
前記球払出装置から払出されたパチンコ球を、機前面に設けられた上球皿または下球皿に連通する球払出路に通出案内する第２球案内部とから構成された第２球払出経路構成部を、前記機構セット盤に対して着脱可能に組付け得るよう構成され、
賞球通路および貸球通路を画成した前記第１球払出経路構成部を構成する部材を選択して前記機構セット盤に着脱可能に組付けると共に、該第１球払出経路構成部において前記賞球通路を構成する前記第１球送出路部における第１球送出路の球送出口に整合する賞球払出用の第１球払出装置および該第１球送出路部において前記貸球通路を構成する前記第２球送出路の球送出口に整合する貸球払出用の第２球払出装置を、機構セット盤に着脱可能に組付けることでカード式パチンコ遊技機として構成し、
賞球通路のみを画成した前記第２球払出経路構成部を構成する部材を選択して前記機構セット盤に着脱可能に組付けると共に、該第２球払出経路構成部において前記賞球通路を構成する前記第２球送出路部における球送出路の球送出口に整合する賞球払出用の第１球払出装置を、機構セット盤に着脱可能に組付けることで現金式パチンコ遊技機として構成し得るようにしたことを特徴とする。

【作用】
第１球払出経路構成部を構成する各部材、第１球払出装置および第２球払出装置を機構セット盤へ組付ければカード式球貸仕様とされるカード式パチンコ遊技機を構成することができ、また第２球払出経路構成部を構成する各部材および第１球払出装置を前記機構セット盤へ組付ければ現金式球貸仕様とされる現金式パチンコ遊技機を構成することができ、カード式パチンコ遊技機と現金式パチンコ遊技機の両方に同一の機構セット盤を共用できるので両仕様毎の機構セット盤を個別に準備する必要がない。
そして、カード式パチンコ遊技機用として構成されている機構セット盤から第１球払出経路構成部を構成する各部材を取外して第２球払出経路構成部を構成する各部材を組付けると共に、貸球払出用の第２球払出装置を取外せば、現金式パチンコ遊技機用へ簡単に仕様変更できる。また、現金式パチンコ遊技機用に構成されている機構セット盤から第２球払出経路構成部を構成する各部材を取外して第１球払出経路構成部を構成する各部材を組付けると共に、貸球払出用の第２球払出装置を追加装着すれば、カード式パチンコ遊技機用へ簡単に仕様変更できる。従って、カード式パチンコ遊技機から現金式パチンコ遊技機への仕様変更や、現金式パチンコ遊技機からカード式パチンコ遊技機への仕様変更を極めて容易に行ない得るので、仕様変更に伴う費用を最小限に抑えてコスト削減が可能となると共に部材発注および保管等が容易になる一方、機構セット盤の着脱作業を必要としないから作業工数の削減および合理化も可能である。
一方、カード式パチンコ遊技機に実施される賞球払出用の第１球払出装置と貸球払出用の第２球払出装置、および現金式パチンコ遊技機に実施される賞球払出用の第１球払出装置は、何れも同一タイプのものが使用できるので共通化が可能である。更にカード式パチンコ遊技機では第１球払出装置に第２球払出装置を遊技機の前後方向の縦列状態に組付けるようになっているので、複数の球払出装置を組付ける際に設置部のスペースを拡大する必要がなく、スペースを有効に利用することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機につき、好適な実施例を挙げ、添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。

実施例のパチンコ遊技機Ｐは、前述すると共に図３に示すように、矩形枠体としての外枠Ａの開口前面側に対して、中枠Ｂが連結支持手段および施錠手段を利用して着脱および開放可能に組付けられている。そして中枠Ｂの前側部分には、前枠、上球皿、下球皿および打球発射装置等(何れも図示せず)が設置されると共に、該中枠Ｂの後側に設けた保持枠１０の正面内部に遊技盤Ｃが着脱交換可能にセットされる。また前記中枠Ｂの裏側に、機構セット盤Ｄが装備されている。

(機構セット盤)
前記機構セット盤Ｄは、図１に示すように、前記保持枠１０に組付けられるセット盤本体１１を主体としており、このセット盤本体１１は上半体２０および下半体２１からなる上下連結タイプとされ、これら上半体２０および下半体２１は適宜の合成樹脂材から形成されている。このうち上半体２０は、主に前述した球払出経路構成部１４の構成基盤とされていると共に、ターミナル基板(図示せず)用の設置部２６が右上に形成されている。また前記下半体２１は、前記球払出経路構成部１４の下流側に連設される球払出路２３が画成されると共に、前記球払出装置Ｅおよび図示しない主制御装置、払出制御装置、電源分配基板およびインターフェースボード等の設置基盤とされている。

そして本実施例のパチンコ遊技機Ｐでは、前述のように構成された機構セット盤Ｄを共通的に使用したもとで、カード式球貸仕様とされるカード式パチンコ遊技機および現金式球貸仕様とされる現金式パチンコ遊技機を選択的に構成し得ると共に、カード式パチンコ遊技機から現金式パチンコ遊技機への仕様変更または現金式パチンコ遊技機からカード式パチンコ遊技機への仕様変更を容易に行ない得るようになっている。そこで先ず、前記機構セット盤Ｄをもとにしたカード式パチンコ遊技機および現金式パチンコ遊技機の構成につき、図面をもとに具体的に説明する。

(カード式パチンコ遊技機)
図１は、前記機構セット盤Ｄをもとにしてカード式パチンコ遊技機を構成する場合を、各部材を機構セット盤Ｄのセット盤本体１１に組付ける状態で示す概略斜視図である。カード式パチンコ遊技機用のカード式球貸仕様は、賞球通路２４および貸球通路２５を画成した第１球払出経路構成部１４Ａと、前記賞球通路２４に整合する賞球払出用の第１球払出装置Ｅ１および前記貸球通路２５に整合する遊技球払出用の第２球払出装置Ｅ２とを、前記機構セット盤Ｄのセット盤本体１１に着脱可能に組付けることで構成される。前記第１球払出経路構成部１４Ａは、球タンク部１５、球整流路部１６、球送出路部１７および球案内部１８等から構成されている。

前記球タンク部１５は、前記セット盤本体１１の上半体２０における上部に上方開口状態で設置される球容器(「球タンク」ともいう)３０と、この球容器３０の底面に開口した球出口３０ａに整合して配設される貯留球検出器３１等から構成されている。そして、図示しない球補給設備から補給される相当量(例えば５００個程度)のパチンコ球を貯留球として一時的に貯留し得るようになっている。なお前記球容器３０は、数本のネジ(図示せず)により上半体２０に着脱可能に組付けられるようになっており、また前記貯留球検出器３１は、該上半体２０に設けたスリット３２に対して上方からスライド係合されて着脱可能に組付けられるようになっている。

前記球整流路部１６は、前記球容器３０の球出口３０ａに整合した下部に横長に組付けられる整流レール３３と、この整流レール３３の下流部となる右側上部に組付けられるカバー板３４と、前記整流レール３３の下流端となる右端に整合するスプロケットカバー３５内に配設される第１スプロケット４１ａおよび第２スプロケット４１ｂ等から構成されている。そして前記整流レール３３は、カード式パチンコ遊技機を前提として、長手方向に沿って中央に立設した仕切板３６により、貯留球を２列整列状態で球送出路部１７へ送出案内する第１球整流路３７および第２球整流路３８とを並設した「４条タイプ」とされている。このうち、前記上半体２０と仕切板３６とにより画成される第１球整流路３７が前記賞球通路２４の一部を構成し、整流レール３３の外壁３３ａと前記仕切板３６とにより画成される第２球整流路３８が前記貸球通路２５の一部を構成するようになっている。そして、第１球整流路３７の下流端に前記第１スプロケット４１ａが位置し、第２球整流路３８の下流端に前記第２スプロケット４１ｂが位置している。また、前記整流レール３３の上方には、前記上半体２０に一体成形された取付片に、前記第１球整流路３７および第２球整流路３８に対応する球ならし部材３９,４０を揺動可能に配設し、夫々の球整流路３７,３８内を重なりながら下流側へ移動する貯留球を平坦にならすようになっている。

前記球送出路部１７は、球整流路部１６の前記第１球整流路３７に連通して前記賞球通路２４の一部を構成する第１球送出路４５と、前記第２球整流路３８に連通して前記貸球通路２５の一部を構成する第２球送出路４６とが、パチンコ遊技機Ｐの前後方向へ並列的に形成された「２条タイプ」とされ、球整流路部１６から夫々２列整列状態で移動した貯留球を夫々１列整列状態で通出案内するようになっている。すなわち、第１球整流路３７および第２球整流路３８を夫々流下移動した貯留球は、前記第１スプロケット４１ａおよび第２スプロケット４１ｂで整列した後に、２列から１列に変更されつつ対応の第１球送出路４５および第２球送出路４６内へ流入するようになっている。なお球送出路部１７は、上方に位置する上球送出路部１７Ａと、この上球送出路部１７Ａの下側に位置する下球送出路部１７Ｂとからなり、この上球送出路部１７Ａは、上半体２０に左右蛇行状に一体形成された第１球送出路４５を覆蓋する第１カバー部材４２と、この第１カバー部材４２と共に上半体２０に着脱可能にビス固定されて第２球送出路４６を画成する第２カバー部材４３とからなっている。一方、前記下球送出路部１７Ｂは、第１球送出路４５および第２球送出路４６が内部に画成されると共に、両送出路４５,４６内に貯留された貯留球の通出を規制・許容するための貯留球通出ユニット４４からなり、前記上半体２０に対して着脱可能にネジで固定されるようになっている。

前記球案内部１８は、セット盤本体１１の下半体２１に形成された球払出路２３を覆蓋するカバー蓋板４８に着脱可能にネジで固定される球案内部材４９からなり、後述する第１球払出装置Ｅ１および第２球払出装置Ｅ２から払出された賞球および貸球を前記球払出路２３へ通出案内するためのものである。なおカバー蓋板４８には、球貸しユニットＦとの電気的接続を図るためのインターフェースボードを固定するためのインターフェース部材５０が組付けられる。

カード式パチンコ遊技機では、球補給設備から補給されるパチンコ球を貸球および賞球として区分して払出すようになっているので、前記第１球送出路４５の球送出口に整合する賞球払出用の第１球払出装置Ｅ１と、前記第２球送出路４６の球送出口に整合する貸球払出用の第２球払出装置Ｅ２とを装備する。これら第１球払出装置Ｅ１および第２球払出装置Ｅ２は、前記第１球送出路４５および第２球送出路４６がパチンコ遊技機Ｐの前後方向へ並列的に形成され、両球送出路４５,４６の球送出口が該遊技機Ｐの前後方向へ並列的に開口形成されているもとで、前後組付形態として、第１球払出装置Ｅ１のケース体５２の後壁面および第２球払出装置Ｅ２のケース体５２の前壁面とを相互に密着させた遊技機前後方向の縦列状態で、前記設置部２２にネジにより着脱可能に組付けられる。

前記第１球払出装置Ｅ１および第２球払出装置Ｅ２は全く同一タイプとされ、前記球払出制御装置１９からの出力信号により作動制御されるもとで、同制御装置１９からの貸球払出指令信号は前記第２球払出装置Ｅ２へ出力され、賞球払出指令信号は前記第１球払出装置Ｅ１へ出力され、これら各信号に応じて貸球と賞球との区分払出をなし得る。このような第１球払出装置Ｅ１および第２球払出装置Ｅ２は、矩形箱体状に形成された合成樹脂製の前記ケース体５２内に、電動式の球払出機構部や中継基板等を収容して構成され、ケース体単位のユニットとして取扱い得るようになっている。

前述したように構成されたカード式球貸仕様として構成されたカード式パチンコ遊技機Ｐでは、機外の球補給設備から第１球払出経路機構部１４Ａにおける球タンク部１５の球容器３０内へパチンコ球が補給されると、各パチンコ球は該球容器３０の球出口３０ａから球整流路部１６における整流レール３３の第１球整流路３７または第２球整流路３８へ流入するようになる。そして第１球整流路３７へ流入したパチンコ球は、第１スプロケット４１ａを通過した後に２列から１列に整列されて球送出路部１７の第１球送出路４５内へ流入し、第１球払出装置Ｅ１へ到来して賞球用の貯留球として順次貯留される。一方、第２球整流路３８へ流入したパチンコ球は、第２スプロケット４１ｂを通過した後に２列から１列に整列されて球送出路部１７の第２球送出路４６内へ流入し、第２球払出装置Ｅ２へ到来して貸球用の貯留球として順次貯留される。

ここで、貯留球が正常に貯留された状態において、当該パチンコ遊技機Ｐでのパチンコ遊技に先立ち、遊技者が前記貸球用のカードおよび球貸しユニットＦを利用した適正な球貸し操作を行なった場合は、この操作に応答して球払出制御装置１９により第２球払出装置Ｅ２が作動制御され、第２球送出路４６および第２球整流路３８内の所定数の貯留球が貸球として払出される。これにより払出された貸球は、前記球案内部１８の球案内部材４９により球払出路２３へ適切に通出案内され、機前側の上球皿へ給出される。

一方、前記貸球を遊技球として前記遊技盤Ｃ内でパチンコゲームが展開されている途中で入賞球が発生した場合は、これに応答して球払出制御装置１９により第１球払出装置Ｅ１が作動制御され、第１球送出路４５および第１球整流路３７内の所定数の貯留球が賞球として払出される。これにより払出された賞球は、前記球案内部１８の球案内部材４９により球払出路２３へ適切に通出案内され、機前側の上球皿または下球皿へ給出される。

(現金式パチンコ遊技機)
図２は、前記機構セット盤Ｄをもとにして現金式パチンコ遊技機を構成する場合を、各部材を機構セット盤Ｄのセット盤本体１１に組付ける状態で示す概略斜視図である。現金式パチンコ遊技機用の現金式球貸仕様は、賞球通路２４のみを画成した第２球払出経路構成部１４Ｂと、前記賞球通路２４に整合する賞球払出用の第１球払出装置Ｅ１とを、前記機構セット盤Ｄのセット盤本体１１に着脱可能に組付けることで構成される。前記第２球払出経路構成部１４Ｂは、球タンク部１５、球整流路部１６、球送出路部１７および球案内部１８等から構成されている。

前記球タンク部１５は、前記セット盤本体１１の上半体２０における上部に上方開口状態で設置される球容器(「球タンク」ともいう)５５と、この球容器５５の底面に開口した球出口５５ａに整合して配設される貯留球検出器５６とから構成されている。そして、図示しない球補給設備から補給される相当量(例えば５００個程度)のパチンコ球を貯留球として一時的に貯留し得るようになっている。なお前記球容器５５は、数本のネジ(図示せず)により上半体２０に着脱可能に組付けられるようになっており、また前記貯留球検出器５６は、該上半体２０に設けた前記スリット３２に対して上方からスライド係合されて着脱可能に組付けられるようになっている。ここで現金式パチンコ遊技機用の球容器５５は、前記カード式パチンコ遊技機用の前記球容器３０と比較すると、その全体サイズおよび球貯留容量は同一であるが、後述する球整流路部１６の整流レール５８の幅サイズに対応して前記球出口５５ａの開口幅を狭く設定してある。また、これにより、前記貯留球検出器５６の幅サイズも小さく設定されている。

前記球整流路部１６は、前記球容器５５の球出口５５ａに整合した下部に横長に組付けられる整流レール５８と、この整流レール５８の下流部となる右側上部に組付けられるカバー板５９と、前記整流レール３３の下流端となる右端に整合するスプロケットカバー６０内に配設される第１スプロケット４１ａから構成されている。そして前記整流レール５８は、現金式パチンコ遊技機を前提として、貯留球を２列整列状態で球送出路部１７へ送出案内する球整流路６１を画成した「２条タイプ」とされている。すなわち、前記上半体２０と整流レール５８の外壁５８ａとにより画成される球整流路６１が前記賞球通路２４の一部を構成するようになっている。また、前記整流レール５８の上方には、前記上半体２０に一体成形された前記取付片に、前記球整流路６１対応する球ならし部材３９を揺動可能に配設し、該球整流路６１内を重なりながら下流側へ移動する貯留球を平坦にならすようになっている。なお前記第１スプロケット４１ａは、前記カード式パチンコ遊技機用に使用されるものと同一のものが使用される。
