【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ遊技機に関し、更に詳細には、機裏側に装備された機構セット盤における球貯留排出経路部内に、貸球用の貯留球を通出案内する第1球送出路および賞球用の貯留球を通出案内する第2球送出路を画成し、前記球貯留排出経路部の下部に、前記第1球送出路に整合する貸球払出し用の第1球払出装置および前記第2球送出路に整合する賞球払出し用の第2球払出装置を設置したパチンコ遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機やアレンジボール機に代表されるこの種のパチンコ遊技機は、遊技ホール内の設置枠台(通称「島」)に縦向きの姿勢で設置されて遊技に供され、そして機内の遊技盤内で展開されるパチンコゲーム中に成立した入賞(例えばセーフ球の発生や図柄組合わせによる得点)に対し、機裏側の機構セット盤に形成配置した球容器や整流路および球送出路等から構成される球貯留排出経路部内に貯留されたパチンコ球(貯留球)を、前記球送出路の球送出口の下方に配設した球払出装置の作動制御のもとに、所定数の賞球として機前側の上球皿または下球皿側へ給出するようになっている。一方、貸球用のカードおよびカードユニットを利用して貯留球を貸出し得るタイプの遊技機(一般に「カード式パチンコ遊技機」ともいう)では、前述した賞球払出しとは別に、遊技者による適正な球貸し操作に応答して、所定数の貯留球を貸球として上球皿側へ給出するようになっている。

すなわち前記カード式パチンコ遊技機では、遊技盤内で展開されるパチンコゲームで成立した入賞(例えばセーフ球の発生、図柄組合わせ成立)に対して所定数(1〜15個)の賞球を払出し得る一方、ゲームに使用すべき貸球を球貸し金額に対して設定数毎(例えば100円に対して25個)に払出し得るようになっている。そして当初、このようなカード式パチンコ遊技機に実施(装備)されている球払出しの技術・手段については、電子・電気的制御形態の1基の球払出装置が採用され、この球払出装置の作動制御区分(球払出し制御区分に基づいた貸球払出しと賞球払出し)により、貸球と賞球とを区分して払出すようになっていた。

しかしながら、貸球払出しと賞球払出しとを1基の球払出装置で兼用することは、▲1▼貸球払出しと賞球払出しとを同時に実行し得ない、▲2▼貸球数と賞球数とを正確に把握し得ない、等の課題を内在していた。従って近年に至っては、1つの収容ケース内に貸球払出機構部と賞球払出機構部とを内蔵した球払出装置が開発され、このようなタイプの球払出装置を装着したカード式パチンコ遊技機が主流となっている。このようなカード式パチンコ遊技機では、貸球払出しと賞球払出しを同時に実行し得ると共に、貸球数と賞球数の正確な把握が可能となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、貸球払出機構部と賞球払出機構部とを内蔵した前記球払出装置では、払出機構部を構成する主要部品数が単純に2倍となるので、1つの払出機構部を内蔵した球払出装置と比較して、その製造コスト(価格)も略2倍程度となってしまう。ところが、例えば賞球払出機構部に故障が発生した場合、故障していない貸球払出機構部を含めた該球払出装置全体を、同一規格の新品の球払出装置と交換しなければならず、保守・管理費用が嵩む問題を内在していた。

このような問題から、賞球払出し専用の球払出装置(第1球払出装置)と、これとは別に貸球払出し専用の球払出装置(第2球払出装置)を準備し、前記球貯留排出経路部の球送出路の下方に設けた設置部に2基の球払出装置を上下に分離させて装着するようにした組付構造も提案されている。このような組付構造では、例えば第1球払出装置に故障が発生した場合、第2球払出装置はそのままに第1球払出装置のみを新品と交換すればよく、保守・管理費用を最低限に抑えることができる。しかしながら、球貯留排出経路部の下方に2基の球払出装置を適宜離間させかつ上下平面状に設置するようになっており、かなり広い設置スペースを確保する必要があるため、上球皿に至る球払出経路部の設計やその他各種装置の設置等に大きな制約が起こっていた。

また前述の組付構造では、夫々の球払出装置が互いに離間して非接触状態で設置されているから、例えば第1球払出装置に球詰まりが発生した場合、第2球払出装置が作動してもその振動が第1球払出装置へ伝わることがないから、該第1球払出装置の球詰まりが解消することがなかった。更に、例えば第1球払出装置が故障して、故障した該球払出装置を取外して新しい球払出装置を設置部に組付ける場合に、その組付け状態(向き)が正確か否かを把握する対策が施されていなかったため、間違った向きに球払出装置を組付けてもそれを即座に把握して確認することができなかった。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した従来の技術に内在している前記課題に鑑み、これを好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、貸球用の球払出装置および賞球用の球払出装置におけるケース体の外郭形状を同一とし、夫々の球払出装置を相互密着した状態で機構セット盤に装着するよう構成することで、両装置の球詰まりを好適に解消する一方、設置スペースの縮小化および正確な組付けを図り得るようにしたパチンコ遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した課題を克服し、所期の目的を好適に達成するため本発明は、機裏側に装備された機構セット盤における球貯留排出経路部内に、貸球用の貯留球を通出案内する第1球送出路および賞球用の貯留球を通出案内する第2球送出路が画成され、前記球貯留排出経路部の下部に、前記第1球送出路に整合する貸球払出し用の第1球払出装置と、前記第2球送出路に整合する賞球払出し用の第2球払出装置とを設置したパチンコ遊技機において、

【作用】
ケース体の外郭形状を同一に構成した貸球払出し用の第1球払出装置および賞球払出し用の第2球払出装置を、夫々のケース体における前壁面および後壁面同士を全面的に相互に密着した状態で機構セット盤の設置部に組付けるようにしたので、一方の球払出装置の作動時の振動が他方の球払出装置に伝わり、相互の球払出装置に発生する球詰まりが好適に解消され得る。殊に、第1球払出装置と第2球払出装置とを、夫々のケース体の外壁面同士が全面的に相互に密着した状態で組付けた場合には、前述した球詰まり解消効果の他に、機構セット盤に対する設置スペースの大幅な縮小化を図り得る。なお第1球払出装置と第2球払出装置とは、前後方向の縦列状態で機構セット盤に組付けたり、左右方向の並列状態で該機構セット盤に組付けるようにすれば、略1基の球払出装置の設置スペースで2基の球払出装置の装着が可能となり、球払出経路部の設計やその他各種装置の設置等に係る設計の自由度が高められる。
一方、第1球払出装置の各凹部に第2球払出装置の円筒ボスおよび円形ボスを正しく整合させるだけで、両球払出装置を同一向きで前後に正確に組付け得る。更に、夫々の球払出装置を同一向きで正確に相互に密着させた場合は、夫々のケース体の円筒ボスに設けた各挿通口が整列するので、両球払出装置を設置部に組付けるためのビスの共通的な挿通が許容される。但し、夫々の球払出装置が同一向きで前後に相互に密着されていない場合は、前記各挿通口が非整列となって前記ビスの共通的な挿通が不可能となるから、両装置の組付けが正確か否かが即座に確認し得る。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機につき、好適な実施例を挙げ、添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。なお本実施例では、貸球用のカードおよびカードユニットを利用して貯留球を貸出し得るカード式パチンコ機を例とし、後述する機構セット盤における球貯留排出経路部の下流側に、ユニット化された球払出装置が設置された形式を主に示す。

(パチンコ機)
そこで、先ず本実施例に係る球払出装置の組付構造が実施されるパチンコ機について、図10および図11を参照して要約説明する。本実施例のパチンコ機Pは、その基本的な概略構成として、外枠Aの開口前面側に対して前枠Bが、連結支持手段および施錠手段を利用して着脱および開放可能に組付けられている。そして前枠Bの内外部分には、横開き式のガラス扉Dを組付けた窓枠Cと、ガラス扉Dの下部において前枠Bに対して着脱および開放可能に組付けられる開閉セット板の前側に上球皿Eが組付けられると共に、該開閉セット板の後側に電動式の球送り装置(図示せず)等がセットされている。また、前記前枠Bの下部に下球皿Fおよび打球発射装置H等が設置されると共に、裏側に機構セット盤G等が装備され、更に該前枠Bの後側に設けた保持枠10の正面内部に、所要の遊技領域Jaを構成した遊技盤Jが着脱交換可能にセットされる。一方、貸球の払出し制御に必要とされる球貸しユニット(カバー式)Kが、パチンコ機Pの側方(外枠Aの隣接部位)に設置されて各電子制御部と接続されている。

(機構セット盤)
前記機構セット盤Gは、前枠B裏側に位置する前記遊技盤Jセット用の保持枠10の裏側に着脱可能に装備され、該保持枠10に対応し得る方形サイズに樹脂成形された本体11の中央部に遊技盤裏面の点検用の窓口12が開口され、これに裏カバー部材13が開閉および着脱可能に取着されており、この窓口12の上部から右側部に亘る外周囲部に球貯留排出経路部14等が配設されている。そして、この球貯留排出経路部14の下側に、カセット形態とされる電動制御式の球払出装置L1,L2が設置される一方、これら球払出装置L1,L2の下方に該装置L1,L2から払出された貸球および賞球を前記上球皿Eまたは下球皿Fへ排出する球排出経路(図示せず)が形成されており、前記球貯留排出経路部14に貯留された所定数のパチンコ球(貯留球)が、球払出装置L1,L2の作動により貸球または賞球として払出されるようになっている。

なお、機構セット盤Gのその他の構成として、前記窓口12の下方に、アウト球およびセーフ球を機外へ排出する球通出経路が形成される他に、球抜き装置,セーフ球検出処理装置,賞球満杯検出装置および貸球用の検出スイッチ(何れも図示せず)等が夫々設置され、そして本体11の上方隅端部にターミナル基盤(集中基盤ともいう)15が設置されている。また前記窓口12の下方背面には、パチンコ機Pを全体的に制御するメイン基板を収容した主制御装置16や、前記打球発射装置Hを制御する発射制御基板を収容した発射制御装置17、前記球払出装置L1,L2を制御する払出制御基板を収容した払出制御装置18、前記遊技盤Jでのパチンコゲームに応じた効果音を発生制御する音制御基板を収容した音制御装置19、球貸しユニットKと接続して各種データの入力および出力を行なうためのコネクタを備えたインターフェース20等が所要位置に設置固定される一方、前記裏カバー部材13の背面に電源基板21が設置固定されている。

(球貯留排出経路部)
前記球貯留排出経路部14は、機構セット盤Gの上部に上方開口状態で設置される球容器(「球タンク」とも云う)22と、この球容器22底面の下流端に開口された球出口に合わせた下部に取着される斜状レール形の整流路部23と、左右蛇行状に形成されて前記整流路部23の下流端に連絡するように取着される球送出路部24とから構成され、相当量(例えば500個程度)のパチンコ球を貯留球として一時的に貯留し得るようになっている。そして実施例のパチンコ機Pでは、前記球送出路部24が、図3に示す如く、上側の第1球送出路部材25と下側の第2球送出路部材26とに2分割され、夫々が別々に機構セット盤Gに装着されるようになっている。

なお実施例の整流路部23は、図3に示すように、幅方向中央部で上方へ突出しかつ長手方向へ延在する仕切板27により、貯留球を2列整列状態で球送出路部24へ送出案内する第1整流路23aおよび第2整流路23bとを並設した「4条タイプ」が例とされ、例えば第1整流路23aを貸球用、第2整流路23bを賞球用として実施に供される。また前記球送出路部24は、図3,図5および図6に示す如く、貯留球を1列整列状態で通出案内する「2条タイプ」として、前記第1球送出路部材25内から第2球送出路部材26内に亘り、第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24bがパチンコ機Pの前後方向へ並列的に画成され、この第1球送出路24aが前記第1整流路23aに整合連通すると共に第2球送出路24bが前記第2整流路23bに整合連通している。すなわち、第1整流路23aおよび第2整流路23bを夫々流下した貯留球は、その出口部で2列から1列に整列されながら対応の第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24b内へ流入する。なお、前記第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24bは左右蛇行状に形成されており、また両球送出路24a,24bの途中から球抜路30が画成されて、球排出路29に整合連通している。

また前記第2球送出路部材26には、前記第1球送出路24aの球送出口28aおよび第2球送出路24bの球送出28bに臨む貯留球通出規制部材31や、これら球送出路24a,24bと前記球抜路30との分岐点に貯留球通出切換部材32等が設置されるようになっている。このうち貯留球通出規制部材31は、第1球送出路24a内の貸球としての貯留球の球送出口28aからの通出と、第2球送出路24b内の賞球としての貯留球の球送出口28bからの通出とを、同時に規制するためのものである。また前記貯留球通出切換部材32は、第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24b内の貯留球を、常には各球払出装置L1,L2側へ通出案内すると共に、これら貯留球を機外へ排出する際に使用するものである。

(球払出装置)
本実施例のパチンコ機Pでは、前記第1球送出路24aの球送出口28aに整合して貸球の払出しに供される第1球払出装置L1と、前記第2球送出路24bの球送出口28bに整合して賞球の払出しに供される第2球払出装置L2とを具備している。これら第1球払出装置L1および第2球払出装置L2は、前記第1球送出路24aの球送出口28aおよび前記第2球送出路24bの球送出口28bがパチンコ機Pの前後方向へ並列的に開口形成されている前提のもとで、前後組付形態として、第1球払出装置L1の前方壁面および第2球払出装置L2の後方壁面を相互に密着させた前後方向の縦列状態で、前記機構セット盤Gに設けた設置部33に組付けるようになっている(図1および図3)。

これら第1球払出装置L1および第2球払出装置L2は全く同一タイプとされ、前記払出制御装置18からの出力信号により制御作動されるもとで、同制御装置18から貸球払出し指令信号は前記第1球払出装置L1へ出力され、賞球払出し指令信号は前記第2球払出装置L2へ出力され、これらの各信号に応じて遊技用の貸球と入賞成立に対する賞球とを区分払出し得る。このような第1球払出装置L1および第2球払出装置L2は、その基本的な構成として図2に示す如く、矩形箱体状に形成された合成樹脂製のケース体35内に、電動式の球払出し機構部36および中継基板37を収容して構成され、前記ケース体35単位のユニット体として取扱い得るようになっている。

(ケース体)
前記ケース体35は、前記設置部33に密着的に整合し得るベース部材38と、このベース部材38の開口部に整合密着するカバー部材39とから構成され、カバー部材39の外側からベース部材38に向けてビス40をねじ込むことで両部材38,39が組付けられて矩形箱体状を呈するようになっている。そして前記ケース体35の内部は、図示左側に横断面コ字形をなす合成樹脂製の樋部材41が設置されて球通路42が画成され、この樋部材41の右側部分に球払出し機構部36を収容するための収容室43が画成されている。また前記ベース部材38の上面には、前記球通路42の上端に整合する球流入口44が開口形成されると共に、該部材38の下面には、該球通路42の下端に整合する球流出口45が開口形成されている。更に前記樋部材41の壁部には、球払出し機構部36の球送り体46が球通路42内へ臨ませるための通口41aが形成されている。

(球払出し機構部)
前記球払出し機構部36は、前記ベース部材38に立設されて前記通口41aに隣接した位置に臨む支軸47に対して回転自在に支持された爪車状の前記球送り体46と、この球送り体46の回転・停止規制をなす規制部材48の切換作動源である電磁ソレノイド49と、球通路42内の貯留球の有無を検出する上センサ50aおよび下センサ50bとからなる貯留球用センサ50とを備えている。前記球送り体46は、ポリアセタール等の比較的硬質の合成樹脂からなり、外周に形成した複数(実施例では6箇所)の区画爪部46aにより区画された各球受け部46bを前記樋部材41の通口41aから球通路42内へ臨ませ、この球受け部46bにより球通路42内を流下する貯留球を1個ずつ球圧を受けながら回転して排出し得るようになっている。また前記電磁ソレノイド49は、例としてフラッパータイプのもので、払出制御装置18からの払出し信号に基づき作動制御されて、励磁信号に伴い磁力発生部49aで磁力を発生し得る一方、そのフレーム枠49bには前記規制部材48が傾動可能に支持されている。

前記規制部材48は、金属製レバー状のものが例とされ、電源投入時の作動状態において、常には付勢手段としての引張バネ51により球送り体46の区画爪部46aと係止する方向へ付勢保持されて、該球送り体46の回転停止を図るようになっている。一方、前記電磁ソレノイド49の通電による励磁作動に伴い磁力発生部49bに磁力が発生し、その磁力により前記引張バネ51の付勢力に抗して規制部材48が区画爪部46aから離間して球送り体46の回転を許容するようになっている。また前記貯留球用センサ50は、前記中継基板37の一端近傍に配設され、上下各センサ50a,50bは互いに1球分に適した検出間隔で配置されて前記球通路42内へ臨み、上センサ50aにより払出し可能な貯留球の有無を検出する一方、下センサ50bにより払出された貯留球の有無を検出(カウント検出)するようになっている。このような貯留球用センサ50は、排出された貯留球を下センサ50bにより1球ずつ検出する毎に、当該検出信号を中継基板37を介して前記払出制御装置18の払出制御基板へ出力するようになっている。なお前記中継基板37は、前記ビス40の挿通を許容する挿通口37aが開設されると共に、ケース体35の外側へ臨むコネクタ端子52がその下端部に設けられている。

(球払出装置の組付構造)
次に、前述のように構成された球払出装置の組付構造につき説明する。実施例の第1球払出装置L1および第2球払出装置L2は、図1および図3に示す如く、第1球払出装置L1のケース体35における前壁面(外壁面)35cおよび第2球払出装置L2のケース体35における後壁面(外壁面)35dを相互に密着させた前後方向の縦列状態に組付け、このもとで前記機構セット盤Gの設置部33に対して3本の組付部材としてのビス53を利用して共通的に組付けられるようになっている。すなわち第1球払出装置L1および第2球払出装置L2は、前記球流入口44が形成されたケース体35の上壁面(外壁面)35aおよび球流出口45が形成された該ケース体35の下壁面(外壁面)35bを互いに密着させず、一方のケース体35の球流入口44および球流出口45に他方のケース体35が干渉しない状態で、前壁面35cおよび後壁面35dを全面的に相互に密着させながら互いに組付けられるようになっている。

これを前提とした第1球払出装置L1および第2球払出装置L2では、図1に示す如く、前記ケース体35におけるベース部材38の側面における4つの隅角部のうちの3つの隅角部に、機構セット盤Gの設置部33に組付けるための前記ビス53の干渉を回避する凹部54が形成されている。また、ベース部材38の背面における3つの各隅角部、すなわち前記凹部54を形成した隅角部に対応した部位には、前記ビス53の挿通を許容する挿通口55を設けた円筒ボス(第1位置規制部)56が突出形成され、残り1つの隅角部近傍には通口を有さない円形ボス(第1位置規制部)57が突出形成されている。一方、カバー部材39の側面における3つの隅角部、すなわち前記ベース部材38の各凹部54が形成された隅角部に対応する隅角部には、該凹部54に連設的に整合する凹部(第2位置規制部)58が形成され、残りの隅角部には所要長の凹部(第2位置規制部)59が形成されている。換言すると、夫々の球払出装置L1,L2のケース体35は、相互に密着される一方の後壁面35dの所要位置に第1位置規制部としての円筒ボス56および円形ボス57が設けられ、他方の前壁面35cの所要位置に前記円筒ボス56および円形ボス57が整合可能な凹部58,59を備えている。
