【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ遊技機に関し、更に詳細には、機外の球補給設備から補給されるパチンコ球を受入れる球払出経路構成部と、この球払出経路構成部の経路途中に配設され、該球払出経路構成部に受入れたパチンコ球を払出す球払出装置とを、機裏側に装備した機構セット盤に配設するパチンコ遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機やアレンジボール機に代表されるパチンコ遊技機は、遊技媒体としてのパチンコ球を使用してパチンコ遊技を行なうようになっている。このパチンコ遊技機は、例えば図２に示すように、矩形枠体としての外枠Ａの開口前面側に対して、中枠Ｂが連結支持手段および施錠手段を利用して着脱および開放可能に組付けられている。そして中枠Ｂの前側部分には、前枠と上球皿が夫々着脱および開放可能に組付けられ、該中枠Ｂの下部に下球皿および打球発射装置等が設置されると共に、該中枠Ｂの後側に設けた保持枠１０の正面内部に遊技盤Ｃが着脱交換可能にセットされる。また前記中枠Ｂの裏側に、機構セット盤Ｄが装備されている。

図２に示すように、前記機構セット盤Ｄは、中枠Ｂ裏側に位置する遊技盤Ｃセット用の前記保持枠１０の裏側に着脱可能に装備され、該保持枠１０に対応し得る略矩形状に樹脂成形されたセット盤本体１１の中央部に遊技盤裏面の点検用の窓口１２が開口され、これに裏カバー部材１３が開閉および着脱可能に取着されている。そして、前記窓口１２の上部から右側部に亘る外周囲部に、球タンク部１５、球整流路部１６、球送出路部１７および球案内部１８等を備えた球払出経路構成部１４が設けられ、更に該球払出経路構成部１４の経路途中(球送出路部１７と球案内部１８との間)に、球払出制御装置１９により制御されるカセット形態の球払出装置Ｅが設置されている。これにより、図示しない機外の球補給設備から補給されたパチンコ球は、貯留球として前記球払出経路構成部１４において前記球払出装置Ｅより上流側に一旦貯留され、球払出装置Ｅの作動により球案内部１８を介して上球皿または下球皿へ払出されるようになっている。

ここで、現在実施に供されているパチンコ遊技機は、図２に示すように、前記球払出制御装置１９と接続したカード対応の球貸しユニットＦを併設することを前提としたカード式球貸仕様とされるカード式パチンコ遊技機と、図示しないが、前記球払出制御装置１９と接続する球貸しユニットＦを併設しない現金式球貸仕様とされる現金式パチンコ遊技機とに大別されている。前記カード式パチンコ遊技機では、賞球払出用の第１球払出装置Ｅ１と貸球(遊技球)払出用の第２球払出装置Ｅ２とを装備しており、遊技者が貸球用カードおよび前記球貸しユニットＦを利用して適正な球貸し操作を行なった場合には、この操作に応答して前記第２球払出装置Ｅ２が作動制御され、球払出経路構成部１４内の所定数の貯留球が貸球として払出される。一方、前記遊技盤Ｃ内でパチンコゲームが展開されている途中で入賞球が発生した場合は、これに応答して前記第１球払出装置Ｅ１が作動制御され、球払出経路構成部１４内の所定数の貯留球が賞球として払出される。

また、現金式パチンコ遊技機では、当該遊技機の球払出経路構成部１４内に貯留された貯留球を貸球として利用しないので、賞球払出用の第１球払出装置Ｅ１のみを装備したものとされ、前記遊技盤Ｃ内でパチンコゲームが展開されている途中で入賞球が発生した場合は、これに応答して前記第１球払出装置Ｅ１が作動制御され、球払出経路構成部１４内の所定数の貯留球が賞球として払出される。なお、貸球は当該パチンコ遊技機とは直接的に接続されていない球貸専用機に硬貨を投入することで、該球貸専用機からパチンコ球(遊技球)を購入して上球皿へ投入するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そして、実際にパチンコ遊技店に供給されるパチンコ遊技機としては、前述したカード式パチンコ遊技機が圧倒的に多く、現金式パチンコ遊技機の需要は少量となっている。ところが、前記カード式パチンコ遊技機と現金式パチンコ遊技機とは、貸球払出用の前記第２球払出装置Ｅ２の有無のみならず、前記球払出経路構成部１４を構成している前記球タンク部１５、球整流路部１６、球送出路部１７および球案内部１８等の構造・形態にも大きな差異点がある。例えば、カード式パチンコ遊技機における球払出経路構成部１４は、貸球とされる貯留球用の貸球通路と賞球とされる貯留球用の賞球通路とを別々に画成する必要があり、また現金式パチンコ遊技機における球払出経路構成部１４は、賞球とされる貯留球用の賞球通路だけを画成してある。このためカード式パチンコ遊技機と現金式パチンコ遊技機とは、機構セット盤Ｄそのものが夫々に専用に設計・製作されており、生産量が少ない現金式パチンコ遊技機の生産コスト等が割高となってしまう問題がある。カード式パチンコ遊技機から現金式パチンコ遊技機、あるいは現金式パチンコ遊技機からカード式パチンコ遊技機への仕様変更を行なう場合は、前記機構セット盤Ｄ全体を丸ごと交換するしかなく、仕様変更に際して部材コストが嵩むと共に作業工数が増加する等の問題を内在していた。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した従来の技術に内在している前記課題に鑑み、これを好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、カード式球貸仕様として構成される機構セット盤を、所要に応じて現金式球貸仕様としての構成される機構セット盤に容易に仕様変更し得ると共に、仕様変更に伴うコスト削減や作業工数削減等を可能としたパチンコ遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

前述した課題を克服し、所期の目的を好適に達成するため本発明は、
機外の球補給設備から補給されるパチンコ球を受入れると共に、賞球通路および貸球通路が画成されている球払出経路構成部と、この球払出経路構成部の経路途中に配設され、前記賞球通路に整合する賞球払出用の第１球払出装置および前記貸球通路に整合する貸球払出用の第２球払出装置とを、機裏側に装備した機構セット盤に組付けて構成されたパチンコ遊技機において、
前記球払出経路構成部は、前記賞球通路の一部を構成する第１球整流路と、前記貸球通路の一部を構成する第２球整流路と、賞球通路の一部を構成すると共に該第１球整流路に下流側で連通した第１球送出路と、貸球通路の一部を構成すると共に該第２球整流路に下流側で連通した第２球送出路と、第１および第２球整流路の下流端に整合するスプロケットカバーとを備え、
前記スプロケットカバーの内部には、自由回転可能に構成されて、前記第１球整流路を流下するパチンコ球を前記第１球送出路に送出する第１スプロケットと、該第１スプロケットと独立して自由回転可能に構成されて、前記第２球整流路を流下するパチンコ球を前記第２球送出路に送出する第２スプロケットとが配設され、

前記球容器における前記貸球通路に対向する側に規制部材が配設され、
前記規制部材は、前記球容器の球出口と整合する前記賞球通路の入口部および該球容器の球出口と整合する前記貸球通路の入口部を開放する球通出許容位置と、賞球通路の入口部を開放すると共に貸球通路の入口部を閉塞する球通出規制位置とをガイドレールを介してスライド移動可能に構成され、

【作用】
本発明によれば、パチンコ遊技機の機構セット盤に組付けられる球払出経路構成部における貸球通路の所要位置に、貸球払出用の球払出装置へのパチンコ球の供給を規制し得る規制部材を設けることで、この球払出装置による貸球払出を不可能とし得るようになる。このように貸球払出を不可能とされたパチンコ遊技機で遊技を行なう際には、当該パチンコ遊技機とは直接的に接続されていない球貸専用機からパチンコ球を購入して遊技を行なうことになるため、現金球貸仕様のパチンコ遊技機としての使用が可能になる。また、前記規制部材を移動して、前記貸球通路から貸球払出用の球払出装置へのパチンコ球の供給を許容することで、この球払出装置による貸球払出を可能とし得るようになる。このように貸球払出をし得るパチンコ遊技機で遊技を行なう際には、当該パチンコ遊技機に接続されている球貸装置からパチンコ球を購入して遊技を行なうことになるため、カード式球貸仕様のパチンコ遊技機としての使用が可能になる。すなわち、前記規制部材を移動することにより、カード式球貸仕様のパチンコ遊技機と現金式球貸仕様のパチンコ遊技機の両方に同一の機構セット盤を共用し得るので、両仕様毎の機構セット盤を個別に準備する必要がなく、仕様変更に伴う費用を最小限に抑えてコスト削減が可能となると共に、部材発注および保管等が容易になる一方、機構セット盤の着脱作業を必要としないから作業工数の削減および合理化も可能となる。

次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機につき、好適な実施例を挙げ、添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。

【第１実施例】
第１実施例のパチンコ遊技機は、常にはカード式球貸仕様として使用し得るように構成されており、前述すると共に図２に示すように、矩形枠体としての外枠Ａの開口前面側に対して、中枠Ｂが連結支持手段および施錠手段を利用して着脱および開放可能に組付けられている。そして、中枠Ｂの前側部分には、前枠、上球皿、下球皿および打球発射装置等(何れも図示せず)が設置されると共に、該中枠Ｂの後側に設けた保持枠１０の正面内部に遊技盤Ｃが着脱交換可能にセットされる。また、前記中枠Ｂの裏側に機構セット盤Ｄが装備されている。

前記機構セット盤Ｄは、図１に示すように、前記保持枠１０に組付けられるセット盤本体１１を主体としており、このセット盤本体１１は上半体２０および下半体２１からなる上下連結タイプとされ、これら上半体２０および下半体２１は適宜の合成樹脂材から形成されている。このうち上半体２０は、主に前述した球払出経路構成部１４の構成基盤とされていると共に、ターミナル基板(図示せず)用の設置部２６が右上に形成されている。また前記下半体２１は、前記球払出経路構成部１４の下流側に連設される球払出路２３が画成されると共に、前記球払出装置Ｅおよび図示しない主制御装置、払出制御装置、電源分配基板およびインターフェースボード等の設置基盤とされている。

更に、図１に示すように、前記機構セット盤Ｄの上半体２０は、賞球通路２４および貸球通路２５が画成されている前記球払出経路構成部１４と、前記賞球通路２４に整合する賞球払出用の第１球払出装置Ｅ１および前記貸球通路２５に整合する遊技球払出用の第２球払出装置Ｅ２とを、機構セット盤Ｄのセット盤本体１１に着脱可能に組付けることで構成される。なお、前記球払出経路構成部１４は、球タンク部１５、球整流路部１６、球送出路部１７および球案内部１８等から構成されている。

前記球タンク部１５は、前記セット盤本体１１の上半体２０における上部に、上方開口状態で設置される球容器(「球タンク」ともいう)３０と、この球容器３０の底面に開口した球出口３０ａに整合して配設される貯留球検出器３１等から構成されている。そして、球容器３０内に、図示しない球補給設備から補給される相当量(例えば５００個程度)のパチンコ球を貯留球として一時的に貯留し得るようになっている。なお、前記球容器３０は、数本のネジ(図示せず)により上半体２０に着脱可能に組付けられるようになっており、また前記貯留球検出器３１は、該上半体２０に設けたスリット３２に対して上方からスライド係合されて着脱可能に組付けられるよう構成される。

図１に示すように、横長部材の前記球整流路部１６は、前記球容器３０の下方に配設されており、その一方の端部(上流端)は前記球出口３０ａと整合するようになっている。そして、前記球整流路部１６は、整流レール３３と、この整流レール３３の下流部となる右側上部に組付けられるカバー板３４と、前記整流レール３３の下流端となる右端に整合するスプロケットカバー３５内に配設される第１スプロケット４１ａおよび第２スプロケット４１ｂ等から構成されている(図４参照)。そして前記整流レール３３は、長手方向に沿って中央に立設した仕切板３６により、貯留球を２列整列状態で球送出路部１７へ送出案内する第１球整流路３７(賞球通路２４)および第２球整流路３８(貸球通路２５)とが並設されると共に、該両球整流路３７,３８の夫々が、更に２列に分割された「４条タイプ」とされている。このうち、前記上半体２０と仕切板３６とにより画成される第１球整流路３７が前記賞球通路２４の一部を構成し、該第１球整流路３７を通出するパチンコ球が前記第１球払出装置Ｅ１により賞球として払出されると共に、整流レール３３の外壁３３ａと前記仕切板３６とにより画成される第２球整流路３８が、前記貸球通路２５の一部を構成し、該第２整流路部３８を通出するパチンコ球が前記第２払出装置Ｅ２により貸球として払出されるようになっている。

また、図３に示すように、前記球容器３０の前記球整流路部１６と対向する側(裏面)には、規制部材２８ａが図示しないガイドレールを介してスライド移動可能(図３における左右方向)に取付けられており、常にはこの球容器３０の球出口３０ａと整合する第２球整流路部３８(貸球通路２５)の入口部２５ａに突出しない位置(球通出許容位置)に固定し得るようになっている(図３(ａ))。また、前記規制部材２８ａは入口部２５ａを閉塞し得る方向(図３の左方向)にスライド移動させた際に、この入口部２５ａを閉塞する位置(球通出規制位置)で、所要の手段により固定し得るよう構成される(図３(ｂ))。なお、前記規制部材２８ａは、この球通出規制位置に固定された際に、貸球通路２５を構成している第２球整流路部３８の入口部２５ａを完全に閉塞して、パチンコ球の該第２球整流路部３８への導入を規制すると共に、賞球通路２４を構成している第１球整流路部３７に対応する入口部２５ｂを閉塞することなく、パチンコ球が該第１球整流路部３７に流入し得る大きさに設定されている。

図４に示すように、前記第１スプロケット４１ａおよび第２スプロケット４１ｂの夫々は、前記第１球整流路３７および第２球整流路３８を流下するパチンコ球を、前記球送出経路部１７を構成する後述の第１球送出路４５(賞球通路２４)および第２送出路４６(貸球通路２５)に夫々円滑に送出し得るようになっている。また、この第１および第２スプロケット４１ａ,４１ｂは、回転軸３４を介して同一軸心上に配設されると共に、夫々独立して自由回転し得るように構成されている。なお、前記整流レール３３の上方には、前記上半体２０に一体成形された取付片に、前記第１球整流路３７および第２球整流路３８に対応する球ならし部材３９,４０が揺動可能に配設され、夫々の球整流路３７,３８内を重なりながら下流側へ移動する貯留球を、平坦にならすようになっている。

前記球送出路部１７は、球整流路部１６の前記第１球整流路３７に連通して前記賞球通路２４の一部を構成する第１球送出路４５と、前記第２球整流路３８に連通して前記貸球通路２５の一部を構成する第２球送出路４６とが、パチンコ遊技機の前後方向へ並列的に形成された「２条タイプ」とされ、球整流路部１６から夫々２列整列状態で移動した貯留球を夫々１列整列状態で通出案内するようになっている。すなわち、第１球整流路３７および第２球整流路３８を夫々流下移動した貯留球は、前記第１スプロケット４１ａおよび第２スプロケット４１ｂで整列した後に、２列から１列に変更されつつ対応の第１球送出路４５および第２球送出路４６内へ流入するようになっている。

また、図１に示すように、前記球送出路部１７は、上方に位置する上球送出路部１７Ａと、この上球送出路部１７Ａの下側に位置する下球送出路部１７Ｂとから構成されており、この上球送出路部１７Ａは、上半体２０に左右蛇行状に一体形成された第１球送出路４５を覆蓋する第１カバー部材４２と、この第１カバー部材４２と共に上半体２０に着脱可能にビス固定されて第２球送出路４６を画成する第２カバー部材４３とからなっている。一方、前記下球送出路部１７Ｂは貯留球通出ユニット４４からなり、該ユニット４４には、図５に示すように、賞球受入口５４および貸球受入口５５が開口されると共に、両受入口５４,５５を介して前記第１および第２球送出路４５,４６の夫々と連通する第１球通過路５２および第２球通過路５３が内部に画成されて、前記上半体２０に対して着脱可能にネジで固定されるよう構成される。なお、前記第１球通過路５２は賞球通路２４を構成し、前記第２球通路５３は貸球通路２５を構成している。更に、パチンコ球を前記第１および第２球通過路５２,５３の夫々から前記第１球払出装置Ｅ１および第２球払出装置Ｅ２に送出し得る第１球送出口５７および第２球送出口５８が、前記貯留球通出ユニット４４に開口されている(図１２参照)。

前記球案内部１８は、図１に示すように、前記セット盤本体１１の下半体２１に形成された球払出路２３を覆蓋するカバー蓋板４８に着脱可能にネジで固定される球案内部材４９からなり、前記第１球払出装置Ｅ１および第２球払出装置Ｅ２から払出された賞球および貸球を前記球払出路２３へ通出案内するためのものである。なおカバー蓋板４８には、球貸しユニットＦとの電気的接続を図るためのインターフェースボードを固定するためのインターフェース部材５０が組付けられる。
