【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ遊技機の貯留球通出規制部材に関し、更に詳細には、遊技媒体としてパチンコ球を使用するパチンコ遊技機において、球貯留排出経路部と球払出装置との間に配設され、この球貯留排出経路部内に一時的に貯留された賞球および貸球として払い出される貯留球の通出を規制する貯留球通出規制部材に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機やアレンジボール機に代表されるこの種のパチンコ遊技機は、遊技ホール内の設置枠台(通称「島」)に縦向きの姿勢で設置されて遊技に供され、そして機内の遊技盤内で展開されるパチンコゲーム中に成立した入賞(例えばセーフ球の発生や図柄組合わせによる得点)に対し、機裏側の機構セット盤に形成配置した球タンクや整流路および球送出路等から構成される球貯留排出経路部内に貯留されたパチンコ球(貯留球)を、前記球送出路の球送出口の下方に配設した球払出装置の作動制御のもとに、所定数の賞球として機前側の上球皿または下球皿側へ給出するようになっている。一方、貸球用のカードおよびカードユニットを利用して貯留球を貸出し得るタイプの遊技機(一般に「カード式パチンコ遊技機」ともいう)では、前述した賞球払出しとは別に、遊技者による適正な球貸し操作に応答して前記球払出装置または別途設置された別の球払出装置が作動されることにより、所定数の貸球として上球皿側へ給出されるようになっている。

前記球貯留供給経路部内には、遊技盤内でのパチンコゲームにおいて所謂「大当り」の特別遊技状態が発生しても円滑に賞球を払出し得るように、機外の球補給設備から適時にパチンコ球を補充投入して常に一定量以上のパチンコ球が貯留されている。このため、例えば前記球貯留排出経路部の点検や修理、殊に前記球払出装置の取外し点検や新品交換に際しては、該球貯留排出経路部内の貯留球を所定位置で一時的に球止め(通出規制)し得ることが望まれている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこでこの種のパチンコ遊技機にあっては、貯留球の球止めに係る一般的な技術として、例えば前記球貯留排出経路部の下流部上方(球送出路部)に鈎形状をなす回動式の貯留球通出規制部材が配設されており、球払出装置の取外しに先立つ球止め時には、この規制部材を通常の通出許容位置(第1位置)から通出規制位置(第2位置)に回動変位させて、その爪部で球貯留排出経路部内の貯留球を受止め、規制位置から上流側の球容器に至る貯留球を通出規制(阻止)し得るようになっている。しかしながら、このような通出規制技術では、貯留球通出規制部材の通出規制位置から下流に貯留された貯留球の通出規制を図り得ないため、前記球払出装置を取外した際には、相当数をやむなく通出落下させざるを得ない。また、点検・修理済みの球払出装置の組付けセット後に、球詰まりまたは球切り状態が不十分である場合には、同装置の再度の取外し点検に伴って再び相当数が通出落下する結果を招来してしまっていた。

更に、前記カード式パチンコ遊技機においては、前記球送出路部が貸球用の球送出路(第1球送出路)と、賞球用の球送出路(第2球送出路)とから構成されている。しかしながら従来のカード式パチンコ遊技機では、これら第1球送出路および第2球送出路に、単独操作される専用の前記貯留球通出規制部材を個別に配設するようになっていた。このため、球貯留排出経路部内における第1球送出路内および第2球送出路内の夫々の貯留球に対する通出規制および通出許容に関しては、各貯留球通出規制部材を別々に操作する必要があり、繁雑で面倒な作業を伴う欠点を有していた。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した従来の技術に内在している前記課題に鑑み、これを好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、球払出装置を機構セット盤から取外した際に、球貯留排出経路部に一時的に貯留されている貯留球が球送出口から通出しないように規制すると共に、貸球用の球送出路および賞球用の球送出路に対する通出規制を同時になし得るよう構成したパチンコ遊技機の貯留球通出規制部材を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した課題を克服し、所期の目的を好適に達成するため本発明は、

前記貯留球通出規制部材は、
前記球送出路部に設けた挿通口に挿通されて前記球送出路と交差し、前記球送出口に近接して臨んだ状態で球送出路部に押込まれた前記第1位置と該球送出路部から引出された第2位置との間をスライド移動可能な規制板部と、
前記規制板部の適宜位置に開設され、前記貯留球を1球ずつ通過させる寸法に設定した球通過口と、
前記規制板部における一方端部に設けられ、該規制板部を前記球送出路部の挿通口に挿通した状態で該球送出路部の外側に位置する把持片と、
前記把持片から立設した支持片の先端に、前記規制板部の他方端部側に突出するように設けられて前記球送出路部に形成した第1の係合部に球送出路部内で係脱自在に係合する第1の係合片と、
前記支持片の先端から前記第1の係合片と反対側に突出するように設けられて前記把持片の側方に臨み、把持片側への押圧操作により前記支持片を中心に前記第1の係合片を揺動変位させて前記第1の係合部から離脱させる操作片と、
前記規制板部に設けられ、該規制板部を前記第2位置へ到来させた際に、前記球送出路部に突設した第2の係合片と係脱自在に係合する第2の係合部とからなり、
前記貯留球通出規制部材は、前記第1の係合片を第1の係合部に球送出路部内で係合させることで前記規制板部前記第1位置に保持されて、該規制板部の前記球通過口と前記球送出路の球送出口とを全面的に連通して、球送出路内の貯留球が該球送出口から通出されるのを許容し、
前記操作片を把持片側へ押圧操作して前記第1の係合片を前記第1の係合部から離脱させたもとで、前記規制板部を球送出路部から引出すように移動して第2の係合部が第2の係合片に係合することで位置規制される前記第2位置へ到来させることで、前記球通過口と前記球送出口と部分的にのみ連通て、球送出路内の貯留球が該球送出口から通出されるのを規制し、

【作用】
貯留球通出規制部材は、その第1の係合片を球送出路部に形成された第1の係合部に係合させることで、規制板部が第1位置に保持される。これにより、規制板部に形成した球通過口と球送出路の球送出口とが全面的に連通するようになり、球送出路内の貯留球が前記球送出口から通出されるのが許容される。一方、操作片を押圧操作して第1の係合片を第1の係合部から離脱させれば、規制板部の第2位置への到来が許容される。規制板部が第2位置へ到来すると、球通過口と球送出口とが部分的にのみ連通するようになり、球送出路内の貯留球が該球送出口から通出されるのが規制される

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の貯留球通出規制部材につき、好適な実施例を挙げ、添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。なお本実施例では、貸球用のカードおよびカードユニットを利用して貯留球を貸出し得るカード式パチンコ機を例とし、後述する機構セット盤における球貯留排出経路部の下流側に、ユニット化された球払出装置が設置された形式を主に示す。

(パチンコ機)
そこで、先ず本実施例の貯留球通出規制部材が実施されるパチンコ機について、図12および図13を参照して要約説明する。本実施例のパチンコ機Pは、その基本的な概略構成として、外枠Aの開口前面側に対して前枠Bが、連結支持手段および施錠手段を利用して着脱および開放可能に組付けられている。そして前枠Bの内外部分には、横開き式のガラス扉Dを組付けた窓枠Cと、ガラス扉Dの下部において前枠Bに対して着脱および開放可能に組付けられる開閉セット板の前側に上球皿Eが組付けられると共に、該開閉セット板の後側に電動式の球送り装置(図示せず)等がセットされている。また、前記前枠Bの下部に下球皿Fおよび打球発射装置H等が設置されると共に、裏側に機構セット盤G等が装備され、更に該前枠Bの後側に設けた保持枠10の正面内部に、所要の遊技領域Jaを構成した遊技盤Jが着脱交換可能にセットされる。一方、貸球の払出し制御に必要とされる球貸しユニット(カバー式)Kが、パチンコ機Pの側方(外枠Aの隣接部位)に設置されて各電子制御部と接続されている。

(機構セット盤)
前記機構セット盤Gは、前枠B裏側に位置する前記遊技盤Jセット用の保持枠10の裏側に着脱可能に装備され、該保持枠10に対応し得る方形サイズに樹脂成形された本体11の中央部に遊技盤裏面の点検用の窓口12が開口され、これに裏カバー部材13が開閉および着脱可能に取着されており、この窓口12の上部から右側部に亘る外周囲部に球貯留排出経路部14等が配設されている。また、この球貯留排出経路部14の下側に、カセット形態とされる電動制御式の球払出装置L1,L2が設置される一方、これら球払出装置L1,L2の下方に該装置L1,L2から払出された貸球および賞球を前記上球皿Eまたは下球皿Fへ排出する球排出経路(図示せず)が形成されており、前記球貯留排出経路部14に貯留された所定数のパチンコ球(貯留球)が、球払出装置L1,L2の作動により貸球または賞球として払出されるようになっている。

なお、機構セット盤Gのその他の構成として、前記窓口12の下方に、アウト球およびセーフ球を機外へ排出する球通出経路が形成される他に、球抜き装置,セーフ球検出処理装置,賞球満杯検出装置および貸球用の検出スイッチ(何れも図示せず)等が夫々設置され、そして本体11の上方隅端部にターミナル基盤(集中基盤ともいう)15が設置されている。また前記窓口12の下方背面には、パチンコ機Pを全体的に制御するメイン基板を収容した主制御装置16や、前記打球発射装置Hを制御する発射制御基板を収容した発射制御装置17、前記球払出装置L1,L2を制御する払出制御基板を収容した払出制御装置18、前記遊技盤Jでのパチンコゲームに応じた効果音を発生制御する音制御基板を収容した音制御装置19、球貸しユニットKと接続して各種データの入力および出力を行なうためのコネクタを備えたインターフェース20等が所要位置に設置固定される一方、前記裏カバー部材13の背面に電源基板21が設置固定されている。

(球貯留排出経路部)
前記球貯留排出経路部14は、機構セット盤Gの上部に上方開口状態で設置される球容器(「球タンク」ともいう)22と、この球容器22底面の下流端に開口された球出口に合わせた下部に取着される斜状レール形の整流路部23と、左右蛇行状に形成されて前記整流路部23の下流端に連絡するように取着される球送出路部24とから構成され、相当量(例えば500個程度)のパチンコ球を貯留球として一時的に貯留し得るようになっている。そして実施例のパチンコ機Pでは、前記球送出路部24が、図2に示す如く上側の第1球送出路部材25と下側の第2球送出路部材26とに2分割されており、この第2球送出路部材26に後述する貯留球通出規制部材60や貯留球通出切換部材75等が設置されるようになっている。

なお実施例の整流路部23は、図2および図3に示すように、幅方向中央部で上方へ突出しかつ長手方向へ延在する仕切板27により、貯留球を2列整列状態で球送出路部24へ送出案内する第1整流路23aおよび第2整流路23bとを並設した「4条タイプ」が例とされ、例えば第1整流路23aを貸球用、第2整流路23bを賞球用として実施に供される。また前記球送出路部24は、貯留球を1列整列状態で通出案内する「2条タイプ」として、前記第1球送出路部材25内から第2球送出路部材26内に亘り、第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24bがパチンコ機Pの前後方向へ並列的に画成され、この第1球送出路24aが前記第1整流路23aに整合連通すると共に第2球送出路24bが前記第2整流路23bに整合連通している。すなわち、第1整流路23aおよび第2整流路23bを夫々流下した貯留球は、その出口部で2列から1列に整列されながら対応の第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24b内へ流入する。

(球払出装置)
本実施例のパチンコ機Pでは、貸球の払出し専用に実施される第1球払出装置L1と、賞球の払出し専用に実施される第2球払出装置L2とを有し、機構セット盤Gの設置部28に対して、前後に整合セットした第1球払出装置L1および第2球払出装置L2をビス着することで、両球払出装置L1,L2を前後2段に装着するようになっている(図9)。なお第1球払出装置L1および第2球払出装置L2は、全く同一タイプとされている。

(第2球送出路部材)
次に、本実施例の貯留球通出規制部材60が装着される前記第2球送出路部材26につき説明する。この第2球送出路部材26は、図1および図4等に示す如く、前記第1球送出路部材25と、設置部28に装着される前記夫々の球払出装置L1,L2との上下間にビス着される。そしてその内部には、前述した如く、第1球払出装置L1へ供給される貸球を通出案内する蛇行状の前記第1球送出路24aと、第2球払出装置L2へ供給される賞球を通出案内する蛇行状の前記第2球送出路24bと、これら第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24bから分岐形成されて前記機構セット盤Gに設けた球排出路29に整合連通する球抜路30が夫々画成され、全体が単一ユニット部材として構成されている。すなわち第2球送出路部材26は、前後方向へ互いに組付け可能に合成樹脂成形された第1基材31および第2基材32からなり、本実施例の貯留球通出規制部材60および貯留球通出切換部材75を、その所要位置に摺動自在に装着し得るようになっている。

(第1基材)
前記第1基材31は、図5および図6に示す如く、機構セット盤Gに接触する矩形状の台座部33と、この台座部33に蛇行状に形成されて前記第1球送出路24aの一部を画成する第1壁部34と、この第1壁部34に段差を以て一体形成されて両球送出路24a,24bの間に延在するようになる仕切壁部35とが一体的に成形されている。そして、第1球送出路24aの球送出口24cに隣接する部位には、前記貯留球通出規制部材60の挿通および摺動変位を許容する横長矩形状の第1挿通口36が開口形成されると共に、該第1球送出路24aと球抜路30との分岐部に対応する部位には、前記貯留球通出切換部材75の挿通および摺動変位を許容する略J字形状の第2挿通口37が開口形成されている。また、前記第1挿通口36の右上端縁部には、前記貯留球通出規制部材60に係合して該通出規制部材60の抜止めを図る第1フック片(係合片)38が立設形成されていると共に、前記第2挿通口37の右上端縁部には、前記貯留球通出切換部材75に係合して該切換部材75の抜止めを図る第2フック片39が立設形成されている。なお台座部33の略中央には、第2基材32との組付用のビス54が螺着されるボス40が立設形成されていると共に、左端中央部や下端中央部および右上隅角部等には、当該第1基材31を機構セット盤Gに組付けるためのビス53(図3)の挿通を許容する挿通口41が開設されている。

(第2基材)
前記第2基材32は、図5および図6に示す如く、前記第1基材31の台座部33に端部密着して整合する矩形箱状の外郭壁部42に、外側へ蛇行状に突出形成されて前記第2球送出路24bを画成する第2壁部43と、同じく外側へ突出形成されて前記球抜路30を画成する第3壁部44が一体的に成形されている。また前記外郭壁部42の内側には、前記第1球送出路24aを画成する第4壁部45および前記球抜路30を画成する第5壁部46が形成されている。そして第2球送出路24bの球送出口24dに対応する部位には、前記貯留球通出規制部材60の挿通および摺動変位を許容する横長矩形状の第1挿通口47が開口形成されると共に、該第2球送出路24bと球抜路30との分岐点に対応する部位には、前記貯留球通出切換部材75の挿通および摺動変位を許容する略J字形状の第2挿通口48が開口形成されている。そして、前記第1挿通口47に隣接した正面右側に、貯留球通出規制部材60の係合フック片(係合片)69の挿通および係合を許容する第1開口部(係合部)49が開設されると共に、前記第2挿通口48に隣接した上側に、貯留球通出切換部材75の係合フック片81の挿通および係合を許容する第2開口部50が開設されている。なお、外郭壁部42の略中央には、第1基材31に立設した前記ボス40に整合する挿通口51が開設されていると共に、左端中央部や下端中央部および右上隅角部等には、前記ビス53(図3)の挿通を許容する挿通口52が開設されている。

前記第1基材31および第2基材32から構成される第2球送出路部材26は、これら第1基材31および第2基材32をビス54で組付けることにより、前記第1壁部34と第4壁部45等により前記第1球送出路24aが画成されると共に前記第2壁部43で前記第2球送出路24bが画成され、また第3壁部44および第5壁部46で前記球抜路30が画成される。そして、前記第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24bの間に前記仕切壁部35が延在するようになり、第1球送出路24aと第2球送出路24bとは、パチンコ機Pの前後方向へ所要間隔を以て並行的に延在している。なお、第2球送出路部材26の下面には、第1球送出路24aの球送出口24cと第2球送出路24bの球送出路24dが開口している(図7(c))。また、第1基材31および第2基材32に形成した前記各第1挿通口36,47の間には、前記貯留球通出規制部材60を摺動自在に案内するガイド溝55が、前記第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24bと交差する方向に延在形成されている(図9)。

(貯留球通出規制部材について)
本実施例の貯留球通出規制部材60は、図7〜図9に示す如く、前記夫々の第1挿通口36,47および前記ガイド溝55により、第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24bに交差し、かつ夫々の球送出口24c,24dに臨んで形成された収容設置部56に装着され、第1球送出路24a内の貸球および第2球送出路24b内の賞球に対する通出規制を同時に図るものである。この貯留球通出規制部材60は、一方端部に把持片62を一体的に設けて前記収容設置部56に挿通される細長シャッター状を呈する規制板部61と、この把持片62の側面に一体的に形成されて前記規制板部61の側方に沿設される姿勢保持部63とから構成され、全体が合成樹脂製の一体成形品である。前記規制板部61には、貯留球(貸球)の通過を許容するように矩形状に形成されて前記第1球送出路24aに整合可能な第1球通過口64と、同じく貯留球(賞球)の通過を許容するように矩形状に形成されて前記第2球送出路24bに整合可能な第2球通過口65とが、前記第1球送出路24aと第2球送出路24bとの配設間隔と同一間隔で形成されている。また、各球通過口64,65の側方(前記把持片62側と対向する方向)には、傾斜面に形成された球規制片部66,67が夫々の球通過口64,65に隣設され、後述する如く、夫々の球送出口24c,24dを貯留球の直径よりも幅狭に開口させて該貯留球の通過を規制するようになっている。

(姿勢保持部)
前記姿勢保持部63は、前記把持片62から立設した支持片68を中心に揺動可能なレバー状を呈しており、該支持片68から前方へ延出して前記第1開口部49に係脱可能に係合する係合フック片69と、該支持片68から後方へ突出して前記把持片62の側方へ臨む操作片70とから構成されている。この姿勢保持部63は、図7に示す如く、常には前記規制板部61と略平行に延在しており、指先操作により前記操作片70を前記把持片62側へ押圧操作すると、前記支持片68を中心として前記係合フック片69が反対側(規制板部61から離間する方向)へ弾性的に変位し、前記規制板部61に対して適宜傾斜するようになっている。そして、前記収容設置部56に設置された前記貯留球通出規制部材60は、前記姿勢保持部63の係合フック片69を前記第1開口部49に係合させると、前記規制板部61が第2球送出路部材26へ完全に挿入された第1位置(貯留球の通出許容位置)に位置決めされ、該係合フック片69と該第1開口部49との係合を解除させて引張ると、該規制板部61が第2球送出路部材26から適宜露出して第2位置(貯留球の通出規制位置)に位置決めされ得るようになっている。

そして、前記貯留球通出規制部材60の規制板部61が前記第1位置に到来した際には(図7(c)および図8(b))、前記第1球通過口64が第1球送出路24aの球送出口24cに全面的に整合すると共に、前記第2球通過口65が第2球送出路24bの球送出口24dに全面的に整合するように設定されている。すなわち、貯留球通出規制部材60を第1位置に到来させると、第1球送出路24a内に貯留されている貸球としての貯留球および第2球送出路24b内に貯留されている賞球としての貯留球の夫々の通出を許容する貯留球通出許容状態とされ、前記第1球払出装置L1および第2球払出装置L2に対して、第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24b内の夫々の貯留球が通出可能とされる。

(貯留球通出規制部材の第2位置)
一方、前記貯留球通出規制部材60の規制板部61が前記第2位置に到来した際には(図7(a)および図8(a))、前記第1球通過口64が第1球送出路24aの球送出口24cから変移して該球送出口24cに前記球規制片部66が到来して、これら第1球通過口64と球送出口24cが部分的(貯留球の直径よりも幅狭)にのみ連通し、前記第2球通過口65が第2球送出路24bの球送出口24dから変移して該球送出口24dに前記球規制片部67が到来して、これら第2球通過口65と球送出口24dが部分的(貯留球の直径よりも幅狭)にのみ連通するように設定されている。すなわち、貯留球通出規制部材60を第2位置に到来させると、第1球送出路24a内に貯留されている貸球としての貯留球および第2球送出路24b内に貯留されている賞球としての貯留球の夫々の通出を規制する貯留球通出規制状態とされ、前記第1球払出装置L1および第2球払出装置L2に対して、第1球送出路24aおよび第2球送出路24b内の夫々の貯留球が通出不能とされる。
