Description
The present invention relates to an opening / closing body device that opens, closes, holds, and stores an opening / closing body means by opening and closing the door for sun protection, rain protection, etc., especially in stores, etc. It is related with the opening-and-closing body apparatus which can be performed.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a configuration of a conventional awning apparatus. As shown in FIG. 1, for example, the awning device is attached to an outer wall of a building such as a store or a residential house via an

The ones described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 are always extended forward by an elastic body such as a tension coil spring provided in the
That is, in order to stretch, hold, or store a canvas such as a synthetic fiber fabric, it is necessary to constantly apply a biasing force to the canvas itself such as a synthetic fiber fabric. In the awning devices described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, this urging force is applied by an elastic body such as a rotary motor provided in the winding
On the other hand, in order to stretch a canvas such as synthetic fiber fabric on the frame that constitutes a terrace, etc. for sunshade and rain protection, the frame can be used as a guide rail or give a biasing force to the canvas. Therefore, it is necessary to provide rotating motors and the like at two locations on the upper and lower sides, which makes the configuration complicated and expensive.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and easily opens and closes opening / closing body means such as a synthetic fiber cloth for sunshade and rain protection along a frame constituting a terrace or the like. It is an object of the present invention to provide an opening / closing body device that can be used.
The first feature of the opening / closing body device of the present invention is that at least one guide rail means, frame means provided so as to move along the guide rail means, and an opening / closing with one end fixed to the frame means. In an opening / closing body device comprising body means and a winding means for fixing the other end of the opening / closing body means and winding or unwinding the opening / closing body means, the opening / closing body means is formed by the winding means. The winding direction includes a load applying means for applying a load opposite to the frame means, and the opening / closing state of the opening / closing body means is controlled by the winding means.
Normally, when the opening / closing body device uses an opening / closing body means such as a sheet curtain to partition the opening of a building / house / factory or other building / structure, the weight of the frame means itself is used. The opening / closing state of the opening / closing member means is controlled by applying a load opposite to the direction wound around the opening / closing member means and winding the opening / closing member means around the winding means. However, when the opening / closing member means is stretched for sunshade or rain protection, for example, along a part of the frame forming the roof or ceiling of the frame constituting the terrace, etc., the opening / closing member means In many cases, the opening / closing direction of the frame is a horizontal direction or an inclination direction almost horizontal, and the weight of the frame means itself cannot be used effectively. In view of this, in the present invention, there is provided load applying means for applying a load opposite to the direction wound by the winding means with respect to the frame means. Thereby, even if the opening / closing direction of the opening / closing member means is, for example, a horizontal direction, the opening / closing state of the opening / closing member means can be controlled by winding or unwinding the opening / closing member means on the winding means.
The opening / closing body device according to the present invention may be installed in a substantially vertical or inclined state other than that in which the opening / closing body means is opened and closed in a substantially horizontal direction. The apparatus can be installed in an arbitrary state according to the state of the part to be installed. The opening / closing body device according to the present invention is attached to a building structure such as a building, a house, or a factory having a frame that supports at least the guide rail means, and a building structure such as a terrace, a carport, a solarium, a pergola, and a balcony. It can be applied to attached structures. The application part of the opening / closing body device according to the present invention is a part having a frame body such as a roof part, a ceiling part, a side wall part, a floor part, an opening part, etc., and a part where effects such as sunshade, rain protection, and blindfolding are required Is preferred. For roofs, ceilings, side walls, and floors, if the part has a transparent or translucent part such as glass or synthetic resin, It is preferable to apply an opening / closing body device.
A second feature of the opening / closing body device according to the present invention is that, in the first feature, the load applying means is provided at least on one end side of the extension means and the extension means that expands and contracts the length according to the load. The pulley means and one end portion connected to the frame means, the other end portion connected to the guide rail means, and a linear shape configured to be reversely guided along the telescopic direction via the pulley means Means for applying a load on the frame means opposite to the direction in which the opening / closing body means is wound by the winding means by the expansion / contraction means, the pulley means and the linear means. .
This relates to the detailed configuration of the load applying means for applying a load opposite to the direction of winding by the winding means with respect to the frame means. In the present invention, the load applying means includes an expansion / contraction means that expands / contracts the length according to the load, a pulley means provided on at least one end side of the expansion / contraction means, and one end portion of the frame means via the pulley means. And linear means having the other end connected to the guide rail means. Normally, when the linear means fixed at one end is reversed and guided through the pulley means, the pulley means moves in accordance with the expansion and contraction of the expansion / contraction means. It will move by a length corresponding to about twice as long as. In the present invention, one end of the linear means is connected to the frame means and the other end is connected to the guide rail means via the pulley means, and the opening / closing body means is opposed to the winding direction by the expansion / contraction of the expansion / contraction means. Since the load is always applied to the frame means, the open / close state of the open / close body means can be controlled by winding or unwinding the open / close body means on the winding means. In addition, by providing a plurality of pulley means at both ends of the expansion / contraction means and performing reversal guidance a plurality of times, the moving distance of the linear means can be gradually increased to 4 times or 6 times. Therefore, it is only necessary to determine how to arrange the pulley means at both ends of the expansion / contraction means according to the length of the guide rail means for guiding the frame means and the expansion / contraction amount of the expansion / contraction means.
A third feature of the opening / closing member device of the present invention is that, in the first feature, the load applying means is provided so as to protrude from one end of the cylinder tube means, and the amount of pushing in accordance with the load applied to the piston rod means Gas spring means configured to change, pulley means respectively provided at both ends of the gas spring means, and one end portion connected to the frame means, and the guide rail means or the gas spring means. An end portion is connected and wire means is provided so as to be reversely guided along the push-in direction via the pulley means.
This is a concrete configuration of the load applying means, and the expansion / contraction means is constituted by gas spring means having cylinder tube means and piston rod means, and pulley means are provided at both ends, and linear means. Is constituted by a wire means, and one end of the wire means is connected to a movable frame means, and the other end is connected to a guide rail means or a gas spring means which does not move.
A fourth feature of the opening / closing device of the present invention is that, in the first feature, when the distance between the guide rail means constituted by two or more is changed, the longitudinal direction of the guide rail means is The frame means is moved in a substantially vertical direction to absorb the change in the distance, and the frame means is moved along the guide rail means as a whole.
In the case where the guide rail means is composed of two or more, it is difficult to make the distance between the guide rail means exactly constant. Therefore, in the present invention, the frame means is substantially in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail means. The change in the distance between the guide rail means is absorbed by enabling movement in the vertical direction.
According to a fifth feature of the opening / closing member device of the present invention, in the first feature, the contact member is wound around the winding means by contacting an outer peripheral portion of the opening / closing member means wound around the winding means. A support means for supporting the weight of the winding means while sliding the rotating shaft of the winding means according to a change in the winding diameter of the opening / closing body means is provided.
This is because the opening / closing body means is wound around the winding means, and when the winding amount increases, the weight of the winding means and the opening / closing body means wound around the winding means increases, and the winding means bends due to its weight. become. Therefore, in the present invention, the support means for supporting the weight of the winding means wound around the opening / closing body means is provided while sliding the rotating shaft of the winding means. Since the support means is provided so as to come into contact with the outer peripheral portion of the opening / closing body means wound around the winding means, the support means supports the weight of the winding means wound around the opening / closing body means and is wound up. When the winding diameter of the opening / closing body means changes, the rotating shaft of the winding means is slid. Thereby, even if the weight of the wound opening / closing body means increases, it is possible to prevent the winding means from being bent by the weight.
According to the present invention, there is an effect that an opening / closing body means such as a synthetic fiber cloth can be easily stretched along a frame constituting a terrace or the like for sunshade or rain protection.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of an opening and closing body device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. A new point adopted in the opening / closing body device according to the present invention is that a gas spring is built in the guide rail, and an urging force is applied to the canvas using the expansion and contraction action of the gas spring.

The
FIG. 11 is an enlarged view showing the relationship between the canvas support front frame, the moving frame, and the guide rail. FIG. 11A is an enlarged view of a part of FIG. 8A, and FIG. 11B is an enlarged view of a part of FIG. 8B. 11A and 11B, the

FIG. 12 is a diagram showing a detailed configuration of the winding
As shown in FIG. 12A, the
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 12B, the winding diameter of the winding
As shown in FIG. 12, the winding
