Claims (1)
- ベルレス装入装置を用いて炉内へコークス及び鉄鉱石類を交互に層状として装入する高炉操業方法において、
予め、コークス強度をパラメータとして、高炉炉腹部での半径方向の平均コークス層厚と、炉内上部での半径方向の中間部及び周辺部のガス利用率差とで高炉の安定操業を達成する領域を求めておき、指定された1回当たりのコークス装入量から求まる前記高炉炉腹部での半径方向の平均コークス層厚と使用するコークスの強度とから、前記高炉の安定操業を達成する領域に対比したガス利用率差を定め、その定めたガス利用率差になるように、前記コークス及び鉄鉱石類を装入物分布制御して操業することを特徴とする高炉操業方法。
