− 前記X線取得手段の基準において前記超音波プローブの位置決めを行うための手段
− 三次元画像データセットにおいて前記医療用機器の周りの関心のある領域を選択する手段であって、前記超音波取得手段の基準において前記の関心のある領域の第一位置決めを規定する、手段
− 超音波プローブの前記位置決めを用いて、X線取得手段の前記基準において前記関心のある領域の第二位置決めに、超音波取得手段の前記基準において前記関心のある領域の前記第一位置決めを変換するための手段
− 前記関心のある領域に含まれる三次元超音波データ及び前記二次元X線画像が前記第二位置決めを用いて結合される前記医療用機器のバイモーダルな表示を生成する且つ表示するための手段
本発明を用いて、バイモーダルな表示が提供され、そのバイモーダルな表示において、二次元(2D)X線データ及び三次元(3D)超音波データが結合される。2DX線データは、良好な可視性及び医療用機器及び骨格の高分解能を与える。2DX線データは又、大きい視野の恩恵を受け、電気生理学的処置により関連する患者の体の全体の領域の可視化を可能にする。
スラブを構成する。前記の選択された関心のある領域に含まれる3D超音波データのボリュームレンダリングされたビューが与えられる。バイモーダルな表示は、ボリュームレンダリングされたビューにおける対応するポイントの強度値と2DX線投影のポイントの強度値を組み合わせることにより構築される。周囲の組織の透視ビューを与えることは有利である。
αが1に等しい場合、バイモーダルな表示の強度値Iは第一X線強度I1に等しい。それとは対照的に、αが0に等しい場合、バイモーダルな表示の強度値Iは第二X線強度I2に等しく、そのことは、2DX線画像のポイントの強度値が2D超音波画像41の対応するポイントの強度値により置き換えられたことを意味する。

Claims (3)
- 患者の体内に案内される医療用機器;
前記医療用機器の二次元X線画像を取得するX線取得手段;
超音波プローブを用いて前記医療用機器の三次元超音波データセットを取得する超音波取得手段;
前記X線取得手段の基準において前記超音波プローブの位置決めを提供する手段;
前記三次元超音波データセットにおいて前記医療用機器の周りの関心のある領域を選択する手段であって、前記超音波取得手段の基準において前記関心のある領域の第一位置決めを規定する、手段;
超音波プローブの前記位置決めを用いて、超音波取得手段の前記基準において前記関心のある領域の前記第一位置決めを、X線取得手段の前記基準において前記関心のある領域の第二位置決めに変換する手段;並びに
前記関心のある領域に含まれる三次元超音波データ及び前記二次元X線画像が前記第二位置決めを用いて結合される前記医療用機器のバイモーダル表現を生成して、表示する手段;
を有する医療用システムであって:
関心のある領域を選択するための前記手段は、前記医療用機器の一部が含まれる基準面を規定するように意図され、前記基準面は、X線取得手段のオリエンテーションの方向に対して垂直に選択される;
ことを特徴とする医療用システム。 - 請求項1に記載の医療用システムであって、前記超音波プローブは、少なくとも3つのアライメントされていない及び相互に依存する放射線不透過性マーカを備え、前記位置決め手段は、前記基準における第一オリエンテーション角を有する少なくとも第一二次元X線画像において前記マーカを位置決めするように意図されている、ことを特徴とする医療用システム。
- 請求項2に記載の医療用システムであって、前記前記位置決め手段は、前記基準における第二オリエンテーション角を有する第二二次元X線画像において前記マーカを更に位置決めするように意図されている、ことを特徴とする医療用システム。
