Claims (12)
- 制御装置(1)と、電動モータ(31)によって駆動されるスクリューを有する駆動ユニット(30)とを備えたモータ付き船艇であって、
前記電動モータ(31)、操作ユニット(10)、モータ制御部(20)、蓄電池制御部(50)および蓄電池(60)は船体内に配置されており、前記スクリューは前記船体における流動体通路内に配置されており、
前記操作ユニット(10)と前記モータ制御部(20)と前記蓄電池制御部(50)との間に、前記制御装置(1)を介して制御される通信装置を用いてデータコネクションが確立されている、モータ付き船艇において、
前記制御される通信装置はデータ交換のためのシステムバス(43)を有し、
前記モータ制御部(20)は少なくとも1つの光センサ(21)および少なくとも1つのウォータセンサ(23)を有するか、および/または、前記蓄電池制御部(50)は少なくとも1つの光センサ(52)および少なくとも1つのウォータセンサ(53)を有することを特徴とする、モータ付き船艇。 - 前記制御装置(1)内に前記駆動ユニット(30)に作用する時間検出装置が設けられている、請求項1記載の船艇。
- 前記操作ユニット(10)は停止グリップセンサ(18)を備えた少なくとも1つのハンドグリップ(15,16)を有し、前記停止グリップセンサ(18)は2つの磁場センサと作用的に結合されている可動的に配置された永久磁石から構成されている、請求項1または2記載の船艇。
- 前記停止グリップセンサ(18)内の前記2つの磁場センサの信号の評価に関して、前記磁場センサの2つの信号から成る和信号を形成することによるエラー識別が行われる、請求項3記載の船艇。
- 制御装置(1)と、電動モータ(31)によって駆動されるスクリューを有する駆動ユニット(30)とを備えたモータ付き船艇の作動方法であって、
前記電動モータ(31)、操作ユニット(10)、モータ制御部(20)、蓄電池制御部(50)および蓄電池(60)は船体内に配置されており、前記スクリューは前記船体における流動体通路内に配置されており、
前記操作ユニット(10)と前記モータ制御部(20)と前記蓄電池制御部(50)との間において、制御される通信装置を用いてデータを伝送する形式のモータ付き船艇の作動方法において、
緊急停止のトリガの際に前記操作ユニット(10)からシステムバス(43)を介して前記電動モータ(31)の停止命令を前記モータ制御部(20)に送信し、
前記操作ユニット(10)が前記システムバス(43)を介して前記電動モータ(31)の回転数を問い合わせ、
回転数が0よりも大きいことが確認されると前記モータ制御部(20)の出力段(25)を遮断し、
その後に回転数が0より大きいことが確認されると前記システムバス(43)に依存しない緊急停止信号(26)を介して前記モータ制御部(20)の電圧供給を遮断することを特徴とする、モータ付き船艇の作動方法。 - 取り外し可能な高電流コネクタ(40)を介してデータ伝送および出力伝達を行う、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記制御される通信装置の3秒以上の遮断または障害時に前記蓄電池制御部(50)は前記高電流コネクタ(40)における電圧を完全に遮断する、請求項5または6記載の方法。
- 常用の電動モータ(31)において500mAに制限された電流での最大16Vの電圧を前記蓄電池制御部(50)から前記高電流コネクタ(40)に供給する、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 状態、すなわち温度、流動、水圧のうちの少なくとも1つの極限値についての診断情報、ならびに装置の開放、水の浸入、駆動部の誤動作およびセンサエラーといったイベントのうちの少なくとも1つを前記制御装置(1)に記憶する、請求項5から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 充電装置が接続されているモータ付き船艇の搬送のために前記操作ユニット(10)を介して信号を前記蓄電池制御部(50)に供給し、該信号に基づき前記蓄電池制御部(50)は前記蓄電池(60)の充電状態を検査し、充電状態が最大容量の10%を超える場合にはエラーをシグナリングし、充電状態が最大容量の10%を下回る場合には最大容量の10%までの充電過程を開始する、請求項5から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- モータ付き船艇の搬送のために搬送モードへの移行命令を前記操作ユニット(10)から前記システムバス(43)を介して前記蓄電池制御部(50)に伝送し、前記蓄電池制御部(50)が動作電圧を前記高電流コネクタ(40)から切り離し、前記蓄電池制御部(50)において安全制御装置(55)を除く全てのコンポーネントを給電部から切り離す、請求項5から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記安全制御装置(55)は前記搬送モードにおいて前記蓄電池(60)の電圧および温度ならびに光センサ(52)を監視する、請求項5から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
