Claims (30)
- 個々の包装容器が熱可塑性樹脂被覆される包装積層材のチューブ(14)から製造される型式の包装機械(10)に使用するための成形装置(22a、22b、22c)であって、前記チューブを間に平らに横たえ、前記熱可塑性樹脂を加熱し且つ前記チューブの第1の横断方向シールを得るために前記チューブを締め付けるように構成される2つの対向するシーリング要素(58、60)と、2つの容積制御要素(28、30)であって、前記チューブの両側に配置され前記チューブが前記容積制御要素に対して移動可能な解放状態と、前記チューブの第1の横断方向シールと次に続く第2の横断方向シールの間の第1の部分(62)で前記チューブに所定の形状を付与するための固定状態とを有する2つの容積制御要素(28、30)とを備える成形装置において、前記成形装置が、前記第1の横断方向シールに対して基本的に直角な変位方向(D)に、前記変位方向に対して所定の傾斜角度(β)を有して配置される壁(41)を有する対応する最終包装容器(40)の、後での整形を可能にするように、前記第1の横断方向シールを前記チューブの前記第1の部分の長手方向軸(64)に対して偏心して変位させるように構成されることを特徴とする、成形装置(22a、22b、22c)。
- 前記シーリング要素(58、60)が、シーリング要素中央軸(S)に対して基本的に直角な、前記第1の横断方向シールに基本的に直角で且つ前記シーリング要素間を延びる、前記変位方向(D)に平行に互いに向かって且つ互いから離れて移動するように構成され、前記容積制御要素(28、30)が固定状態にあるとき、第1の横断方向シールの変位を達成するために前記シーリング要素中央軸が前記チューブ(14)の前記第1の部分(62)の長手方向軸(64)に対して傾動される、請求項1に記載の成形装置(22a、22b)。
- 前記シーリング要素中央軸(S)が、前記容積制御要素(28、30)が前記解放状態にあるとき前記チューブ(14)の前記第1の部分(62)の前記長手方向軸(64)に対して、且つ前記容積制御要素が前記解放状態と前記固定状態にあるとき前記チューブの第2の部分(68)の長手方向軸(66)に対して傾動し、且つ前記チューブの前記第1及び第2の部分が第2の横断方向シールの両側に配置され、前記容積制御要素が前記解放状態と前記固定状態にあるとき前記チューブの前記第1及び第2の部分の前記長手方向軸が一致する、請求項2に記載の成形装置(22a)。
- 前記シーリング要素中央軸(S)が、前記容積制御要素(28、30)が解放状態にあるとき前記チューブ(14)の前記第1の部分(62)の前記長手方向軸(64)に対して、且つ前記容積制御要素が解放状態及び固定状態にあるとき前記チューブの第2の部分(68)の長手方向軸(66)に対して基本的に平行であり、前記チューブの前記第1及び第2の部分が前記第2の横断方向シールの両側に配置され、前記容積制御要素が固定状態にあるときそれによって前記チューブの前記第1及び第2の部分の長手方向軸が互いに対して傾いている、請求項2に記載の成形装置(22b)。
- シーリングとともに、前記チューブ(14)の前記第1の部分(62)を、その長手方向軸(64)が基本的に前記シーリング要素中央軸(S)に対して基本的に平行であり且つ前記チューブの前記第2の部分(68)の前記長手方向軸(66)と一致する状態から、前記チューブの前記第1の部分の前記長手方向軸が前記シーリング要素中央軸及び前記チューブの前記第2の部分の前記長手方向軸に対して傾動される状態に移動させるように、前記容積制御要素(28、30)が前記解放状態から前記固定状態に移動するように構成される、請求項4に記載の成形装置(22b)。

- 個々の包装容器が熱可塑性樹脂被覆される包装積層材のチューブ(14)から製造される型式の包装機械(10)に使用するため成形方法であって、前記熱可塑性樹脂を加熱し且つ前記チューブの第1の横断方向シールを得るように前記チューブを2つの対向するシーリング要素(58、60)の間に平らに横たえられた状態で締め付けるステップと、前記チューブの両側に配置され且つ固定状態にある2つの容積制御要素(28、30)を使用して、前記チューブの前記第1の横断方向シールと次に続く第2の横断方向シールの間の第1の部分(62)で前記チューブに所定の形状を付与するステップとを含み、前記容積制御要素が、前記固定状態の他に、前記チューブが前記容積制御要素に対して移動可能な解放状態を有する成形方法において、前記方法が、前記第1の横断方向シールに対して基本的に直角な変位方向(D)に、前記変位方向に対して所定の傾斜角度(β)を有して配置される壁(41)を有する対応する最終包装容器(40)の、後での整形を可能にするように、前記第1の横断方向シールを前記チューブの前記第1の部分の長手方向軸(64)に対して偏心して変位させるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、成形方法。

- 前記シーリング要素(58、60)を、シーリング要素中央軸(S1、S2)に対して基本的に直角な、前記第1の横断方向シールに対して基本的に直角で且つ前記シーリング要素間を延びる、前記変位方向(D)に平行に互いに向かって且つ互いから離れて移動させるステップと、前記容積制御要素(28、30)が固定状態にあるとき、前記シーリング要素中央軸の横断方向移動を得るために、且つ前記第1の横断方向シールの変位を達成するために、前記シーリング要素を一緒に前記変位方向(D)に移動させるステップとを含む、請求項19に記載の成形方法。
- 前記第1の部分の2つの対向する壁区画をそれぞれの折り畳み線に沿って前記変位方向(D)に対して所定の傾斜角度(β)で折り畳むように、整形要素(74)を使用して、前記チューブ(14)の前記第1の部分(62)を圧すステップをさらに含む、請求項18から23までのいずれか一項に記載の成形方法。
- 前記整形要素(74)の折り畳み表面を使用して、前記折り畳み線のうちの1つに沿って前記チューブ(14)の前記第1の部分(62)上を圧すステップを含む、請求項24に記載の成形方法。
- 前記折り畳み表面を移動させて前記チューブ(14)の前記第1の部分(62)との接触に入らせ且つ接触から出させるように、前記整形要素(74)を軸(F)の周りを回転させるステップを含む、請求項25に記載の成形方法。
- 前記容積制御要素(28、30)が固定状態にあるとき、前記軸(F)が前記変位方向(D)に対して基本的に平行である、請求項26に記載の成形方法。
- 前記容積制御要素(28、30)が固定状態にあるとき、前記軸(F)が前記折り畳み線に対して基本的に平行である、請求項26に記載の成形方法。
- 折り畳み中前記整形要素と前記チューブ(14)の間の摩擦を減少させるように、前記整形要素(74)を前記軸(F)に沿って移動させるステップをさらに含む、請求項26から28までのいずれか一項に記載の成形方法。
- 請求項18から29までのいずれか一項に記載の成形方法を含む、包装容器を製造するための工程。
