Description

The present invention relates to a control machine for spraying a chemical solution from a spraying vehicle.

DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART Conventionally, the control machine of the following patent documents 1 is known as a control machine which sprays a chemical | medical solution from a spreading vehicle. In this control machine, a chemical tank, a power sprayer, and a blower are mounted on a spraying vehicle, and an air ejection pipe and a chemical spraying pipe are provided at the front part of the spraying car, and a plurality of air spraying pipes are arranged in parallel. A plurality of spray nozzles arranged in parallel to the chemical solution spray pipe are incorporated in the inside of the air outlet, and the chemical solution is supplied from the chemical tank to the chemical spray tube by the driving of the power sprayer and sprayed. While being sprayed from the nozzle, air is supplied to the air ejection pipe by the drive of the blower and ejected from the air ejection port, the chemical liquid and the air merge, and the chemical liquid is dispersed far away. In the control machine shown in FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1, since the chemical spray tube and the air ejection pipe are set up vertically and the spray nozzle and the air ejection port face the front side, the chemical spray tube and the air ejection pipe stand up. The control machine shown in FIG. 8 of Patent Document 1 is suitable for controlling fruit trees having a height of about a set height. The spraying pipe and the air jet pipe are installed in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the spraying vehicle, and the spray nozzle and the air Since the spout is directed upward, it is suitable for controlling high places such as shelf-made fruit trees.
Japanese Patent No. 3630756

However, in the above control machine, since each spray nozzle of the chemical spray pipe is built in each air jet outlet of the air jet pipe, two lines of piping are necessary and the structure is complicated. Therefore, there is a problem that the control machine becomes expensive. In addition, for example, in the case of spraying a chemical solution to high places such as tomato high cultivation, the control machine shown in FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1 is not suitable, while Patent Document 1 is suitable for high places. Even when the control machine shown in FIG. 8 is used, for example, in the cultivation of tomatoes and the like, the gap between the ridges is narrow, so that the chemical spray tube and the air jet tube that are orthogonal to the traveling direction of the spreader and installed horizontally are equal to or larger than the vehicle width. It is difficult to run the spray truck.

This invention was made in order to solve such a subject, and it aims at providing the control machine which can fully perform the chemical | medical solution dispersion | distribution to a high place in a narrow space, suppressing cost. .

A pest control machine (100) according to the present invention is a pest control machine for spraying a chemical solution from a sprinkler (1), a liquid supply pipe (2, 3) extending in the vertical direction and supplying a chemical solution, and a liquid supply pipe a nozzle (4, 5) for spraying the chemical liquid is provided at appropriate intervals (2,3), liquid transfer pipe (2,3) and Oite outlet below the nozzle (4,5) (6a ) Are provided so as to face upward, and a blower (6) that causes an upward air flow to the chemical sprayed from the nozzles (4, 5) is provided.

According to such a control machine, the liquid feeding pipes (2, 3) having the nozzles (4, 5) provided at appropriate intervals are provided so as to extend in the vertical direction, and the liquid feeding pipes (2, 3) are provided. ) And a blower (6) for generating an upward air flow on the lower side of the nozzles (4, 5). The chemical sprayed from the nozzles (4, 5) is moved upward by the blower (6). Narrow furrows (A), such as tomato high cultivation, etc., by the liquid feed pipes (2, 3) that are spread evenly to high places such as tomato high cultivation, etc. It is possible to run without any trouble. For this reason, it can fully carry out the chemical | medical solution dispersion | distribution to a high place in a narrow space (A), suppressing cost.

Here, on the upper side of the blower (6), a wind direction control device (7, 17) for controlling the wind direction of the upward air flow is installed, and the wind direction control device (7, 17) causes the upward air flow to be on the upper side. It is preferable that a pair of wind direction plates (7a or 17a) to be guided is provided, and an opening angle between the wind direction plates (7a or 17a) is adjustable. When such a configuration is adopted, the wind direction of the upward air flow can be controlled with a simple structure. For example, by increasing the opening angle between the wind direction plates (7a or 17a), the chemical solution is spread to the side. It is possible to spray a sufficient amount of chemicals on various varieties such as low crops and planting forms of growth.

Thus, according to the control machine by this invention, it becomes possible to provide the control machine which can fully perform chemical | medical solution dispersion | distribution to a high place in a narrow space, suppressing cost.

DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a control machine according to the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 is a side view showing a control machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a rear view of the control machine, FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a blower and a wind direction control device installed in the blower, and FIG. These are the rear views which show the state which the control machine is running in the furrow of tomato height cultivation.

As shown in FIG. 4, the control machine 100 according to the present embodiment is such that the unmanned self-propelled spray vehicle 1 sprays the chemical liquid onto the leaves (particularly the back of the leaves) while traveling in the furrow A of the tomato cultivation. Is to do. Here, the spacing A is set to about 1.5 m, the width B = 30 cm, and the plant height = 3 to 5 m.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the spreader vehicle 1 constituting the control machine 100 further feeds a chemical solution from a chemical solution tank (which may be mounted on the spreader vehicle 1) outside the vehicle in the sprayer vehicle 1. Liquid feed pipes 2 and 3 are provided. The liquid feeding pipe 2 is supported by the column 12 along the column 12 erected so as to extend in the vertical direction at the center of the front end portion of the spreading vehicle 1, that is, provided to extend in the vertical direction. As shown in FIG. 1, the liquid feeding pipe 3 is supported by the support column 13 along a support column 13 that is rotatably connected to the upper portion of the support column 12 and extends rearward and obliquely downward. Yes. At the time of spraying the chemical solution, the support column 13 is turned upright and the liquid feed pipes 2 and 3 are connected in a straight line in the vertical direction, and the total length of the liquid feed pipes 2 and 3 is about 2 to 3 m. Is done.

Each of these liquid feeding pipes 2 and 3 is provided with a plurality of nozzles 4 and 5 serving as chemical spraying portions at appropriate intervals along the extending direction of each of the liquid feeding pipes 2 and 3. These nozzles 4 and 5 are installed such that their spray ports are directed in the horizontal direction or slightly above horizontal.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the blower 6 is mounted on the sprinkler 1 at a position forward of the liquid feeding pipe 2 and below the liquid feeding pipe 2 and the nozzle 4. The blower 6 is installed such that its rotation axis extends in the vertical direction and the air outlet 6a faces upward, and causes an upward air flow from the air outlet 6a.

Also, an air direction control device 7 that controls the air direction of the upward air flow is installed on the upper side of the blower 6. This wind direction control device 7 has a pair of wind direction plates 7a and 7a arranged so as to face each other in order to guide the upward air flow from the blower 6 upward, and as shown in FIG. And a connecting mechanism 7b capable of adjusting an angle (open angle) formed between the plates 7a and 7a.

The wind direction plate 7a is a flat plate-like member, and is spaced apart so as to face the vehicle width direction, and the lower side thereof is pivoted with respect to the upper side of the blower 6. The connection mechanism 7b connects one end side of each connection plate 7c to each corner of the upper end of each wind direction plate 7a, and overlaps the other end of the connection plates 7c, 7c connected to the corresponding corners. In addition, the overlapping portions 7d are respectively formed, and one end portion of the connecting rod 7e is pivotally attached to one overlapping portion 7d and the other end side of the connecting rod 7e is pivotally attached to the other overlapping portion 7d. When the connecting rod 7e is pulled upward as indicated by the phantom line, the opening angle that opens upward between the wind direction plates 7a and 7a is reduced as indicated by the phantom line, the upward wind direction is narrowed, and the blowing area is reduced. On the other hand, when the connecting rod 7e is pushed downward as indicated by the solid line, the opening angle between the wind direction plates 7a and 7a is increased as indicated by the solid line, the upward air direction is widened and the blowing area is increased. Increased. Therefore, by raising and lowering the connecting rod 7e constituting the wind direction control device 7, the wind direction and the air volume of the upward air flow by the blower 6 can be adjusted.

Here, the wind direction and the air volume can be adjusted by manually pulling up or pushing down the connecting rod 7e. However, a drive source such as a cylinder is provided, and an operation panel provided in the scattering vehicle 1 is used. It is also possible to automatically adjust the opening angle.

According to such a control machine 100, when the sprayer 1 is traveling in the furrow A of the tomato height cultivation with the liquid feeding pipe 3 standing upright, the chemical liquid is nozzled through the liquid feeding pipes 2 and 3. While being sprayed from both directions 4 and 5 in the vehicle width direction, the blower 6 is driven and an upward air flow is formed above the blower 6. For this reason, the chemicals from the nozzles 4 and 5 are sprayed obliquely upward on both sides in the traveling direction of the spreader 1 by the upward flow by the blower 6 and toward the leaves of the crop on both sides of the furrow A. It is preferably sprayed. Then, the upward flow by the blower 6 reaches the upper part in the furrow A, and the leaves of the crop are swung from the bottom to the top by this upward flow, so that the chemical solution is filled from the upper side to the lower side of the crop to the back of the leaves. Evenly sprayed.

Here, if it is desired to adjust the wind direction and the air volume of the upward air flow, the wind direction control device 7 may be controlled. For example, if the connecting rod 7e is lowered to increase the opening angle between the wind direction plates 7a, 7a, The chemical can be sprayed to the side.

Thus, in the present embodiment, the liquid feeding pipes 2 and 3 are provided so as to extend in the vertical direction, the nozzles 4 and 5 are provided at appropriate intervals in the liquid feeding pipes 2 and 3, and the liquid feeding pipe 2 and 3 and the nozzles 4 and 5 below are provided with a simple structure in which a blower 6 that generates an upward air flow is provided, and the chemical sprayed from the nozzles 4 and 5 is moved to a high place by the upward flow of the blower 6. Dispersing evenly and liquid feeding pipes 2 and 3 extending in the vertical direction enable traveling without any trouble in the narrow furrow A. Therefore, it is possible to spread the medicinal solution to a high place while suppressing costs. Can be performed sufficiently. In addition, since the chemical solution adheres to the back of the leaves, the working speed can be increased, which leads to labor saving.

In the present embodiment, the wind direction control device 7 includes a pair of wind direction plates 7a and 7a for guiding the upward air flow upward, and the opening angle between the wind direction plates 7a and 7a can be adjusted. With the simple structure, there is an advantage that the wind direction of the upward air flow can be controlled.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing another wind direction control device. The difference between the wind direction control device 17 and the previous wind direction control device 7 is that a trumpet-shaped member whose opening increases as it goes upward is divided into two along the axis, and each of them is opposed to the vehicle width direction. It is the point which was spaced apart and used as a pair of wind direction board 17a, 17a. And the angle (open angle) which these wind direction plates 17a and 17a comprise can be adjusted with the connection mechanism 17b substantially the same as the previous connection mechanism 7b. In FIG. 5, a member corresponding to the connecting rod 7e shown in FIG. 3 is not provided, but a connecting rod may of course be present.

Needless to say, according to such a wind direction control device 17, substantially the same operations and effects as the previous wind direction control device 7 are achieved.

FIG. 6 shows a bell 8 having a frustoconical shape with a bottom spread at the center of the outlet 6 a of the blower 6. By providing the bell 8 in this way, air resistance is reduced and blower efficiency is increased.

As mentioned above, although this invention was concretely demonstrated based on the embodiment, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, For example, in the said embodiment, especially with respect to tomato height cultivation, it is effective. Although the application is described, it is applicable to other than tomato high cultivation. In particular, by using the wind direction control device 7 (17) and increasing the opening angle between the wind direction plates 7a, 7a (17a, 17a) and spraying the chemicals to the sides, for example, crops with a low height, etc. It can also be applied to various varieties and planting forms of growth.
