Claims (3)
- エンジンの排出ガスを導入するための排出ガス導入ポートと、希釈ガスを導入するための希釈ガス導入ポートと、内部に導入された排出ガスに希釈ガスを所定比で混合することによりその排出ガスを希釈する希釈ユニットと、希釈された排出ガス中の固体粒子数を計測する粒子数計測装置と、を備えた粒子数計測システムに用いられるチェック方法であって、
前記排出ガス導入ポートに粒子発生器を接続するとともに、前記希釈ユニットを制御してその希釈比を変化させ、前記粒子数計測装置によって変化に対応した固体粒子数を計測し、希釈比と固体粒子数とが所定関係を保っているか否かを判断するようにした粒子数計測システムのチェック方法。 - エンジンからの排気ラインに接続される排出ガス導入ポートと、
希釈ガスを導入するための希釈ガス導入ポートと、
内部に導入されたエンジンの排出ガスに希釈ガスを所定比で混合してその排出ガスを希釈する希釈ユニットと、
希釈された排出ガス中の固体粒子数を計測する粒子数計測装置と、
前記排出ガス導入ポートに排気ラインと切替可能に接続される粒子発生器と、
その粒子発生器を前記排出ガス導入ポートに接続した場合に、前記希釈ユニットを制御してその希釈比を変化させるとともに、変化させた各ポイントにおいて前記粒子数計測装置で測定した固体粒子数を受信し、希釈比と固体粒子数とが所定関係を保っているか否かを判断可能に出力する情報処理装置と、を備えている粒子数計測システム。 - システムにおける配管等での漏れをチェックできる漏洩チェック機構をさらに備えている請求項2記載の粒子数計測システム。
