Description
(1)前記防カビ剤としてミクロン粒子のジンクピリチオンを用いたこと。
(2)前記カーボンブラックとして前記脱臭抗菌材の平均粒子径より大きな平均粒子径を有するカーボンブラックを用いたこと。
(3)前記脱臭抗菌材の平均粒子径が約5nmであり、前記カーボンブラックの平均粒子径が20から40nmの範囲内であること。
(第1実施形態)
本発明の第1実施形態の熱交換器を図1及び図2を用いて説明する。
(第2実施形態)
次に、本発明の第2実施形態の熱交換器5について図3から図6を用いて説明する。図3は本発明の第2実施形態の熱交換器5のアルミフィン5bの表面部分の断面拡大模式図である。この第2実施形態は、次に述べる点で第1実施形態と相違するものであり、その他の点については第1実施形態と基本的には同一であるので、重複する説明を省略する。
(第3実施形態)
次に、本発明の第3実施形態の熱交換器5について図8を用いて説明する。図8は本発明の第3実施形態の熱交換器5のアルミフィン5bの表面部分の断面拡大模式図である。この第3実施形態は、次に述べる点で第1実施形態と相違するものであり、その他の点については第1実施形態と基本的には同一であるので、重複する説明を省略する。
Claims (5)
- 内部に冷媒を流す銅パイプと、多数枚並べて前記パイプを貫通させ且つフィン素材の上に親水層を形成した板状のアルミフィンとを備えた熱交換器において、
前記親水層の中に、酸化チタンに亜鉛を担持させたナノ粒子の脱臭抗菌材と、ミクロン粒子の有機系の防カビ剤と、ナノ粒子のカーボンブラックと、を添加したことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1において、前記防カビ剤としてミクロン粒子のジンクピリチオンを用いたことを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項2において、前記カーボンブラックとして前記脱臭抗菌材の平均粒子径より大きな平均粒子径を有するカーボンブラックを用いたことを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項3において、前記脱臭抗菌材の平均粒子径が約5nmであり、前記カーボンブラックの平均粒子径が20から40nmの範囲内であることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 内部に冷媒を流すパイプと、多数枚並べて前記パイプを貫通させ且つフィン素材の上に親水層を形成したアルミフィンとを備えた熱交換器において、
前記親水層の中に、酸化チタンに亜鉛を担持させたナノ粒子の脱臭抗菌材と、ミクロン粒子の防カビ剤と、ナノ粒子のカーボンブラックと、を添加したことを特徴とする熱交換器。
