Description
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも一つの液体成分と少なくとも一つの固体成分とを含む供給混合物をフィルターメディアに導く工程と、
前記フィルターメディアの流体供給側に沿ってガス流を導く工程であって、前記フィルターメディアの上流側面の50%以上に沿って前記ガスを通過させることを含む工程と、
濾液及び少なくとも50%の前記ガスを、前記流体供給側から前記濾液側へと前記フィルターメディアを通過させることによって、前記供給混合物を濾過し、前記フィルターメディアから堆積物を除去する工程と、
前記フィルターメディアに前記ガス及び前記濾液を通過させた後に、前記ガスと前記濾液とを分離する工程と、
を含む濾過方法。 - 前記ガスと前記濾液とを分離する工程は、液体−ガス分離器内で前記濾液から前記ガスを分離することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルターメディアの前記流体供給側からガスを排気する工程を更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの液体成分が溶剤を含み、前記ガスが、気相の前記溶剤を含むガスを含有するガス源から供給される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスが、前記供給混合物と共に前記フィルターメディアに導かれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記供給混合物の濾過を停止する工程と、
逆洗、ブローバック、洗浄、流水、及びかき取りのうちの一以上を実行する工程と、
前記供給混合物の濾過を再開する工程と、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも50%の前記ガスを、前記フィルターメディアを通過させる工程が、少なくとも70%の前記ガスを、前記フィルターメディアを通過させることである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 液体固体供給混合物を導入するための供給口と、
ガスを導入するためのガス注入口と、
前記供給口及び前記ガス注入口に連通する流体供給側、並びに濾液側を有し、前記流体供給側の50%以上に沿う前記ガスの流れ内に配置されるフィルターエレメントと、
を有するフィルターアセンブリを備え、
前記フィルターエレメントが、フィルターメディアを含み、該フィルターメディアが、
前記流体供給側から前記濾液側へと前記フィルターエレメントを通過するガス及び濾液の流路にわたって配置されており、濾液および少なくとも50%の前記ガスが前記フィルターメディアを通過し、
前記フィルターエレメントの前記濾液側と連通しており、ガスと濾液を分離する分離器を更に備える、
濾過システム。 - 前記分離器が前記フィルターアセンブリの下流に配置されている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- ガス源と連通し、ガスを前記フィルターエレメントに分配するガス分配器を更に備える、請求項8又は9に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィルターアセンブリに接続されており、ガスを供給混合物と共に導入するバルブ機構を更に備える、請求項8,9,又は10に記載のシステム。
- 前記バルブ機構が、供給口バルブとガスバルブとに接続されたコントローラを備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
