Description

The present invention relates to a member for a wheelchair seat surface, and more particularly to a member for a wheelchair seat surface that relieves stress applied to a wheelchair user by bending the seat surface of the wheelchair.

Patent Document 1 discloses a cloth-like or mesh-like stretched between chair frames so that the body posture can be stably maintained even when the body is deposited on a cloth-like or mesh-like support. A plate-like body that is placed on the surface of the support body to support the seated person and suppresses the bending of the support body, and an adjustment that is removably attached to a part of the back surface of the plate-like body to partially change the distance from the support body There is disclosed a chair posture holding plate that includes a pad and is configured to adjust the inclination of the plate body by attaching and detaching the adjustment pad to the plate body.

However, the chair posture holding plate disclosed in Patent Document 1 is described as “mounting the chair posture holding plate 1 on a seat as the support 2” (paragraph 0021), Basically, it can be said that it is always assumed that it is mounted on a wheelchair.

In such a case, the thickness of the chair posture holding plate need not be much concerned. This is because it is not necessary to consider the burden on the wheelchair user when attaching / detaching the chair posture holding plate.

However, as the applicant of the present application, in order to relieve the stress experienced by a wheelchair user due to the fact that the body pressure position cannot be easily changed, the seat surface must sometimes be flat, and sometimes the seat surface is I think I have to bend.

Then, the posture holding plate for the chair should be detachable from the wheelchair, and appropriately switch between using and not using the chair posture holding plate, sometimes having a flat seating surface, and sometimes bending. Should be seated.

By the way, there are actually wheelchairs that can adjust the tensile strength of the seating surface by changing the tension of a plurality of rubber bands located under the seating surface of the wheelchair. However, in nursing homes such as nursing homes, it is difficult to secure the time for adjusting the tension of the rubber band, and since this adjustment work itself is troublesome, it has not been widely used.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to enable a wheelchair user to relieve the stress caused by the inability to change body pressure by an easy and short-time operation.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides:
A member for a wheelchair seat for relieving the stress applied to a wheelchair user due to the bending of the seat of the wheelchair,
A size corresponding to the size of the seating surface,
The thickness is such that the load resistance is 100 kg or more,
It can be attached to and detached from the seating surface.

In this way, the thickness of the wheelchair seating member can be made relatively thin, so that a wheelchair user can attach and detach the wheelchair without having to sit down. The burden on chair users can be reduced.

The wheelchair seat surface member includes a flexible main body and a rigid rod-shaped main body support portion provided on one surface of the main body, or has rigidity. A plurality of plate-like main bodies and a flexible connecting portion for connecting the main bodies to each other may be provided.

If it carries out like this, the member for wheelchair seating surfaces can be rounded when not in use, and it becomes possible for the wheelchair user to attach to and detach from the wheelchair without further lifting up.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a wheelchair seat member 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. 1A is a plan view of the wheelchair seat member 100, FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 1A, and FIG. 1C is FIG. 1A. The use aspect of the member 100 for wheelchair seat surfaces is shown.

The wheelchair seating member 100 shown in FIG. 1 is detachable from the wheelchair seating surface, and includes a through hole 110, a wheelchair seating member main body 120, and an opening 140, which will be described below. Prepare.

As shown in FIG. 1C, the wheelchair seating member 100 is used by being placed on the seating surface of the wheelchair 1000. The wheelchair user 2000 may sit directly on the wheelchair seat member 100 or may sit through a cushion.

The wheelchair seat surface member main body 120 is made of a material having required rigidity such as polyethylene, ABS resin, or polypropylene. The size of the wheelchair seat member main body 120 corresponds to the size of the seat surface of the wheelchair 1000.

Here, the seat surface of the wheelchair 1000 has various sizes when it sees various domestic and foreign products. For example, a small size is about 28 cm × 28 cm, and a large size is about 44 cm × 41 cm.

Specifically, the size of the wheelchair seat member main body 120 is preferably about 3 cm smaller than the size of the seat surface of the wheelchair 1000 in consideration of the width of the frame located at the end of the wheelchair seat surface. . That is, for example, when the size of the seat surface of the wheelchair 1000 is 38 cm × 38 cm, the size of the wheel seat surface member main body 120 may be 35 cm × 35 cm.

Considering from a practical point of view, since the seating surface sizes are various, the size of the wheelchair seating member main body 120 is prepared, for example, about 3 patterns such as 25 cm × 25 cm, 35 cm × 35 cm, and 40 cm × 35 cm. In addition, a wheelchair having a size corresponding to the size of the seating surface of the wheelchair 1000 may be selected and used.

The thickness of the wheelchair seat surface member main body 120 may be determined by the rigidity of the material of the wheelchair seat surface member main body 120, but as an example, the thickness of the material described above may be about 5 mm. Good. If it carries out like this, a load bearing will be about 120 kg-150 kg.

Since the practical lower limit of the load resistance will be about 100 kg or more, the thickness of the wheelchair seat surface member body 120 should be about 4 mm. The thickness of the wheelchair seat member main body 120 may be set to a thickness sufficient for a wheelchair user to be released from the bending of the wheelchair seat surface. It is preferable that the wheelchair user 2000 be thin so that the user does not need to float much when removing and attaching.

As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 1B, the wheel seat surface member main body 120 is chamfered at the end. In this case, a cushion such as a cloth portion that is a seat surface of the wheelchair 1000, trousers worn by the wheelchair user 2000, or a seat cushion that is used selectively is an end portion of the wheel seat member main body 120. And local wear due to contact can be prevented.

A plurality of through holes 110 are formed in the wheelchair seat member main body 120. The through hole 110 is for ensuring air permeability when the wheelchair seat member 100 is used. For example, the through hole 110 may be formed at a position corresponding to the user's thigh of the wheelchair seat member 100. The through hole 110 may have a size of, for example, about 5 mm in diameter, and may have a cylindrical shape, a quadrangular prism shape, or the like. The pits between the through holes 110 may be about 2 cm. In addition, the position, the number, and the shape of the through hole 110 are merely examples, and are not limited thereto.

The opening 140 functions as a gripping part for easily carrying the wheelchair seating surface member 100 and allowing the wheelchair seating surface member 100 to be easily attached to and detached from the wheelchair. The size of the opening 140 may be about 9 cm × 2.5 cm, for example. However, the position and size of the opening 140 are merely examples, and are not limited thereto.

Below, the usage aspect of the member 100 for wheelchair seat surfaces of this embodiment is demonstrated. For example, the wheelchair seat member 100 may be used several times a day, with a frequency of about 30 to 40 minutes per day, in consultation with doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and the like. . As an example of the use time of the wheelchair seat member 100, for example, meals, reading, watching TV and the like can be considered.

When the wheelchair seat member 100 is used, the wheelchair seat member 100 is moved from the backrest side with the wheelchair user 2000 slightly lifted from the seat surface of the wheelchair 1000. It can be placed so that it is inserted into the seating surface.

At this time, as described above, a cushion may be disposed on the wheelchair seat member 100. After that, if the wheelchair user 2000 sits down again on the wheelchair seating member 100, the seating surface of the wheelchair 1000 is released from bending.

After that, when the required time has elapsed, the wheelchair seat member 100 may be removed from the seat surface of the wheelchair through the backrest side with the waist of the wheelchair user 2000 slightly lifted from the seat surface of the wheelchair 1000.

Thus, if the wheelchair seat member 100 is used at an appropriate timing, the body pressure generated for the wheelchair user 2000 is changed between when the wheelchair seat member 100 is used and when it is not used. Therefore, the wheelchair user 2000 can contribute to alleviating the stress received by the use of the wheelchair 1000.

(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a wheelchair seating member 200 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. 2A is a plan view of the wheelchair seat member 200, FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 2A, and FIG. 2C is FIG. 2A. An example of accommodation of the wheelchair seat member 200 is shown in FIG. 2 (d), which shows how the wheelchair seat member 200 shown in FIG. 2 (a) is used.

In short, the wheelchair seat member 200 is compactly rolled when not in use, and can reduce the burden on the wheelchair user 2000 of the wheelchair seat member 200 when attached to or detached from the wheelchair 1000. It is what I did.
The wheelchair seat member main body 220 is formed with a plurality of through-holes 210 as in the case of the wheelchair seat member main body 120. It differs from the one in the following points.

First, the size of the opening 240 is smaller than that of FIG. 1, and a rubber band 230 is attached thereto. The band 230 is attached with a hook-and-loop fastener with one end having a hook-like surface and the other a pile-like surface.

Secondly, the wheelchair seat member main body 220 is made of an olefin-based elastomer having a required flexibility and a rod-shaped main body made of a material having a required rigidity such as polypropylene. The part 250 is provided on one surface.

As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 2B, the main body support portion 250 has a convex shape so that the wheelchair seating member 200 is compactly rolled when not in use. By configuring the wheel seat surface member main body 220 and the main body support portion 250 in this manner, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the wheel seat surface member 200 is compactly rolled when not in use. 230 can be fastened. When the wheelchair seat member 200 is rolled up, it can be accommodated in a pocket or the like provided on the backrest of the wheelchair 1000.

Further, since the wheelchair seat member 200 itself bends, when the wheelchair seat member 200 of the present embodiment is attached to and detached from the wheelchair 1000, the wheelchair user 2000 does not float relatively. It will be enough. For this reason, when the wheelchair seat surface member 200 is attached to and detached from the wheelchair 1000, the burden on the wheelchair user 2000 is reduced as compared with that described in the first embodiment.

(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a wheelchair seat member 300 according to the third embodiment of the present invention. 3A is a plan view of the wheelchair seat member 300, FIG. 3B is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 3A, and FIG. 3C is FIG. 3A. An example of accommodation of the wheelchair seat member 300 is shown in FIG. 3 (d), which shows how the wheelchair seat member 300 shown in FIG. 3 (a) is used.

The wheelchair seat member 300 is a modification of the wheelchair seat member 200 of the second embodiment. It is designed to be folded compactly when not in use.

A plurality of through holes 310 are formed in the wheelchair seat surface member main body 350 as in the case of the wheelchair seat surface member main body 220. However, the wheelchair seat surface member 300 of this embodiment is not limited to the embodiment. It differs from the two in the following points.

First, the position and number of openings 340 are different. However, the number of openings 340 may be two as in FIG.

Secondly, the plate-shaped wheelchair seat member main body 350 is connected to each other by a connecting portion 320 made of an olefin-based elastomer having a required flexibility.

By configuring the wheel seat surface member main body 320 and the connecting portion 320 in this manner, the wheel seat surface member 300 is compactly folded when not in use, as shown in FIG. Can be fastened by. When the wheelchair seat member 300 is folded, it can be accommodated in a pocket or the like provided on the backrest of the wheelchair 1000.

Further, when the wheelchair seat member 200 according to the present embodiment is attached or detached, the wheelchair seat member 200 is folded at the position of the connecting portion 320, so that the wheelchair user 2000 does not float relatively. It will be enough. For this reason, when the wheelchair seat surface member 300 is attached to and detached from the wheelchair 1000, the burden on the wheelchair user 2000 is reduced as compared with that described in the first embodiment.
