Description
Claims (10)
- タンク内のプロセス流体レベル測定用マイクロ波レベルゲージにおいて、
タンクに向かって開口している下部部分からタンクの外側のハウジングアダプタ(58)まで延びている、下部アダプタボディ(74)と上部アダプタボディ(72)とからなる中空のアダプタボディ(20)と、
前記下部部分からタンクに向かって延びており、かつタンク内のアンテナ(26)に接続可能な導電性ロッド(92)と、
前記下部アダプタボディ(74)の中空部分に配置されたセラミックシールボディ(86)と、
前記導電性ロッド(92)を前記セラミックシールボディ(86)から吊り下げるように、前記セラミックシールボディ(86)の下端部の外側面にろう付けされた下部支持バンド(88)と、該セラミックシールボディ(86)の上端部の外側面と前記下部アダプタボディ(74)とにシール状態で接合された上部支持バンド(90)とを含み、前記下部アダプタボディ(74)の中空部分であって前記セラミックシールボディの上方に形成されている空洞(64)がタンクからシールされるようにする主シールと、
マイクロ波が前記アンテナから送信機へ接続可能となるように前記導電性ロッド(92)に接続され、前記セラミックシールボディ(86)および上部アダプタボディ(72)内を延びる導体(100,110,82)とからなり、
前記導電性ロッド(92)からの応力が前記セラミックシールボディ(86)に向けられ、前記導体から遠ざけられているマイクロ波レベルゲージ。 - 前記導体が、
前記導電性ロッドに留められ、前記セラミックボディ内の中央通路を通って上方のねじ端部まで延長されているねじ付きロッド(100)と、
前記上方のねじ端部に取り付けられて前記セラミックシールボディに対して軸方向の圧縮力をかけている圧縮ワッシャ(104)とを含む請求項1記載のマイクロ波レベルゲージ。 - 前記空洞(64)とハウジングアダプタ(58)との間にさらに副次的シール(62)を備え、該副次的シールが、前記空洞とタンク外側の大気との間に通気シールを含んでおり、該通気シールが、故障状態下で前記空洞を大気へ通気する請求項2記載のマイクロ波レベルゲージ。
- 前記導体が、
前記ねじ付きロッド(100)に接触し、前記副次的シールを通って延びているばね荷重されたピン(110)を備えている請求項3記載のマイクロ波レベルゲージ。 - 前記上部および下部支持バンドと前記セラミックシールボディとの間のろう接合部が、前記セラミックシールボディに対して半径方向の圧縮を与えるように収縮適合されている請求項1記載のマイクロ波レベルゲージ。
- 前記アダプタボディ(20)が、
ねじ付き上端部を有する下部アダプタボディ(74)と、
ねじ付き下端部を有する上部アダプタボディ(72)とからなり、
前記上部および下部アダプタボディは、前記ねじ付き上端部および下端部にねじ込まれる金属カプラ(112)により機械的に接合され、
前記上部および下部アダプタボディが、前記上部および下部アダプタボディの接合部外面に配された周囲溶接部(76)により互いにシールされる請求項1に記載のマイクロ波レベルゲージ。 - 前記下部アダプタボディが、大きい内径部から小さい内径部への移行部を備えており、該移行部がマイクロ波を部分的に反射してテストパルスを生じさせる請求項6記載のマイクロ波レベルゲージ。
- 送信機が前記アダプタボディ(20)に対して任意の回転位置で取り付けられるように前記アダプタボディにねじ込まれるねじ付きカプラナット(21)をさらに備えている請求項1記載のマイクロ波レベルゲージ。
- 前記アンテナの周りに設けられた保護シース(78)をさらに備え、該保護シースが前記下部分に取り付けられている請求項1記載のマイクロ波レベルゲージ。
- 前記下部分に取り付けられ、タンク開口に対してシール可能なフランジ面を有するフランジ(22)をさらに備えている請求項1記載のマイクロ波レベルゲージ。
